Either it remains dead or replies as phone switched off, call diverted or out of net work reach. Despite repeated complaints the problem remained as it was.

You also ignore our problem because you don't want to settle any dispute. Be responsible towards ur customer,otherwise oneday there will be no customer of BSNL and U will also become unemployed.

BSNL's 3G is at least 10-12 times faster than your 4G+ network. Deplorable Jio4G and JioFiber conditions where customers aren't even replied to for their issues
