    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I am extremely fadeup with the behaviour and response of BSNL and its employees. Neither they resolved my bill payment issue nor they accept the line disconnection. Now i feel why people prefer any network rather than #BSNL .

    @BSNL I am wonderstruck that BSNL giving worse services even not keeping proper record of reacharge. Wish public company should not be in so much hurry to be sold by offering no service against pre paid recharge.

    @BSNL_HR @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate Sir,Customer care services of BSNL are very poor. They don't even want to listen to the issue .Every time they cut the phone by saying there is some technical(server) issue we are unable to resolve. Hoping to be heard here.

    @NCIBHQ A and C Competition was never the real problem. MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

    Sir can any land line number 033-25587846 becomes unserviceable for years long ? It's true. BSNL , calcutta telephone is such a horrible organization. Please refer CPGRAMS complaint No. DOTEL/E/2020/47489 , 47492 & 49603.@rsprasad , @OfficeOfRSP

    @BSNLCorporate 5GB data is useless because of network is not available in Faridabad Haryana. I have recently port my no. Buts it's my mistake. In 24 hour only 10 hr network signal available. At my home & office zero signal of BSNL. If we want to use BSNL I need to go outside of my home & office

    @BSNL_West_UP my bsnl no 0120 2456735, D-63 , sector 30 noida has been out of service for past one month. The customer care and online complaint services say my no is not functional while I am paying the bill 4 last 2 yrs and my broadband is also working.
