It was from 2005 and earlier that BSNL employees top to bottom were 'encouraged' by new entrants to stay stupid. Ask people who ran around to use their services bcos govt wanted only BSNL for govt servants.

In my bsnl account there is an opem order since Feb 2018 (yes since 1 year) because of which no other order is possible thru selfcare. BSNL is least interested in closing the same.!

I am opting out from BSNL service. Theynt old me if you will not remove the line your connection will not be terminated.

After submitting the request, the service may take up to 24 hours for activation. VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on handset compatibility, approved software version, and network provisioning. For supported devices, you can manually enable it by going to your handset Settings → Wi-Fi Calling/VoWiFi and turning it ON while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
