I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

When I called customer care, they claimed usage is capped at 300GB; if I paid for an unlimited plan, why is there a 300GB limit?

Requesting for wired fiber since 5 years but airfiber is being sold as fiber hasn't come. Comeon airtel you can do better

The chat is garbage, keeps switching the router on/off and when I ask to talk to a human redirects me to numbers which just get disconnected.
