So we applied for a lease line for our office from @airtelindia in mid September. On the service contract we signed it was written that all installation will be completed in a month. There was complete radio silence for a month. (1/4)

@airtelindia @airtelindia Also, I have spent 24k for the dongle and now unable to even open a page. Hope I have not wasted the hard earned money I have spent. All the customer care says is tech issue, no issue with dongle, within 8days issue will be resolved. Sad..Unacceptable!

Then @airtelindia started harassing on phone for us to not cancel the order. They never apologized and despite repeatedly telling them to not proceed with the order any further they had thr audacity to send their Fibre team to the office today to forcibly install the fiber! (3/4)

@airtelindia Poor network coverage or no network coverage.For eg. Some metro stations, before or after Lok kalyan marg, INA to AIIMS, Malviya Nagar station,etc.Throughout route of Rajeev Chowk to Huda City centre there is huge internet and network fluctuation & Lot of buffering.
