@airtelindia Thank you for reverting. I don't have any problems as of now. But some time back I had an issue with 4G data which lasted for 3 months and I had to bear cost for those 3 months without even getting to use internet. Now b4 15 days of due date you give reminder calls is ridiculous.

@airtelindia Your network Sucks Nowadays its 4G+ on myphone(and works like 1G/2G) U say No.1 network(it is not more than 1-2 Network bars when inside home) Facing call drop issue and the sound is moving back and forth(and it shows HD call) U have done phD in(Fooling Customers)

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why don't you be proactive & diligent in bettering your services like you proactively follow-up on bill payment FIFTEEN DAYS prior to due date? You take 3 months to resolve simplest of issues till then the consumers have to bear the limitations.

How amazing is that to know that one of the @airtelindia executives accepted the fact that for prepaid users, they purposely keeps on juggling the network between 3G and 4G!! And postpaid users won’t face that!! Such a good customer service!
