The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

My number belongs to BSNL which is currently roaming on Vi India’s Delhi network because of BSNL’s ICR agreement between MTNL & Vi. I don’t think this is a problem because of Vi, but instead it’s your ICR agreement.

On several complain till now there is no action.Bsnl exchange office Jagdishpur wants this sim back to fix the issue and i m in gaziabad.
