Irony is BSNL is still sending us bills. Restore the service or disconnect the land line permanently. Ac No: 8000810869

The most simple fix is - get the pricing right and automatically the traffic will come down on your nodes - which will balance the network usage+QoS gets better.

Still we have trusted BSNL and kept the connection alive. But all our complains fell on deaf ears since 3 months. It's really irritating.
