However additional roaming facilities of BSNL may be used in this area by paying charges as per policy. This service may be activated by sending a message ACT ROAM TO 53333 from the respective numbers.

In my bsnl account there is an opem order since Feb 2018 (yes since 1 year) because of which no other order is possible thru selfcare. BSNL is least interested in closing the same.!

I am opting out from BSNL service. Theynt old me if you will not remove the line your connection will not be terminated.

Don’t know how true is this but if it is you need to look into it .
