@sharath_nayaka7 @BSNLCorporate BSNL thinks their customers are dehaati gawar.they are indirectly hiked every plan by reducing its validity.Atleast pvt telco did this by bringing notice to its customer but BSNL doesn't even felt the need to publish a notice.

@BSNL_OR @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate my father a senior citizen having mob num 9439583893 went several times to BBSR BSNL customer care office to upgrade his number to 4G since 29th sept 2025. But it’s not done yet. It’s very pathetic to be a BSNL customer.

@_prashantnair Wow, as per a Google search, this will correspond to 200-600 exabytes (1EB = 1M TB) at 15-30% of power being used for storage. Is this for the GoI, since TCS already manages the Passport service and the BSNL 4G/5G backbone?

@JM_Scindia Government Telecommunications operations are taxpayer money blackholes. Has BSNL implemented 5G? Both landlines and cellular are the pitts. Compare your customer service touchpoints, billing, corporate plans, to other private players.

State of broadband in india. 2 @reliancejio fiber connections. None works. Can't even get to customer service leave alone get it repaired. @airtelindia goes even one step ahead. Try to buy a new broadband connection online and can't even enter my address manually. Hello BSNL!

@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate my bsnl sim suddenly got inactive. It's my main number. kyc already done. Customer care have no idea how to help. You registered complaint yesterday. I shared every detail you asked in private dm. No help yet. Pathetic service.
