    @Ayush68833949 Madam,I am currently working as CRS SGPGI,Northern Railway. Only data link available is through BSNL. Link is very poor.Almost down all the time.We are facing a harrowing task facing the passengers and trying to provide a satisfactory service to passengers.

    For the last five days post office is declining to accept deposits.every time they say server is down.ealier there used to be three employees to cater to banking and financial services at the post office. It feels #PostalDepartment is is coming to an end like #BSNL.

    My BSNL no.9415520402 in Pandariba locality of Charbagh, Lucknow under UP easy is not working since last evening due to net work failure, which oftens frequently. Pl look into the issue and set right the problem.

    @BSNLCorporate Kindly provide your Internet Service at Dharam Shala Road, Padrauna, Zilla-Kushinagar. Few months back local BSNL office said that no point is available but I am in urgent need of internet connection there. Kindly look into this.

    @BSNLCorporate please start something similar to Airtel WiFi, to retain customers in poor network areas. Trying unsuccessfully for two months to get a BSNL wings number!!

    @veenaiscool Madam,Extreme negligence is being shown by BSNL staff in rectifying data connection to Railway Reservation Office,SGPGI,Lucknow. System is down since three days and nobody is showing any interest in resolving the problem. Kindly help us to get bsnl server working.

    @BSNLCorporate My broadband and telephone no.2746004-customer id 1000653807-billing acc no. 1000953470 was kept under safe custody. Request for restoration submitted to Com.Officer,BSNL,Mahanagar,Lko today.These may kindly be got restored urgently.

    @Vishj05 @rohini_sgh If this is true I am glad that I as tax payer won't burn cash on BSNL /MTNL inefficiency. It is not government but employees who have led BSNL to slow death.

    @BSNLCorporate Customer Name:-Surendra Singh dengri,Mobile num:-9412424680, Lucknow Uttar Pradesh.His convert this num 3g to 4g and submitted all documents in Bsnl office Lucknow on dated 14January2021 and sim is not attiveted till time,regarding this also informed office & service number.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE @CMDBSNL Your UPC is BEXXXXX8. It is valid up to 22-09-19 23:59:59.UPC should be disclosed only to recipient operator's personnel at the point of sale thnks bsnl it's 15 year long journey come to an end just because of pathetic service n speed

    Bsnl 3G is the worst internet services I have ever used. Tower of Vishal Khand GomtiNagar, Lucknow area needs maintainence I have spoken with the authorites they told me that tower batteries are useless that's why net goes away whenever area electricity goes down @BSNLCorporate

    @bsnl_care I have ported from private operator to BSNL to support the company but pathetic network in Kerala! Not able to call no data service! Not able to even pay through UPI when standing on main city junction. This is the problem

    @bsnl_care I've harassed the entire BSNL system by complaining about the network being out of reach. Please don't act on my complaint. Next time, I won't bring a BSNL phone. A conscious citizen must prioritize BSNL's convenience and comfort. thanking you.
