    @AshwiniVaishnaw Good morning Hon'ble Minister ji.. I had appealed to your goodself to advise BSNL as we don't have even 2G network in Godrej Hillside Colony Vikhroli Mumbai. Your office forwarded same to BSNL. Even after 3 months of follow up no signal. Pray for speedy action.

    @beast_of_beats @BSNLCorporate It's happening due to technical glitch from BSNL end the same was happens with me too on 2018 can't send outgoing messages after complained to BSNL team in Twitter they have rectified the issue please don't worry the problem will solved.

I m at taluka place and local BSNL official not available here they are not present in office i visited many times to check it.They are taking only salary but not working

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @TRAI I raised a complaint on last Saturday (complaint no. 16313600842). Still the is yet to resolve. This indicates how bsnl guys were efficient.

    Bsnl is the worst fiber network. I want to change the plan but in their website their new plans are showing and i cannot connect to them through their helpline number. Worst service ever. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS

    @BSNLCorporate tried to enhance your prepaid services I have faced very bad experience with bsnl customer support while temporary blocking my number. I would say go with other prepaid providers like airtel and vodafone as they are serving tremendous services . Not to go for bsnl

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate Still issues is same. Nearby by bsnl exchange didn't providing any response. For all queries same answer problems in main line, as response we are getting.
