@AirtelPresence i ported my number from BSNL to Airtel and it is so unfortunate to see the type os service i am getting, my bsnl sim got deactivated and Airtel sim still doesn’t work and Airtel store guy just making me roam around again and again, its my 6th day.

@ind1a_USA @GauravPandhi @RahulGandhi Then after 2014 Mukesh Ambani launches jio. Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. Then why government of India didn't give this opportunity to bsnl or any other mobile service provider?

@LICIndiaForever Indian customers have full trust in LIC, but your employees will break that trust because when the service is not available then the customer will get upset and go to a private company and the condition of LIC will be like BSNL. I think so Modinagar branch code 250 branch.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi the worst decision for giving fund to BSNL by central govt. just another opportunity for the corrupt officers which is currently looting.Nothing going to change. I think we need to check with bureocracy who is giving such decisions on what basis

@BSNL_BR I am repeatedly stating that there is no one taking action. I have paid bills online and they are not even hearing my issue. They are just ignoring. How many times I have to state this..? I don't want #BSNL connection. Kindly disconnect and adjust my payment.

@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I am extremely fadeup with the behaviour and response of BSNL and its employees. Neither they resolved my bill payment issue nor they accept the line disconnection. Now i feel why people prefer any network rather than #BSNL .

Terribly dissatisfying service from @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL I've recharged my connection for STV 397, which offers free PRBT for 60 days. Now the customer care service says there is no such offer! When I tried to activate it via BSNL App, they say it may charge Rs.42 per month

@DoT_India @rsprasad @PMOIndia Our village Lulkidihi, Sundargarh, Odisha, pin 770074 has no network. No broadband. For last one year there is BSNL Fiber cable but not operational. This is 2021. Our village is on plain land not on hills. Can't understand what is the problem.

@BSNLCorporate : Looking at #BSNL ADSL BB plans starting ₹ 299/Month - Speed is 10Mbps then why BB plan ₹ 545/Month is having speed of 8Mbps,when will you upgrade the speed of this plan. @DoT_India - can you help why ₹545/- BB plan has less speed as compared to other plans.
