    There is #nocustomerservice in #airtel. It is always poor and now they are stuck with #lowerstandards. #poormanagement Even the BSNL network covers the city but the Airtel doesn’t.

    @BSNL_HR prompt response was promised by BSNL corporate. No one even bother to call even after 24 hours .. what a response... This is Real BSNL... @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR 0180-2651239 broadband not working for many months

    @BSNLCorporate I was really disappointed by bsnl service ragarding that i complained so many times, then i submitted application for my disconnection around one month ago but they didnt disconnected it, moreover they just stopped the internet servise with a excuse that i didnt paid my bill

    @ishafoundation BSNL is a ****** service provider, even I faced huge bill many years ago and cancelled the connection immediately, I was devastated at that time.

    @DoT_India Your @BSNLCorporate prolonged power & media failure will make my HEART fail..After 4 days again 2G & 3G gone..Going 35 step from room & 100 step<walk> from BSNL tower toward pin-757037 i get both..If possible increase nearest tower strength. TATO, BIUNRIA PIN - 757036

    @BSNLCorporate Hi Sir, BSNL Selfcare app is not working, Actually firstly i was trying to login, the app itself not opening and with other mobile plan is not reflecting. Once i entered into the recharge coloum, it was showing mobile number is not vaild.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw sir u making waking up bsnl from gaint sleep but they never wake up from sleep and they nevr listened to there custmer who r with them 1987 for thm customer is beggar not king I have personal experience wth thm wth top management they r still sleeping NVR wake up
