    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    @airtelindia @TRAI @MoitOfficial Airtel EXPLOITING lack of competition BY harrowing customer service team who only enjoy tormenting the customer . No avenue of easy approach to log issue. No resolution endless idiotic calls. Ask for NO porting will throw contract issue.

    It's a crime to opt for @airtelindia broadband plans. I have never seen such levels of spam in my entire life. Once you stop recharging they make your life hell.

    @airtelindia PATHETIC Service! I raised request to install WiFi nd ur team didn't come for 2 days even after multiple calls later they installed it incorrect that machine is dangling on the floor nd not working nd ur team is abusing&showing anger when I called to come and resolve
