    @vinayak_jain Yeah, The vision of privatisation of railways thereby creating more gulf between riches and poor, the vision of promoting Jio over BSNL , jeopardizing lakhs of people's livelihood, the vision of PPP model that has left more powers among the hands of few business classes.

    @HarryJot27 It's vague to put example of BSNL, Air India etc. Because they lack in marketing, management etc. And you fail to understand Micro Economics, when I did booking of Peppermint Leaves there were too many buyers and Farmers got the good price. It's the simple economics theory.

    @BSNLCorporate Yesterday I completed 90 days of service on bsnl! Very very poor service networks never! Only I know how difficult I spent this time of 90 days! Now I'm not getting upc. I'm unable to contact you anyway lack of your bad service! Pls provide me upc code as soon as possible.

    @BSNLCorporate - you are so outdated. I want to apply for a broadband (fiber) connection on my existing landline and your customer rep says there are no means to apply it online. India is sureky going ahead but not BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate I am unable to take call on my bsnl number 9458090183 after recharge and outgoing call is working but incoming always out of range. And i have complaint my time to your customer care but no solution.should i port or not.

    @sassyfeIine_ @Shehla_Rashid By internet not being available they mean that the mobile data network is blocked. I went to Vaishno Devi last month, the broadband wifi BSNL only, was available in the hotel, else no mobile data for the locals. So mobile data is what they're demanding.

    @rajeevsaharsa01 As per SPOs Saharsa network connectivity issue at Panchgachhiya SO (852124) has been taken up with BSNL. BSNL authorities have assured that the issue will be resolved at the earliest. Inconvenience caused is regretted.

    @lavanyadeepak Sir/Madam,  It is intimated that Shastri Nagar Sub Post Office has been temporarily merged with the Adyar Sub Post Office, as the distance between the two Post Offices does not satisfy the prescribed establishment criteria. Further it has been observed that the distance between Adyar Post Office and the merged Shastri Nagar Post Office is approximately 800 metres to 1 kilometre, which is below the prescribed norm for opening a separate post office.              However, the Sub Postmaster of Adyar has been instructed to accord equal and efficient service to customers whose accounts were transferred from the Shastri Nagar Post Office as well as the existing Adyar Post Office account holders and to ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers so as to minimize inconvenience and provide efficient postal and savings bank services to all customers.            Further, it is intimated that a field examination has already been initiated to assess the prevailing situation and examine the feasibility of implementing suitable measures in accordance with departmental guidelines. In connection with server connectivity issues, it is intimated that he BSNL link at Mumbai has been down since this morning due to a power outage at the Data Centre and is currently under restoration.         Hence, online postal services (SB/PLI) could not be rendered across the country on 03.06.2026.          However, the issue has already been taken up with BSNL team for early restoration of services.          Inconvenience caused in this regard is regretted.

    @JioCare absolutely pathetic service. Jio care never let me talk to customer care representative. Recently I inserted my 5g sim to 4 feature phone, there is not option to recharge the number with 123rs plan. Either help me or let me migrate to Airtel or Bsnl.

    @bsnl_care @NarendraKr1993 @BSNLCorporate They promised to upgrade in August 2025, but nothing has happened yet. So, should we just keep recharging their SIM until then? I've now ported from BSNL to another telecom provider because of their network.
