    @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi In greater noida there is many places where there is no 4G or 5G services No optic fiber, No BSNL landline poor network it is just near by Honda Chowk @DoT_India when approached BSNL decline to lay down any cable in my area n said no possibility of BSNL line in my area #नयाभारत

    @VodafoneIN wanted to port back to Vodafone from BSNL. Checked ur Vodafone app and tried porting procedure. But it looks like to you guys postpaid customers are more important than prepaid coz the app only gives personalised service if porting done to postpaid n not prepaid.

    @BSNL_HR As per BSNL iOS app PV 187 states national roaming only at BSNL network excluding Mumbai & delhi where as ur twit says it includes both cites. Update is confusing.

    It’s been more than 15 days my services have been withdrawn by BSNL stating porting a bill was due with Vodafone where as the outstanding amount concern has been resolved by Vodafone and still no restoration of service by BSNL @BSNL_HR

    @haryanabsnl It is a matter of great shame for BSNL that no mobile net work is coming in sector 8 Faridabad . Before lock down net work was coming on the road and on the roof MyBSNL no is 9467904981

    Whenever i call on portal you guys told me go to the bsnl office. Just listen people have lot of other work to do. If i go to bsnl office than why are you paying those abandoned people. No customer respect they are thinking like they owned me.

    @DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP If you have BSNL no and you are coming to Faridabad till 9 sector you will not find any problem but as you enter in sector 8 residences signals disappears.Merging MTNL with BSNL is the only solution as MTNLwill never solve this2/2.

    @BSNLCorporate @narendramodi one of the friend in Airtel told today that private service providers pay bribe to BSNL employees to cut their own fiber so that consumer moves to private operators. Don’t know how true is this but if it is you need to look into it .

    @BSNLCorporate 5GB data is useless because of network is not available in Faridabad Haryana. I have recently port my no. Buts it's my mistake. In 24 hour only 10 hr network signal available. At my home & office zero signal of BSNL. If we want to use BSNL I need to go outside of my home & office

    @Rajendra195401 @NagendraKuMoha2 @narendramodi Not completely true it was we who took Jio . I have been using Airtel when it 1GB cost 250 rs now cost is low. Bsnl was never promoted by old govt as well it become a big bag of loan burden.

    @VodafoneIN So who will resolve this issue coz I hv told to wait for 7 days. I waited n now BSNL says there is no issue at there end n even u guys don’t hv any appropriate solution.

    Bsnl call center told me to go to BSNL office for broadband plan change/ disconnection even in times of corona. Kudos BSNL, your ways of working are equally as bad as your network @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate @CGMHRBSNL

    @DoT_India In loksabha ,Hon.Ashwani Vashnav,told house that BSNL is improving network but in NCR,MTNL is providing network.Why is this MTNL not merged with BSNL?In Faridabad in sector 8, MTNL had been failed and still failed to provide network,Takeaction

    @BSNLCorporate Sir thanks for your quick response and support. Finally I can't used the 4g network. And we have to think about for switch in to other operator service. As we need of high speed data internet which is not possible in BSNL service because BSNL is running 10 year back than market.

    @BSNL_HR no. is registered under BSNL & I live in faridabad where BSNL provides services, now you guys r saying it falls under MTNL. Irrespective of BSNL or MTNL,concern is resolving petty issues of network stability & urgent attention needed. At the end users have to bear inconvenience.

    @IndianTechGuide Every govt. staff wants bsnl to be thier official communication sim because most of the times calls don't connect network is slow and laggy, this proves very helpful for lazy staffs.

    BSNL is doing something pretty interesting with its new 5G broadband service, BSNL Q-5G. Plans start at ₹999 for 100 Mbps and ₹1,499 for 300 Mbps. It's currently being tested in Bengaluru, Pune, Chandigarh, Gwalior, Pondicherry and Visakhapatnam. Unlike Jio AirFiber and Airtel Xstream AirFiber, BSNL's router doesn't need a SIM card at all. Just power it on and it gets authenticated on the network automatically using the device's built-in identity.

    @TRAI Which is violating human rights. BSNL NETWORK is not working properly in the village. Along with this, only those people who have 4G Enable Mobile in this area can talk on the phone and those who use 2G/3G Sim Mobile can't talk to anyone?? 2/3 @hrw
