Everyday facing downtime of 30 min to 1hr on my BSNL broadband ! And guess where do I stay in some remote village or jungle , no I stay in one of the major tech park of the country , Electronic City, Bengaluru! Your coustomer support is useless! @BSNL_KTK @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

I have choosed 799 plan (fibre value) in bsnl but I am not getting upload as well as download speed as they have mentioned in plan @BSNLCorporate please resolve my problems ASAP!
