Rather they shud focus on improving their network, infra & service in urban cities from where most of their revenue comes. BSNL network in cities is pathetic.

You allow people to upgrade plans easily, but never allow them to downgrade. We have to go through lot of such stress and spend time if we want to downgrade plans.
