However additional roaming facilities of BSNL may be used in this area by paying charges as per policy. It was from 2005 and earlier that BSNL employees top to bottom were 'encouraged' by new entrants to stay stupid. Ask people who ran around to use their services bcos govt wanted only BSNL for govt servants.

I am opting out from BSNL service. Theynt old me if you will not remove the line your connection will not be terminated.
