Such a bad experience with @ACTFibernet initially it was bad speed, then relocation is frustrating. Customer care not bothered. They promised 24hours but nothing delivered I’m a prepaid customer at a loss. It was a mistake switching from @airtelindia really frustrating.

@airtelindia My calls drop so frequently. I have raised complaints several times at airtel store, on 12 Dec they told me that they have reset my settings from their end now network will function fine and yesterday they changed my sim.
