    @BSNL_HR BSNL broadband Service Very very slow system is not working and again to again Calling But bsnl office and employees field officer not Responsible Answer. I am calling Try to Three working day but call not received This service is very very bad.

    0180-2651239 broadband still not done .. i have paid for last six months without any use ... even promise of prompt action by BSNL have no effect till now .. It is really BSNL @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate ... sir improve service

    @BSNL_HR prompt response was promised by BSNL corporate. No one even bother to call even after 24 hours .. what a response... This is Real BSNL... @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR 0180-2651239 broadband not working for many months

    There is #nocustomerservice in #airtel. It is always poor and now they are stuck with #lowerstandards. #poormanagement Even the BSNL network covers the city but the Airtel doesn’t.

    @BSNLCorporate I ported my number from Airtel to BSNL. The porting was completed on 18 June at 11:56 PM, but as of 19 June 8:19 AM, I am unable to make or receive calls and I am not receiving OTPs either.This is causing serious inconvenience. Please look into the issue.@BSNL_UPE

    @mohitlaws Even then, besides idea, vodafone, airtel, reliance and BSNL only had purchased 2G spectrum from auction.. Other's didnt even have their own & were leasing it indirectly.. BSNL was already a gonner with poor network, vodafone & Idea were already getting weak, hence later merged

    @BSNLCorporate why is BSNL network so poor, right from delayed otp, to call drop issues, you hear from other side and they cannot hear us … being a govt. Subsidiary it should have been best…

    Request to BSNL please increase the number of towers. The network condition is the same today as it was 13 years ago, only 4G has come in 2G areas. If you can't install new towers, then do tower sharing. The last thing is to increase the number of towers. @BSNLCorporate
