It was from 2005 and earlier that BSNL employees top to bottom were 'encouraged' by new entrants to stay stupid. In my bsnl account there is an opem order since Feb 2018 (yes since 1 year) because of which no other order is possible thru selfcare. BSNL is least interested in closing the same.!
