    @BSNL_HR no. is registered under BSNL & I live in faridabad where BSNL provides services, now you guys r saying it falls under MTNL. Irrespective of BSNL or MTNL,concern is resolving petty issues of network stability & urgent attention needed. At the end users have to bear inconvenience.

    @BT_India @IndiaTodayFLASH @ChandanCartoons Once I visited a GMTD office of BSNL!Inside the chamber a group of junior employees found to be just gossiping as if they did not have any work! Over staffing,poor service will end like this !

    @rsprasad Problem of non existance of Mobile signal in sec 8 Faridabad has been existing prior to NDA 1 rule and it is because of MTNL as in NCR ,MTNL is the signal provider and this the the root cause of the problem.Can you bring BSNL in Faridabad, RESOLVE

    @VodafoneIN Totally bad experience of your network in Bihar & Jharkhand circle.your network is poor then BSNL .Almost everywhere @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence are available in the Bihar .

    @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP I had complaind regarding non availability of BSNL mobile signals in the houses of sector 8 Faridabad but no action has been taken.Being in NCR ,MTNL is the signal provider and this MTNL is responsible for all the trouble we are facing

    @BSNLCorporate @narendramodi one of the friend in Airtel told today that private service providers pay bribe to BSNL employees to cut their own fiber so that consumer moves to private operators. Don’t know how true is this but if it is you need to look into it .

    @DoT_India I had told you the problem of non existence of mobile signals in the residences of sector 8 Faridabad.Signal provider is MTNL.I am having BSNL number 9467904981.This is a chronic problem of sector 8 Faridabad which non of you keen to solve.

    It’s not even a week shifted from Vodafone. Having full trust on BSNL. Surprisingly cannot contact customer care no. Got several queries on recharges. Specially when using network in Delhi mumbai as they have mtnl. @BSNLCorporate My no.9004101969

    @BSNL_HR As a subscriber it really doesn’t matter whose area. For me it’s a BSNL connection I am using and as a subscriber I m facing a recurring issue that too basic issue like network coverage and what solution will be provided asap. @MTNLOfficial @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate

    Most of the time network is so poor you can’t even make a call and need to entirely forget about getting data speed. Every alternate hour phone network goes on no service. With this kind of attitude doesn’t look Service will go better in future even if govt bails out BSNL.

    @VodafoneIN I don’t hv any alternate number. Just coz fault is at Vodafone’s end the issue has been escalate to appellate office and it’s been resolved still my services r not restored by BSNL coz ur company has not updated any communication to BSNL

    It’s been more than 15 days my services have been withdrawn by BSNL stating porting a bill was due with Vodafone where as the outstanding amount concern has been resolved by Vodafone and still no restoration of service by BSNL @BSNL_HR

    @VodafoneIN wanted to port back to Vodafone from BSNL. Checked ur Vodafone app and tried porting procedure. But it looks like to you guys postpaid customers are more important than prepaid coz the app only gives personalised service if porting done to postpaid n not prepaid.

    Is this something planned effort of BSNL n private operators that leading BSNL to go down n private sector flourish. N looks like it’s a hand on hand conspiracy towards privatising BSNL too and no one to blame but BSNL itself as you guys not doing ur job as it is suppose to be.

    Worst experience with @reliancejio I changed my sim from bsnl to JIO as the network is very slow in my college but now using this jio it is even worse they say they cover even yh remote areas but in my college bsnl is stable rather than jio @JioCare thinking of changing my sim

    @reliancejio I have a mobile shopee,Airtel ,vi,bsnl everybody allowed me pos to run the business to activate the sim card, to do mnp but MALEGAON here in my area distributor has not been allowing jio pos since 1 year .He is delibrately avoiding to allot me jio pos. Bad service

    BSNL fiber connection is literally the worst. I’ve lodged a complaint on my ffth connection through customer care. It’s been 3days now still no contact whatsoever. Tried contacting the local BSNL office. All they do is tell us to wait it out.Waste of an investment @BSNLCorporate
