    @AjeetBhartii @BSNLCorporate It took me more than 6 months to get my BSNL connection disconnected. It was not working for many months despite registering many complaints online and physical visit. Then i decided to get it disconnected and even that was painful. I paid bill for non-working conn for a year.

    @BSNL_RJ I have taken bsnl broadband sometime and internet breaks at some point in a day, for this i filed complaint 3 times, neither i ever got any call for that, no one came and solved it, still i got message It comes that your complaint has been resolved, what is this

    @eng_nitmishra @BSNLCorporate this is really a miracle, glad for you. But I wanted to point out that there are a large number of unsatisfied, disappointed and whose issues are still unresolved. So one resolution is of no use, BSNL should treat everyone equally......

    @AjeetBhartii @BSNLCorporate Don't know why BSNL is providing poor services in Bihar. I have been using BSNL sim and broadband since a decade. In my remote border town of Rajasthan, BSNL provides fibre with just a call. They have agents in market. You don't even have to fillup the form yourself.

    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate Hello BSNL team, We're surviving with BSNL connection from mentioned location, Network connectivity is very poor, working with 2G till date.🗼is located within 1km, several complains given to local 📞 exchange. Please look into it at the earliest.
