    @airtelindia I got confirmation mail from Airtel on 03/07/2019 stating that RS.706.82 will be refunded under service request no. 90604765 by 8th July 2019. Till date not received.

    @TRAI You people have messed up the DTH sector. I was paying ₹201/- per month. Now I need to pay more than ₹450/- for viewing same channels. My @airtelindia DTH service provider is charging ₹170/- as NCF.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Around 2 weeks back I applied Airtel broadband. But I got an SMS that there is no service in my area. But last Saturday I received a call from Broadband Sales Team. They said, service is available & they request me to pay activation fee.

    @airtelindia I don’t know why sudden hike we middle class people can’t afford such plans greater than 800 but in lesser than 500 their is insufficient plan if they remove this unwanted addons like adobe, hellotune and xtream play might help to reduce the cost of each plan @TRAI

    Never take metro card from @airtelindia they are fraud. I lost my metro card and blocked on @airtelbank app , I had balance above 400rs. I took new card from them and hoping to get balance transferred but they refused to transfer it saying it will be transferred after 5 years when my card will be expired. I already blocked the card but they don’t have intention to transfer my money. It’s open robbery with customer. @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia I don't know how to convey to your team that I don't want to continue your AirtelXtreme. I raised the request 2months ago and now getting billed from last 2 months. Now your team is saying no cancellation was initiated. 00% service accountability. Worst support.

    I received a message on 13th Aug to complete rekyc for my mobile on or before 28th to resume services. I visited your offices on devraj urs Road mysore but they are forcing me to go for postpaid to resume service. This is not acceptable. @airtelindia plz allow reactivation & kyc
