In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

Hey @airtelindia when we need new connection for XtremeFiber you come up in 1 hr and when we raise a service request it's unsolved for 3 days.What's the use when we lose connection for 3-5 days in a month. You remind me to recharge but guess you forgot to bring back connection.

Rarely, I get such prompt & proper response from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but today, one of their representatives Ramsha, was so quick that she resolved my issues within minutes. I appreciate her efforts! I wish Airtel teams, dealing with emails, should also act responsibly.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has provided the worst possible customer service whenever there is an issue. Executives act like novice, despite explaining a simple issue multiple times they keep repeating useless replies and waste time on calls rather than providing a resolution
