Repeatedly called bsnl customer care number 1800 180 1503 but customer care person behaved rudely and gave wrong no. 9448023465 which is invalid no. Where should i go? Such a pathetic service.

For the first time in my life I took another SIM (JIO for kerala Circle) and it is working fine in Delhi. Sir please fire these people from BSNL Delhi office.

On several complain till now there is no action.Bsnl exchange office Jagdishpur wants this sim back to fix the issue and i m in gaziabad.

Joseph (@panicker16141) reporteddid MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.
