@airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

Despite feedback, DMs, tweets, @Airtel_Presence has failed to provide any resolution. The team is non cooperative, evasive and delay things. Asked for call back from Manager's manager but whole team is doing nothing n sending same msgs. @airtelindia you need to sack such staff.

I am using the airtel since 2011, it was a great network to use it, But now from Oct. 2020 onwards i don't know what happened to airtel these days .....na aawaz aati hai na aawaz sunai deti.I tried other networks but they have no issues. @airtelindia @airtelnews
