    @airtelindia Providing essential service is outside the purview of lockdown since day 1. Still your airtel outlets are closed in Salt lake in one of the posh localities of kolkata. As a result of the fact broadband services are hampered after Amphan. Pls resolve SR 117914176.

    @airtelindia The Best Worst service of Digital TV in India is Airtel. So much poor service that after 12 days of complaining no one come to resolve the issue. And every day call then and listing new story. This is why Airtel is Down and Jio is up day by day. @shashiarora12

    @De_evil1 @airtelindia After Amphan most of the lines in one of the posh localities of salt lake is disconnected. The lines hv snapped. It is an essential service. You cannot shrug of the responsibility. We have to pay the Bill's from 20th May 2020. This is ridiculous and inhuman.

    @airtelindia the broadband associated with my tel no +91 33-46018975 is not working before lockdown till today- from last 10 days made 50 complains- line just comes and go- use less- paid for next 12 months rental already !!!any chance to give reliable line now.
