@BSNL_OR Sir, I am a Customer of BSNL Cell One since it's inception. I am now residing in Bhubaneswar for last 02 years. But I find the service of BSNL Mobile Service in Bhubaneswar is very very poor with Call drops,No Connectivity, very slow internet. Please improve @PMOIndia

@BSNLCorporate Housing Board, Charbatia is a big campus having nearly 700 houses of different categories. Nearly 150 landline phones were there whereas now very few due to poor service of BSNL. OPTIC FIBRE should be provided immediately. But there is no provision as ascertained.

@BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl Great to hear this slogan but the reality is opposite, since last evening no Opt.fiber connections in Kanan Vihar -Phase 2 , BBSR. I'm sure many other areas would have been affected with this interruption. Can't reach out to BSNL service agent. Can we expect early restoration.

@BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl It's 48 hours now, complete blackout in Patia area. Incentive team of BSNL. Seems BSNL is rolling out a supportive strategy for JioFiber. Customers can move to avail the much awaited service at competitive cost.

For your information, our landline is the ONLY connection left in our entire area. People have disconnected the lines due to bad service. Still we have trusted BSNL and kept the connection alive. But all our complains fell on deaf ears since 3 months. It's really irritating.

@Tejasvi_Surya Humble request not to privatise the pride of India like India post ,Indian Railways and BSNL. even if these sectors are incurring loss but the aim of these organisations were never been to make profit. They exist because of social obligation.

The poor service I am facing from your employees in last two months only worked for 4-5 days even appointed person don't pick the calls and fake messages being sent the problem is resolved. @BSNL_UPW BSNL Agra is not responding to a faulty landline despite of many complaints (last complaint no. is 1054599173) to call center as well to local office. What a pathetic service. They are only concerned about collecting payments!!

@jagograhakjago I raised Grievance Number: 2883561 and it was simply closed without my confirmation. Issue was not at all solved. BSNL JTO updated as solved which never happened and consumerhelpline also closed my grievance based on BSNL update without verification. BSNL is cheating the customer
