I see millions of complaints against #BSNL #airtel #Jio #vodafone online. Sure those are never going to get fixed. The most simple fix is - get the pricing right and automatically the traffic will come down on your nodes - which will balance the network usage+QoS gets better.

@JioCare Please understand it's an issue of 2 major cities & may b couple of dists and must be lakh+ subscribers. If you have sense and sincere, check with your local team escalate the matter, learn from your competitors like #BSNL @airtelindia @VodafoneIN @Idea and solve the issue ASAP.

@BJP4India @narendramodi @AmitShah I m a poor and silly chowkidaar of BSNL, who could do nothing but see it ruined since 2014. I helplessly witnessed its journey from NAVRATNA to INCIPIENTLY SICK. But, since my childhood I m taught one thing that is #AllThingShallPassAway. No one can hide the TRUTH for ever.

When I came to Bangalore in 2017 I was running after Airtel and Bsnl for a broadband but with slow speed and their tantrums I decided to try out ACT. Turned out to be really good and more importantly reliable. Cust service is also good.
