@BSNLChandraprBA The service is very bad, there is no network everywhere. We used BSNL, we only talk, the network is fine in the city. After the power cut, the network also stopped. We switched from BSNL to Vodafone, it has a better network than BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate Do not tarnish your reputation for the sake of a few profit-hungry employees. I have been a BSNL customer for the last 17-18 years. Times have changed a lot but the thinking of your staff is still the same as it was earlier.

Hello @JioCare, my mobile number +91 94860 20214 was ported from BSNL to Jio. The porting status shows Port Activated, but it’s been 7 days and the SIM is still not working. Please resolve this urgently.
