@airtelindia What a Third Class service team you have. Our office internet is not working from Saturday Morning. We have complained multiple time but not person came to resolve the issue. Seriously, Airtel services degrading to Last mile.

I have 2 connections for @airtelindia . 1:- Airtel Mobile number, 2:- Airtel Hd dish tv. Both have a poor network connection problem. Not working in channel and Also network data suffers. Big poor network in Airtel. So now I think this time for move to other.

Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , I use the airtel Xtreme internet in Ahmedabad, and I've lost my wifi connection at least 10 times in these 2 weeks. Want to know if a resolution is provided or if can I just throw out the modem. This is my worst experience with broadband.

.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia stop your customer care. Your IVR is the most worse exps for any customer. Broadband not working last 1 and half days and no one there to even respond. Last 1 week this is 2nd time.

@airtelindia And close the complaint. After that my prepaid connection time period is over so i didn't complaint again but without my permission they convert prepaid connection to postpaid connection and in August month they send me a bill of rupees 517/- .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been your customer for broadband from 2015. And yet it surprises me how incompetency has won over your work since 2019. I simply want to enjoy a seamless internet connection without any hassle. Is that too much to ask? Am I asking too much?

Some companies work very hard to lose clients & @airtelindia is one of them, despite talking to 4 supervisors, 3 managers the complaint no 10070422909 about broadband connection remains unresolved since Friday. I wonder if there is no accountability & resp system? Sad @GoI_MeitY

@airtelindia My RMN:7087428400 Kondapur, Hyderabad city. My internet is down from 2 PM,1st July,2022 and despite 10 calls to 121 no resolution provided. One service request No. 10058129365 issued on 01/07/22 deputing Mr. HARINATH to resolve the issue. But, he never turned up.

I have raised 3 tickets in last 30 days. @airtelindia was not fixed the issue from past 30 days. Now they are extending timelines. One month unlimited pack is wasted due to poor signals. I am even unable to open Google page using their service. @Airtel_Presence
