@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Dear sir its an serious issue in our area(bentkar,42 mouza exchange,cuttack district),in last 18 hours we are unable to use any service (bsnl fiber net and mobile network) due to electric fault,sorry to say there is no single backup service.

@BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl It's 48 hours now, complete blackout in Patia area. Incentive team of BSNL. Seems BSNL is rolling out a supportive strategy for JioFiber. Customers can move to avail the much awaited service at competitive cost.

@Tejasvi_Surya Humble request not to privatise the pride of India like India post ,Indian Railways and BSNL. even if these sectors are incurring loss but the aim of these organisations were never been to make profit. They exist because of social obligation.

@BSNL_OR I hve surrendered my BB connection 0674-2957833 on 28/07/2021 & got confirmation frm yr office in BBSR, waiting 4 refund of deposit amount. Today I received email & SMS from BSNL that yr new connection is active frm 31/07/2021. What is this? Can someone help me more.

@BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl Great to hear this slogan but the reality is opposite, since last evening no Opt.fiber connections in Kanan Vihar -Phase 2 , BBSR. I'm sure many other areas would have been affected with this interruption. Can't reach out to BSNL service agent. Can we expect early restoration.

@AGSawant @BSNLCorporate BSNL is not interested in doing business they are just running their company on Tax Payer's Money. BSNL still have largest network than any Airtel/Jio/VI. I myself tried BSNL wifi Connection 3 times in greater noida. But no response from them not even a call.

UNLESS BSNL staff get off their behinds and do work to fix issues COMPLAINTS will PILE and BSNL are LOSING customers. BSNL exchange (0469) has ISSUES. Working LINES SUDDENLY go dead.

@BSNL_PB dear sir/mam i have an bsnl ubnt wireless wifi connection and since i had this connection i am very very depressed with it it never worked with the worth of my money i am paying a bill of 905 rs per month and i am getting 2 mbps max speed even my plan is of 15 mbps.
