@rsprasad My optic fiber internet connection 0671 2959411 is dead since last 4 days. I have booked my complain twice through toll free numbers but all are closed without visiting or resolving my issue. Even I informed it to GM, BSNL of Cuttack Circle. No result yet.

@BSNLCorporate BSNL Aundh Pune contractor had called me on 11jan21. He told me that the ftth modem installed at home doesn't support speed more than 20mbps. This clearly means that even though I have 100mbps plan BSNL has cheated me. I'm filling a case in consumer court.
