    @TRAI and @DoT_India .am using bsnl fibernet for the past 2 months the internet speed is below 2 Mbps I made several complaints regarding it to bsnl I did not get any response from them. And every month am getting bill to pay. Worst service from bsnl FTTh .pls take action

    @BSNLCorporate i called my local support line (0413-2223500), that guy asked me call me back again as voice not clear. i called again within 10sec but he didn't pick my call. i called 3 to 4 times but no luck. very worst support. worst network. waiting for BSNL privatization.

    @CMDBSNL please assist. The service of BSNL is becoming very bad. We like BSNL Landline and Fibre to Home connection. But frequent disruptions and response from service provider is very disappointing.

    BSNL FTTH connection has become not reliable at all. Plus the third party agent who BSNL hired to provide service is rude. Says to cut off connection if we have issue with services. WHAT KIND OF BEHAVIOUR IS THIS @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR @CGMHRBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate U.T of DNH pin code 396240 No network available in bsnl sim card. Since past 3 days. how ever this is happening regularly.1 day network available n next day out of order.
