    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia from last 2 days i have been struggling with my wifi's irregular disconnection. I pay pretty good amount to get 100mps and my work is being impacted badly. Can someone really lookinto it urgently. Refund me if you cant give me proper service. Frustration is at peak.

    @airtelindia Adei, do you have something to call as customer service? My Wifi is not working since yesterday and your service engineer doesn't pick calls. The ticket assigned to him should have been already resolved by the ETA provided by you.

    @airtelindia Your wifi is not working for the past 3 days in Gurgaon sector 54. We keep getting the "sorry, we are fixing the issue" reply constantly but there is no resolution. This issue is there in the entire area. What is this customer service!??

    @airtelindia Final reminder to @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence: Refund my ₹500 immediately. I paid for Airtel DTH/Airtel Black connection under Request ID TTBR8U7A54 / NTBR8U7A54, but the service was never installed/activated and the order was cancelled. I have already shared proof

    @airtelindia airtel network is horrible here in Jamshedpur. I have taken 3 sim cards, dth connection with internet recently. The network is horrible and i am unable to connect with internet due to poor signal. Kindly correct ASAP else I need to close all connections and switch.

    @airtelindia whats your customer care email id ?? Why you are charging extra amount in the name of taxes ?? I didnt subscribe or opt for additional channels But im getting text msgs as channel got activated Why u r activating new channels without my consent ???

    @airtelindia SINCE LAST 6YEARS Airtel is unable to activate Landline service wheras all other services such as Fiber optic, broadband, xtream tv, cctv, etc.. are available... very disappointedand no on reploes when it will get started... its written in plan still they r not activ
