    @TRAI You people have messed up the DTH sector. I was paying ₹201/- per month. Now I need to pay more than ₹450/- for viewing same channels. My @airtelindia DTH service provider is charging ₹170/- as NCF.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is there a problem on activating #facetime in iPhone? I tried 5 times and each time Rs5 lost and total of 25 gone. 😕 bad experience and still activation was unsuccessful. Can we anyone checked please.

    Worst network i had ever seen. Not Resolving a minor Complaints just need to Register my number on VOLTE. Already i raised a complaints 3 times but they can't Resolve that. 7904094664 Now I'm worrying that why i should changed my number from jio to Airtel. @airtelindia

    I requested customer care representative to make complaint against this but they cannot as said. Since there is no complaint no. I could not able to contact nodal officer.... Finally I have to wait for 30 days. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews not worth for money

    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have done recharge for Rs 209 via Google Pay. But still I haven't got recharge confirmation from your end.Even I tried to reach Customer Support but automatically it is getting disconnected because not recharging my pack.I have mobile bal for Rs 14

    @TRBRajaa @airtelindia Off late eh.. bro, it runs untill it runs. When you get into problem - they ll let you run from pillar to post.. one of the worst customer experience by far in my experience. Pls switch over to Jio or Vodafone.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence service. 4th major Fiber & Mobile outage in 6 months. Issues are lazily "resolved" remotely without sending a field engineer, only to crash again. 24hrs downtime kills office productivity. Need a permanent fix now!

    I raised an Airtel Broadband shifting request on 22 July (Request ID: 10999881612) with the scheduled shifting date of 23 July. The request is still pending with no update. Today, I called customer care to check the status, but I was kept on hold for several minutes @airtelindia
