Local BSNL office says the SIM is physically damaged, but it is not damaged. Number was ported from Airtel Bihar to BSNL Bengal in 2022. Please check and help resolve this issue.

They should receive their payment from govt for the order they delivered. Chas receivable at 3200 cr. Their debt will reduce and interest outgo as well.
