Irrespective of BSNL or MTNL,concern is resolving petty issues of network stability & urgent attention needed. At the end users have to bear inconvenience.

But in last 2 years, its service was very poor(Calling, Data Speed, OTP and network). However additional roaming facilities of BSNL may be used in this area by paying charges as per policy. This service may be activated by sending a message ACT ROAM TO 53333 from the respective numbers.

And we have to think about for switch in to other operator service. As we need of high speed data internet which is not possible in BSNL service because BSNL is running 10 year back than market.

I have been using Airtel when it 1GB cost 250 rs now cost is low. Bsnl was never promoted by old govt as well it become a big bag of loan burden.
