For the first time in my life I took another SIM (JIO for kerala Circle) and it is working fine in Delhi. Sir please fire these people from BSNL Delhi office.

This needs to be stopped, and the already-charged amount refunded. Please also note that the aggrieved customer is a Senior Citizen. @iKumarSushil

I went to Vaishno Devi last month, the broadband wifi BSNL only, was available in the hotel, else no mobile data for the locals. So mobile data is what they're demanding.

Sankar (@gouripathy) reported@Cawnporiaah There is only one solution to "reservation". That is "privatisation". Disband BSNL like companies. Privatise Navaratna like companies. Make Railway a PPP model. Just outsource everything. It will save money, bring more transparency and efficiency.
