    Worst cabling always break down. Did you check how many times you work on same issue? Bad behaviour and bad attitude while talking. Do @airtelindia impose some template/etiquette to field engineers on how to answer a customer?

    @Airtel_Presence Exact details of locations is given on screenshot @IAF_MCC can drop bomb with that location but @airtelindia needs more details to fix there 0.9 Mbps 4G speed . Go and check the billing detail . You bill me on the same address .
