Can someone help here to close my connection as I am not using it from 22nd Sep and obviously BSNL should still be billing me on this.

Lot of people want to have land lines but due poor service of BSNL people don't opt for BSNL services though BSNL has the best network coverage. We must focus on this.

Strangely I get billed for services which BSNL is unable to provide. Show some work ethics.
