In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 1/2 Stupid useless customer service, I went to nearest #airtel center to get sim swapped. I was told to visit main center 3 kms away. Imagine with no network in my hand I couldnt book an uber and had to take an overpaid auto to travel to ur main center.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 2/2 it took me 200rs auto charges to reach model town center to get sim swapped which is still not working. #airtel #pathetic service. In this times of pandemic I was stranded on road looking for ways to reach ur main showroom with no service in my hands. What am I paying u for?

Can we have a 4th mobile service provider, the ones we have currently all suck terribly.On my @reliancejio I am able to access Internet but cannot place a call & people calling me are getting out of network response & my @airtelindia @vicompany no. do not provide Internet speed.
