  @guru3ti @JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate IMHO, all MSP are same. I have Jio, BSNL, Vodafone - all similar issues - poor N/w coverage, Don't receive calls, bad voice quality, poor internet speed. I wonder if I should start using landline telephone! Been user from BPL Mobile/Tata Cellular/ JTM/ Spice days!

  BSNL , HOW TO IMPROVE. IN HIGH DENSITY POPULATED AREAS CHECK THE SIGNAL STRENGTH AND IMPROVE. THEN CUSTOMER CANNOT MIGRATE.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Ported my number from BSNL to Airtel Odisha with postpaid family plan. Sept 20 2025,new parent number got activated whereas child number being ported yet to get activated even after 15 days. "SIM not provisioned" Bill generated,not the signal.

  @JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care I have been a loyal customer of BSNL for decades. A fortnight back, my internet (fibre) stopped working. I have raised half a dozen complaints but to no avail. How do you expect customer loyalty with such a pathetic service?

  @TelecomTalk Saar, it's actually more costlier for telcos to provide 4G and 3G as compared to 5G. We must strive to mainstream 5G and keep 2G as backup for emergency situations and withdraw 3G and 4G completely, Airtel has already switched off their 3G network, only Vi and BSNL/MTNL remains.

  @JioCare @reliancejio SR00002OY0TB ticket is being closed by the backend team with out even resolving the issue. Have raised the issue multiple times but still no solution is provided. Entire Jio management is complete fraud and worse than BSNL and GTPL.
