@BSNL_HR prompt response was promised by BSNL corporate. No one even bother to call even after 24 hours .. what a response... This is Real BSNL... @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR 0180-2651239 broadband not working for many months

0180-2651239 broadband still not done .. i have paid for last six months without any use ... even promise of prompt action by BSNL have no effect till now .. It is really BSNL @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate ... sir improve service @rsprasad

There is #nocustomerservice in #airtel. It is always poor and now they are stuck with #lowerstandards. #poormanagement Even the BSNL network covers the city but the Airtel doesn’t.

@Ravisutanjani • First of all I tried to find the BSNL sim operator to buy a new sim there is no one in my area, if you have to buy it you have to go to the BSNL office • slow network 🛜 issue • doesn't support 5g • no customer support that will definitely the headache

BSNL's Diwali Bonanza plan targets new and porting customers with a ₹1 token charge for 30 days of unlimited voice calls, 2GB high-speed data daily, 100 SMS per day, and complimentary 4G SIM/service. Official announcements from BSNL via PIB confirm the offer runs through November 15, 2025, to accelerate subscriber growth. Private telcos may indeed push back, but it's a valid promotional move.

@Ravisutanjani Mere Gaon me 6 Mahine se connectivity nai aa rahi thi. Logo ne complain bhi kya. kuch resolve nai hua. For haar kar Jio me port karana pada. BSNL is the worst in user experience.
