    @airtelindia Disgusting and pathetic service from the whole customer service. Your promotion of Airtel black plan has been a nightmare for me. I have opted for the same and since july 3rd 2021 I am waiting for the same 2 b implemented. The plan has not been migrated n noone helps

    @airtelindia Dear Mgmt You are unable to provide the no of channels along with name,number & cost to the AP Mega HD annual scheme through email for transparent.Proiding on your web is not correct which can't be relied upon as it is not in control of the customer.This is against TRAI rules.

    @airtelindia So basically Airtel policy is to keep customer in Airtel on account of main balance, because user can never recharge RC99 from his main balance, if main balance is 300 odd. #AirtelCEO If you are not able to provide customer satisfaction then #ShutDownAirtel

    @airtelindia Just joined Airtel 2 week back, but facing huge network problem n also hving net problem. Complaint made very next day, but still not resolved. Now can't move to other services provided,being 3 months locking period #TRAI should relax locking period in such cases.
