    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the customer support by the name of Anas / Anis was so rude ! Zero empathy ! when I demanded to speak to a supervisor , he kept me on hold for more than 12 mins. After that when I called back twice after disconnecting !

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sorry to inform you that your service is pathetic. Want to port from jio to airtel. Already generated the upc code on last Wednesday and applied for Sim delivery at my place. Still yet to receive. Tommorow is the last day of the upc validity code.

    @airtelindia I have been unable to use internet at my home on all my devices having Airtel BLACK connection . Multiple complaint raised. Ticket raised but closed everytime without resolution. Paying hefty bill MOM. Pls tell me should I port out all 4 connections?

    @Airtel_Presence 5 days back I reported network issue in Kolkata | Pin: 700056, but nothing resolved. Moreover even after giving you a reminder, none replied to any of my tweets. As there are a no. of @airtelindia users at my home and all are facing trouble, so we're switching.

    @airtelindia's Xstream is the best broadband service available in India. It is available in Jankalyan (Mumbai) which is only 3km away from my locality but not available at mine. @airtelindia there are many wifi users in my area that pay 600rs for 10mbps here in my area.
