There is #nocustomerservice in #airtel. It is always poor and now they are stuck with #lowerstandards. #poormanagement Even the BSNL network covers the city but the Airtel doesn’t.

@abhymurarka What is the use of this CASH FLOWS? Govt is just wastong those CASH FLOWS just by doing worst capital allocation decisions. Ex : Package to BSNL worth 1.5 lakh crores to revive and make as cometitive as JIO and airtel. Many more decisions like that....
