I helplessly witnessed its journey from NAVRATNA to INCIPIENTLY SICK. But, since my childhood I m taught one thing that is #AllThingShallPassAway. No one can hide the TRUTH for ever.

    @CMDBSNL @BSNL_OR @CMDBSNL very pathetic,disgusting service provided by Bsnl,out of 30 days in a month,at least 10 days out of order ,network issue,broadbands issue,call drop problems,speed issue in capital of Odisha Bhubaneswar!what can we expect from rural Odisha,Network till 3G!!!

    @Tejasvi_Surya Humble request not to privatise the pride of India like India post ,Indian Railways and BSNL. even if these sectors are incurring loss but the aim of these organisations were never been to make profit. They exist because of social obligation.

    @BSNL_OR Dear Sir/Ma'am Thanks for your quick response. BSNL network tower is 2km distance from my location. I think the permanent solution for this issue is New BSNL Network Tower in my area. If it possible then issue will be solved permanently.

    @BSNLCorporate Housing Board, Charbatia is a big campus having nearly 700 houses of different categories. Nearly 150 landline phones were there whereas now very few due to poor service of BSNL. OPTIC FIBRE should be provided immediately. But there is no provision as ascertained.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Dear sir its an serious issue in our area(bentkar,42 mouza exchange,cuttack district),in last 18 hours we are unable to use any service (bsnl fiber net and mobile network) due to electric fault,sorry to say there is no single backup service.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HP I visited three times to upgrade my old sim to 4g. Every time, they all give excuses like servers down. As I am handicapped, going somewhere is a big task. The location of the BSNL office where I visited is Baijnath district kangra-176125.

    @TelecomTalk Initiative is good, but considering poor BSNL network and services, implementation might not be fruitful. First need to make BSNL full 5G ready with very good network and services. Then only people will consider using BSNL services, including the Govt sector.
