@airtelindia even after paying 5days in advance confirmation also for payment, my recharge not happened. Now stopped my connection. Even their office is of no help after showing confirmation msg n bank deduction. How much harrasment I m facing. Why they should not be penalized.

@Airtel_Presence hardly cares the customer feedback. I hv been asking for enhancing the signal strength so that uninterrupted internet access is possible. I cant use airtel data as it gets disconnected often. Shame on @airtelindia

@airtelindia Very bad service from airtel instead of having airtel black no connectivity from yesterday logged SR it said will be solved by today 3:30 now its showing the engineer assigned for 25th what a fake commitment from airtel I tried to call customer care no response..

@airtelindia In Bangalore, that too in AECS layout the siganl is very poor and sometimes it is zero. we can't even talk over phone.. leave about 5G , having a 2G itself looks like a dream..This is happening since 8,9 months
