    @airtelindia This looks like a serious service lapse, if not fraud. My broadband connection was upgraded to Air Fiber without my consent, and as a result: - My static IP address was removed - My landline number was discontinued - Now I’m being told these cannot be restored Why was this change done without analyzing my requirements or taking approval? These services were critical for my usage. I spoke to customer support, but the response was simply: “It cannot be enabled anymore.” This is unacceptable. I need: Clear justification for this unauthorized upgrade Immediate resolution or rollback options Accountability for the disruption caused Kindly address this urgently.

    @Airtel_Presence This is beyond frustrating. My WiFi hasn’t worked for 7 DAYS. Tried calling customer care multiple times,calls don’t even connect. When they finally do, it’s always “we are upgrading our system.” Seriously? Fix this ASAP or disconnect the service. @airtelindia

    Yo @airtelindia iam receiving 7–8 spam calls daily from your side, even though I don’t even use your SIM. You keep pushing SIM offers I only have your Airtel WiFi and I’m really pissed off at this point. Please stop these calls immediately, otherwise I will report this issue.

    @airtelindia your AI chatbot is of no use. I tried to chat with your support agent but the chatbot is keep on bringing me to the main menu. If your nonsense chatbot is not able to understand the user's query then it should redirect the chat to human agent. Don't harash the user.

    Hey @AirtelIndia, recharge was successful and payment got deducted, but my data is still showing 0. I already exhausted my previous 2GB, and even after the new recharge nothing has been credited. This is unacceptable. Please fix this and credit my data immediately.
