In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia customer care worst they don’t know how to deal with customers nor to address to their problem. Only false promises to get back in 24 hrs but no respond from their end. Over a month today still prob is not resolved .. Airtel Digital TV ID 3020016446.

@airtelindia Airtel definitely does NOT care. 5 days without broadband and they don’t bother to answer their phones. A complaint through their app still says ‘Resolution in progress’. Call this progress, Airtel? Time to change.
