    So shamful. Contacted customer care repeatedly but they said no issue at our end . I am using two different simcard on my smartphone . I am able to send message from another sim but not able to send text messages from bsnl simcard . @BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate

    7-10 days for 1-2 days ,This is not new problem every wing of bsnl is aware from this because on Twitter platform I have written it's minimum 20 time and finally last choice is to port no very very bad service provided by bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate Is the "Data_WFH_151" pack applicable only for usage on BSNL network or can it be used on MTNL network also?

    @BSNLCorporate Today as required by BSNL I recharged with Rs147/- for sending porting and though had recharged two days back of Rs 118/-. Due to some reason today porting request was cancelled by me. Now I am again facing problem for sending PORTING SMS with error code 10.

    Very poor services from your team, Guna. The number is not functional- 07542 259081 since morning. I am repitively requesting to various officials of BSNL, Guna. We applied for Optical fibre connection tranfer one month ago. Till today no response from officials. @tdmbsnlguna

    @IndiaPostOffice I had sent a parcel to durgapur,west bengal on 24.08.2021. Still it has not reached. Cannot contact the last post office shown in tracker as all bsnl landlines seems disconneted. Please help

    @BSNLCorporate There is no network of BSNL from 3to 4 days in Koderma (Jharkhand) KTPS DVC area. Kindly resolve the issue immediately otherwise I and my colleague changed the BSNL TO another.

    Have been trying to get BSNL FTTH connection in Jamshedpur for the past two weeks, every time a person calls and says connection not possible in your location. Dissapointed. @BSNL_JKD I thought BSNL has improved, but it seems it's still bad. Reference Number: 16231155602

    @kundu_prashant @Debashreeta7 @KiranKS When private sector can provide better service with 9.7 manpower BSNL for same set of services was employing 92 employees. Can any business enterprises survive with such (in)efficiency. Less said the better.
