Irrespective of BSNL or MTNL,concern is resolving petty issues of network stability & urgent attention needed. At the end users have to bear inconvenience.

Every alternate hour phone network goes on no service. With this kind of attitude doesn’t look Service will go better in future even if govt bails out BSNL.

However additional roaming facilities of BSNL may be used in this area by paying charges as per policy.
