    In my area (pin - 246762) the "BSNL" mobile network is very poor every time 'emergency calls only'. Please as soon as possible fix the problem.

    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate kindly help. I am very disappointed with the service and the attitude of the personal at BSNL. I am facing regular issues with my broadband service and on complaining the lineman asks me to rip off the wires and disconnect the service. I am tired of this.

    @TelecomTalk @jugaduuengineer Mere existence of BSNL keep telecom tarrif in check. Network of army in strategic areas is handled by BSNL. Hard terrain areas like J&K, NE and Border areas where all other telcos fail BSNL provides them services. Even if these areas are financially not feasible.

    By the by, I'm porting Lakshmi's BSNL connection to @reliancejio. I don't know why, even after years of the advent of 4G, BSNL has not yet upgraded from 3G to 4G? As a customer, I've no choice than to shift to a provider for speedy 4G, that too at a cheaper rate than BSNL's 3G.

    @TelecomTalk out-of-the-box thinking may well be key to escape the looming collateral damage. BSNL can only assure the customer interests in the telecom field.

    @TelecomTalk @BSNLCorporate #BSNL @TRAI BSNL is a government agency sim. It doens't have to be private. Just change few things. Network issues should be modify. Internet speed should be increase 4G/5G prefer. Buying a new SIM card procedure should be make easy on any store.

    @TelecomTalk BSNL is the best,with BSNL only the communication is upto remote areas,it should be given life,privatisation is not only thing to earn money if gov helps in proper way to BSNL the more profits can be gained when compared to privatisation,if you help Voda then why dont help BSNL

    @Bharathkumar063 @mrsri2028 @shantweet07 EB ,BSNL workers ,treats common peoples like slaves ...gov don't have back bone to fix those ...see I use icici bank for my salary ac ,SBI for business, charges wise both are same ,but service private is far better ,
