    @AshwiniVaishnaw sir I am a consumer of the state run BSNL fiber. There is disturbance in the line during peak hours. Due to which I'm unable to attend several meetings. While calling the costumer care, they hang up the phone. This is daylight robbery by @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR

    @BSNLCorporate No sir, vendors are taking huge amount in the name of giving fiber connections,taking advantage of unavailability of other fiber networks. All of your officers at BSNL know nothing they just say contact TSP, for everything asked...... Extremely dissatifactory service...

    I'm unable to change plan 499₹ pachage. Please resolve my issue. Otherwise I'll make a video about bsnl fiber problem & issue. I'll recommend to don't buy bsnl fiber connection Auto changing bsnl fiber plan from 599₹ to 700₹ then 700₹ to 900₹ plan @BSNLCorporate @BsnlFiber

    @BSNL_MH dear sir using BSNL landline since many years my landline 020 25655406/25655408 not working since long time several complaints given , person visited several times but not resolved without resolving msg come complaints closed pls resolve

If u hv not heard does not mean that they don't exist or they did not happen. ji0 started under start up scheme under which they don't have to pay any tax to govt for 5 years. Don't lie abt BSNL. What is the use of launching now when market is cornered by ji0?

    @BSNLCorporate After sales service is also very very bad, speed issues, network down, No one takes responsibility, BSNL officers say contact TSP, vendors say it's from BSNL side, at the end customer has to suffer ...... This whole BSNL machinery needs a big reform...Big change in rules and law
