In my bsnl account there is an opem order since Feb 2018 (yes since 1 year) because of which no other order is possible thru selfcare. BSNL is least interested in closing the same.!

I have been using Airtel when it 1GB cost 250 rs now cost is low. Bsnl was never promoted by old govt as well it become a big bag of loan burden.

I am opting out from BSNL service. Theynt old me if you will not remove the line your connection will not be terminated.

However additional roaming facilities of BSNL may be used in this area by paying charges as per policy. The ONT/router installed by BSNL supports only Fast Ethernet / old Wi-Fi standard, due to which I get only ~50 Mbps. Wi-Fi also disconnects 15–30 days every month. Local staff is asking me to purchase my own router

Please reduce the cost the normal people don't use somebody much internet and each place the connectivity is slow not faster. So BSNL having government support can provide this service at less price. Also make 1gb plan per day in a month.
