    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    @airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence Despite paying ₹1500 on 24 May for Airtel Fiber, the connection is still not installed. I complained yesterday on X and also on 121, yet no resolution or update. Extremely poor service. Kindly resolve this issue immediately or refund the amount.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Wifi has been down since 23 May after engineers came to resolve a issue I was facing and promised only a 3-hour outage. Its been almost 4 days now, and I have no Wifi.Have already sent you the details, Check your DMS! I need my wifi restored!!

    As desired, I have shared my mobile number via DM. Due to continuous call drops and poor connectivity, we are forced to communicate through WhatsApp. Kindly resolve the network issue urgently instead of keeping us waiting indefinitely. @DoT_India @airtelindia

    Hi @AirtelIndia, I am extremely disappointed with the support regarding my Airtel WiFi relocation request (No: 012033120181). Despite repeated attempts, there has been no proper response or action from your side. Request you to urgently look into this and resolve the issue ASAP.

    @airtelindia I have shifted my house from Mandakini enclave, Alaknanda to CR Park, pocket 52. Surprisingly, there is no network for wi fi in pocket 52, CR Park. Airtel should close down if they cannot provide network in South Delhi.
