    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    @airtelindia probably has one of the most incompetent customer service networks in India. Placed a plan upgrade request from 300 Mbps to 1gbps back on 4th. Received absolutely zero updates from the tech team.

    @airtelindia Took ₹5000 for a 1-year roaming plan. SIM failed after 1 month. Roaming Department acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund or any practical replacement option outside India. 11 months of paid service lost. Supervisor Simple Shivani’s answer: “Not our problem.”

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Getting that automated message from the home ministry once in a day or once in a while is understandable. Getting it everytime when outgoing call is placed is ridiculous. This can be trouble for someone in an emergency. Can you guys relook at this

    @airtelindia I my self saw 3 customer been forced to go for postpaid just to get sim replacement. Do u think just going for postpaid will make u stay in market. This was one of reason why many people port out

    Wifi isn't working since morning. Earlier it said there was maintenance till 4pm, now it says connectivity issue. Raised a complaint via app and now I need to wait another 2hrs for call from your end. Please check and sort this at priority. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia More than 1 week. I upgraded from prepaid to postpaid specifically for Apple Watch Cellular. The migration was completed in under an hour, yet the service I upgraded for remains unusable after 7+ days.
