Today after 30hrs and literally chasing customer care, they sent an Engineer who declared that the data has been consumed. I was not told about this cap while shifting.

Engineer visited on 22 Jul, confirmed damaged lines and promised a fix in 2 days. Since then, no response. Being billed for no service despite daily complaints. #Airtel
