    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    I cannot even browse basic internet nor actually place calls and speak to people , this is a mockery of network in the world of 5g . Just because i have a one yr recharge that does not mean poor customer experience, the tickets keep closing without a proper response or resolution @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence

    Hi @airtelindia It's been 3 days and my Wifi issue is still unresolved. I've been calling since Sunday, and every time I'm told a technician will arrive within 2 hours, no one has shown up. Complaint ID: 11036813118 Please resolve this urgently.

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago nothing has changed, you poor service remain poor. Poor 5g remain 2g. Not only me, entire apartment society is has a same impression on Airtel. Will definitely move away from Airtel.
