    @Elizatweetz This is NOT fair at all. I have seen BSNL lines men come on service calls, without tools. There was time GM level people in BSNL had cars, bungalows and most important - respect.

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate Bsnl is providing poor strength router and charges are at par. Sent mail and multiple reminders but no action taken yet.

    @akhil_131 Disagree, BSNL will never perform. Culture will eat strategy for Breakfast. Personally I witnessed the arrogance of BSNL for years. Vodaphone is a corporate entity where is only a stakeholder like ITC. They have incentive to perform.

    @kharge First part is correct while you can't absolve youself from AirIndia and BSNL downfall. It was UPA who denied 4G permission to BSNL-MTNL, slow poisoning began in your tenure. Profitable PSUs gradually lost reserves and sheen.

    @DoT_India Replied in private message. Please look into the issue. The issue is I'm getting BSNL ads as shared on screenshot while opening websites. From technical side, non- pages are being injected with malware code which are creating links to ad sites. It's a serious issue.

    @DoT_India @DoT_India Thank you. Out of frustration, I am using BSNL 3g now. It is more stable and usable than the aforementioned Bharti Airtel Services. Their adverts are deceiving and I am not able to get in touch with any representative to get a refund as their services are not working.

    @passivefool There's no one I hate more than a BSNL employee in this entire world. They made my life a living hell as a child. All I ever did was bicycle my life away after school every other day because my broadband wasn't working and the people at the exchange never cared about complaints
