And we have to think about for switch in to other operator service. As we need of high speed data internet which is not possible in BSNL service because BSNL is running 10 year back than market.

In my bsnl account there is an opem order since Feb 2018 (yes since 1 year) because of which no other order is possible thru selfcare. BSNL is least interested in closing the same.!

laymans_profile (@laymans_profile) reportedDuring COVID time, a drain was being built in our area and BSNL wires were damaged. I complained, but there was no response. I filed an RTI. They said the wires were in Patna and would be fixed once they reached here. Guess what? They never corrected it till today. Thankfully, I switched to Airtel broadband. @PMOIndia should sell off BSNL or use it only for military and government purposes.

Moh@n v@msi (@mhn_vam) reportedNo response from BSNL even after sending email regarding refund of security deposit for my closed copper broadband connection. My old copper broadband connection was closed during migration from Masab Tank to Bandlaguda Jagir because copper service was unavailable in the new area. As suggested by BSNL, FTTH connection was activated successfully with the same account details. However, the refundable security deposit amount is still pending. Requesting @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt @DoT_India to kindly look into this issue and help process the refund at the earliest. I can share connection/account details through DM if required.
