  @BSNLCorporate Housing Board, Charbatia is a big campus having nearly 700 houses of different categories. Nearly 150 landline phones were there whereas now very few due to poor service of BSNL. OPTIC FIBRE should be provided immediately. But there is no provision as ascertained.

  @BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl It's 48 hours now, complete blackout in Patia area. Incentive team of BSNL. Seems BSNL is rolling out a supportive strategy for JioFiber. Customers can move to avail the much awaited service at competitive cost.

  @BSNL_OR I hve surrendered my BB connection 0674-2957833 on 28/07/2021 & got confirmation frm yr office in BBSR, waiting 4 refund of deposit amount. Today I received email & SMS from BSNL that yr new connection is active frm 31/07/2021. What is this? Can someone help me more.

  @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Dear sir its an serious issue in our area(bentkar,42 mouza exchange,cuttack district),in last 18 hours we are unable to use any service (bsnl fiber net and mobile network) due to electric fault,sorry to say there is no single backup service.

  @BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl Great to hear this slogan but the reality is opposite, since last evening no Opt.fiber connections in Kanan Vihar -Phase 2 , BBSR. I'm sure many other areas would have been affected with this interruption. Can't reach out to BSNL service agent. Can we expect early restoration.

  @BSNL_OR Dear Sir/Ma'am Thanks for your quick response. BSNL network tower is 2km distance from my location. I think the permanent solution for this issue is New BSNL Network Tower in my area. If it possible then issue will be solved permanently.

  @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate New month , same issues Internet for the entire area went down at 23rd may 4 pm and it's been over 42 hours and still the internet is down Bsnl says another cable cut , i wonder what is the material used to make bsnl fibre cable

  @Sadafsayeed Very true but service matters, It has been 6 years or so since 4G released still V! doesn't provide it properly. VoLTE is still wobbly at best, what about VoWiFi, something has been mainstream for Airtel and Jio, V! Hasn't offered in most cities. And BSNL oh boy where do i start?

  @Vibhuti49174264 @idesibanda That's the problem. No govt is enough responsible to run big corporation because profit or loss is not personal. Every govt only help their party. Private comp. like tata steel is more profitable than sail, airtel more profitable than bsnl. Etc.
