@narendramodi @PMOIndia with our Atma nirbhar Bharat. We should start focusing on landline phone connections. Lot of people want to have land lines but due poor service of BSNL people don't opt for BSNL services though BSNL has the best network coverage. We must focus on this.

@deepakjsingh @r_bhaduri Then you have no idea about when the damage was done. It was from 2005 and earlier that BSNL employees top to bottom were 'encouraged' by new entrants to stay stupid. Ask people who ran around to use their services bcos govt wanted only BSNL for govt servants.

@Pujakapoor28 Ma'am, there is MTNL coverage in NCR area. However additional roaming facilities of BSNL may be used in this area by paying charges as per policy. This service may be activated by sending a message ACT ROAM TO 53333 from the respective numbers.

@IndianTechGuide Most of the older generation and people using two SIM cards are looking for affordable call plans. @narendramodi, could you please look into this issue? @TelecomTalk No they can't, as they can't delivery service after the contract is sign between mtnl and bsnl for approx a year what they will delivery now. They are way behind of technology, now others are working on 6g bsnl is still struggling for 4g service pan India.

@rishibagree u may be right as far as data rate is concern but those Golden days one poor people can use mobile atleast for calling is only at 20-30 rupees/month cost only but today this go upto minimum 200-300 rupees, Thanks to ambani,bharti & birlas including BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate and @ViCustomerCare are government supported enterprises. Both have no business plans. VI doesn't sell prepaid sims. BSNL self-care app doesn't work. Recharging on other app. It requires id. Government should look into this issue @DoT_India
