@airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

Dear @airtelindia as per punjab’s conditions every jio is converting to others and mostly in airtel so I must inform you that you are not giving proper network. Please be sure and let us enjoy 4G.Don’t make us feel like we are using 3G. You have responsibilities now.

Airtel is providing us 0 mbs Speed in times of #DigitalIndia. So-called India's Fastest 4G network...we can use only 100-200 mb data per day out of 1.5 gb. Complaints are being closed without providing any solution. Our regulator @TRAI is sleeping. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

2. I called customer care about this but I haven't received correct response. If airtel gives 6GB data coupons for a pack and makes it valid for only 1 day it's a perfect SCAM. I need a fitting response for this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia.
