@airtelnews i ported my number from BSNL to Airtel and it is so unfortunate to see the type os service i am getting, my bsnl sim got deactivated and Airtel sim still doesn’t work and Airtel store guy just making me roam around again and again, its my 6th day.

@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I am extremely fadeup with the behaviour and response of BSNL and its employees. Neither they resolved my bill payment issue nor they accept the line disconnection. Now i feel why people prefer any network rather than #BSNL .

@ind1a_USA @GauravPandhi @RahulGandhi Then after 2014 Mukesh Ambani launches jio. Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. Then why government of India didn't give this opportunity to bsnl or any other mobile service provider?

@Rajendra195401 @NagendraKuMoha2 @narendramodi Not completely true it was we who took Jio . I have been using Airtel when it 1GB cost 250 rs now cost is low. Bsnl was never promoted by old govt as well it become a big bag of loan burden.

@BSNLCorporate There is only one ACTION to be taken by @BSNLCorporate and that is "Please register my LL Number on BSNL Portals" Please do that... Please ask Indirapuram SDO and his subordinate Officers / staff members to resolve this issue.

@LICIndiaForever Indian customers have full trust in LIC, but your employees will break that trust because when the service is not available then the customer will get upset and go to a private company and the condition of LIC will be like BSNL. I think so Modinagar branch code 250 branch.

@BSNL_BR I am repeatedly stating that there is no one taking action. I have paid bills online and they are not even hearing my issue. They are just ignoring. How many times I have to state this..? I don't want #BSNL connection. Kindly disconnect and adjust my payment.

@BSNL_JKD such a bad service. It's better not to have internet than getting a bsnl connection. After every 2-3 hrs it's gets disconnected form internet and ping is too high.

@BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe I am surprised to know that Private vendors (appointed for installation of BSNL fiber) are asking 10000 rs for fibar cable + Other charges (plan+installation) though the connection required is only 1 km away. Not sure, if this should be paid by customer?

@Imrahul19Gupta @MrsGandhi Until citizens become practical we will keep blaming Modi. For eg, BSNL has the best infrastructure. They were giving 0 customer service. They never bothered. People started moving to Airtel. Whom do u blame. Same with most of the public sector which were loss making
