I am not getting any network. BSNL has no 2G, no 3G and no 4G. 4G network was very bad earlier also but I used to get 2G for making calls. But now even 2G network is not available since this morning. @bsnl_care @BSNL_KTK

@JioCare Basicallly all of your employees took leave, and customer care 24/7 is now joke. From past day, trying to contact customer care, the automation call is spitting bullshit, while all other operators like bsnl, idea are connecting to customer care. Chutiyapan at peak.

I have bought two bsnl numbers on August in Kolkata but volte is still not activated yet. The call quality is absolutely worst. Please look into the matter as it is a serious issue. @bsnl_care

@bsnl_care I have a BSNL fiber with ₹449 plan monthly, but right now my requirement is less, and I want to downgrade the plan, I connected my local operator, he said company is not allowing, why are you not allowing? Can you check my connection status and give me a solution.
