@MTNLOfficial Back in Noida after one year. Sorry to say problem still persists. Please allow to choose another operator on roaming. Or otherwise i shall port out from bsnl Punjab. No doubt @MTNLOfficial is running into losses.

Your government killed BSNL and MTNL. You never allowed them the proper Spectrum. Their fall started during D Raja and MMS. Government should close down these White elephants

@BSNLCorporate My BSNL phone 0110-2633941 along with broadband is dysfunctional from 2 weeks. Even complaint lodged by phone but till now no action. Such response is shambolic.

@BSNLCorporate I am using Bsnl for the past 12 years. I am in Noida and not getting coverage anywhere in Delhi NCR for the past 2 days. I don't have any other connection. I am solely depend on hotel wifi. I am switching connection when I get network. Thanks for your service.

@libertariandesi MTNL & BSNL r paying the price of digital India. Modi Govt has forced them 2 invest in broadband network in rural india. Rather they shud focus on improving their network, infra & service in urban cities from where most of their revenue comes. BSNL network in cities is pathetic.

I was using @BSNLCorporate since 2012 to 2019(April). But in last 2 years, its service was very poor(Calling, Data Speed, OTP and network). If government company will not take care its services then Customers have no point to use #BSNL. #Switch_to_BSNL @BSNL_KOTD @BSNL_BR

@ravishil @rsprasad @AmitShah @narendramodi When i went to #BSNL office i was told to redo my complaint and remove a statement which said that "due to gross negligence of customer care . I am opting out from BSNL service. Theynt old me if you will not remove the line your connection will not be terminated.

@CNBC_Awaaz Still many people in our country are out of good network coverage 😕. Nowadays people in many areas have multiple options though some people have no option to choose a good connection. Hence government should allocate different areas to Jio, Airtel, VI and BSNL so that all over our country is covered by at least one good network. All service providers can make a joint venture to help the customers.

@TelecomTalk Bsnl 4g is really good. Still need further fine tuning. They should add more signal towers... Or if they add small cells and 4x mimo will be good, our private telcom to do some home work.. without talking tariffs.
