    @bsnlmobileindia In ongole ,AP BSNL mobile network is down since 1240 noon and still same ,not sure this is same all over AP/India .Shame.

    @airtelindia It has been more than 20 days since complaint regarding mobile internet and volte not working. No response received from airtel. Absolutely horrible service in such a competitive market. This company will soon end up like bsnl.

    @BSNL_RJ my BSNL mobile no us not receiving incoming messages tried several times to resolve the issue with customer care but no resolution provided. No response se given. Height of carelessness.

    @BSNLCorporate Kindly let me know whether the BSNL authority will arrange a power backup for Ambari T.E (03561) or not ? Today again the n/w of BSNL hampered at the area due to low battery backup. Several times tweeted the matter but gave only assurance not solution.

    @dp_satish The comparison itself is poor. Why compare only RTCs? Compare them with private players. Wherever government doesn't have monopoly, we see them failing. BSNL, Air India, HMT are few examples. Govt should open up all routes to private players and then let us see which is preferred

    @BSNL_CHTD We are fed up with the service provided by BSNL complaint registration becomes just protocol without any response "FORCING US TO FILE COMPLAINT EVERY WEEK" We feel we are cheated intentionally by BSNL .Can you please mail us the Procedure to surrender ourBSNL Line
