    @BSNL_HR prompt response was promised by BSNL corporate. No one even bother to call even after 24 hours .. what a response... This is Real BSNL... @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR 0180-2651239 broadband not working for many months

    0180-2651239 broadband still not done .. i have paid for last six months without any use ... even promise of prompt action by BSNL have no effect till now .. It is really BSNL @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate ... sir improve service

    0180-2651239 broadband still not done .. i have paid for last six months without any use ... even promise of prompt action by BSNL have no effect till now .. It is really BSNL @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate ... sir improve service @rsprasad

    There is #nocustomerservice in #airtel. It is always poor and now they are stuck with #lowerstandards. #poormanagement Even the BSNL network covers the city but the Airtel doesn’t.

    @ViCustomerCare the delay service attitude pushing you to reduce the customers to vi. Inspite of huge losses you are still not active. Who will be ready to join you without proper service & no 5G but recharge with high cost. Bsnl is better as per their tariff & service.

    @bsnl_care I talked with the staff at mtnl exchange from where the bsnl sims are being provided and they said they don't know anything about this offer. Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.

    @Ravisutanjani @JM_Scindia directed to increase ARPU of BSNL instead of Market share. With lowest Market share focusing on increase of ARPU will endup in disaster. They should focus on cost effective mobile plans (significantly cheaper than pvt) with better quality of service.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 SIM claim is not matching with ground reality I am a sim seller, in jagdalpur BSNL office they are asking me to pay ₹50–₹60 for buying sim and telling only FRC is ₹1. I myself have purchased a SIM a few months ago under the ₹1 offer without extra SIM charge. Please Help me

    @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia Sir, please direct BSNL board to review the signal issue in Mumbai. I have to visit MTNL office to get the connectivity but it fails there also.
