In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

@airtelindia my internet is not working for a month and I complaint two three times to customer care services but problem is not solve and they repeat one think " don't worry sir, issue will be resolve within a week". It's difficult to trust airtel customer care member.
