Even a lineman of BSNL have a right to disturb our line. I hope you will understand the key problems.

I have been using Airtel when it 1GB cost 250 rs now cost is low. Bsnl was never promoted by old govt as well it become a big bag of loan burden.

It was from 2005 and earlier that BSNL employees top to bottom were 'encouraged' by new entrants to stay stupid. However additional roaming facilities of BSNL may be used in this area by paying charges as per policy. This service may be activated by sending a message ACT ROAM TO 53333 from the respective numbers.

BSNL not getting 3G or 4G while all other private players got it definitely slowed down its growth/expansion plans. BSNL's towers paved the way for growth of private players is unquestionable. BSNL could bring much more than starlink too if only the government had the will!

The matter was raised with System Manager had intimated that BSNL had reported that NSP1 was down in DC Mumbai and the issue was taken up with BSNL Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
