    There is #nocustomerservice in #airtel. It is always poor and now they are stuck with #lowerstandards. #poormanagement Even the BSNL network covers the city but the Airtel doesn’t.

    @BSNLCorporate Broadband Services are very weaker as per the tariff plans maximum speed will be 10Mbps but frequently disconnecting D link broadband. Service is good only in FTTH while BSNL did not produce any interest to improve the broadband services in N Andaman @BSNLCorporate @MIB_India

    I just want to ask IT Minister @AshwiniVaishnaw ji, if he can improve #BSNL Network if not sell it too cause the worst network in India is #BSNL4G_NOW it's been 1 month of recharge still can't use internet with it.👎👎 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ

    @BSNLCorporate You told to switch bsnl and get more.I did but facing problem.I lost my mobile.want back same number I visited BSNL office in Bihar.They didn't respond ,They told to visit Rajasthan.This is not possible for me to visit Rajasthan.Kindly help it's urgent

    @BSNLCorporate @MEAIndia @OIA_MEA After bill payment due date Bsnl got disconnected the ftth internet connection 1 day before bill payment done by me But after bill payment Bsnl not connected to internet, customer care executives not know what is the issue, what I do

    @BSNLCorporate I am old user of #BSNL Now my brother and sister #switchedToBSNL because bsnl 3G Network is batter then any other 4G Network work.

    Bsnl has an edge in the market due to its tariff rates but it's customer service is so so so pathetic that even those who cannot afford other service providers are paying more just to avoid experience of Bsnl. @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH
