@airtelindia I have been unable to use internet at my home on all my devices having Airtel BLACK connection . Multiple complaint raised. Ticket raised but closed everytime without resolution. Paying hefty bill MOM. Pls tell me should I port out all 4 connections?

@airtelindia I asked your execs to cancel the service, and that I would go with another connection. Because I work in a company where it’s required for me to be online 9 hrs in a day. With no internet. It’s not possible. After multiple calls and calls, Airtel did nothing.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the customer support by the name of Anas / Anis was so rude ! Zero empathy ! when I demanded to speak to a supervisor , he kept me on hold for more than 12 mins. After that when I called back twice after disconnecting !

Can't make or recieve calls. Can't even call 198 to report the issue. Tried using the airtel app on my device to auto detect the issue but it terminated the session using the excuse of VoLTE is turned off even though it's on. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
