    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    @airtelindia @reliancejio You guys are missing out on a lot of possible sales. ISPs like @HathwayBrdband are literally handing it to you on a platter with their terrible service. If only you provided broadband service in my locality!

    @airtelindia @vittalgopal I requested for a broadband shifting from ggn to hyd 2 weeks back. Request # 132037500 It got approved and I got mail also. Then hyd office contacted me 3 days back saying it will be done... but since then I have been running after them. Airtel sucks

    @airtelindia you claim that your network is India's best network, you advertise that your network reaches at remote places, but current situation is that your network didn't reach at many places in Delhi, you should improve your network connectivity.

    @airtelindia - Airtel wants to become India's top Internet service provider but they lack the basic process. If one person is sick there is no backup at all and entire area's new connections are stopped. Very unfortunate. Paid for connection and now just waiting.

    @airtelindia @airtelgirl I asked you to reopen this complaint. If you escalate this issue to concerned team, how can u say it's resolution. U need to keep it open till u resolve. There is no confidential. U can revert here not in DM

    Around 3 months and no resolution as yet from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews . Only the digital team is sitting there to put fake statements giving fake assurances
