In my bsnl account there is an opem order since Feb 2018 (yes since 1 year) because of which no other order is possible thru selfcare. BSNL is least interested in closing the same.!

In 24 hour only 10 hr network signal available. At my home & office zero signal of BSNL. If we want to use BSNL I need to go outside of my home & office

But it looks like to you guys postpaid customers are more important than prepaid coz the app only gives personalised service if porting done to postpaid n not prepaid.

Irrespective of BSNL or MTNL,concern is resolving petty issues of network stability & urgent attention needed. At the end users have to bear inconvenience.
