    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    Mr. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you are giving very poor speed here, I am sending you my location pls provide real 4G speed other than 2G. Your speed is not enough to open a tweet, forget to open YouTube.

    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    Hello @airtelindia,@Airtel_Presence My phone shows a 5G network while I am at home, but my 4G data keeps getting consumed continuously. This issue does not happen outdoors. If 5G is active, why is my 4G data still being used? Please check the network issue and provide a solution.
