    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    Absolutely pathetic service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia yet again My Wi-Fi has been completely dead for 3 days . The exact same nonsense happened to me before and took 5 agonizing days to fix! The local area agency is completely incompetent.

    @airtelindia I feel very bad to recharge Rs3999 yearly. With unlimited 5g data, 2.5 gb data. Living in 5g network area main city and getting message 100% data over. What is this ? @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Complained many times but still same problem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi team,   The Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 017211160331_dsl is not working at all.    Could you please urgently check as I need to work from home and my child is also dependent on internet for studies.    Kindly consider this on highest priority and fix

If this cannot be resolved at the customer-care level, please provide the escalation details for the appropriate Nodal/Appellate Authority.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India @PMOIndia . I am facing network issue as well as internet browsing issues regular basis.Telecom partner - Airtel not taking seriously and despite of repeated complaint without resolving they are closing the complaint saying it id resolved. Please help DOT
