@GunjanT76681975 @TG_TriGany This looks like serious issues. If the power is low then the coverage will be hit. If 256 QAM is not supported then throughput will be hit. Looks like TCS is far behind and still BSNL is claiming victory. TCS should come clean as to why they are unable to implement these features

@BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!

@thanikapriya91 Sir/Madam, It is kindly informed that the network connectivity was down at Arakkonam HO since morning on 08.04.2026. The issue was escalated and BSNL officials worked on its rectification by replacing the torn cables through out the day after which the connectivity resumed at early morning on 09.04.2026. Inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted. Assuring you of best service always.
