    In my area (pin - 246762) the "BSNL" mobile network is very poor every time 'emergency calls only'. Please as soon as possible fix the problem.

    @bsnl_care @BSNL_UKD is it compulsory for MNP customer to do FRC first recharge offline through BSNL CSC ? Can customer of uttarakhand circle do FRC online through bsnl portal ?

    @ShashankRS97052 Jio has weak indoor coverage but ok outside home. Airtel is only for premium rich customers and not to me. From vi( no 4g network )and bsnl( no even2g,when no power), planning to portout to jio ,which gives weak indoor coverage with a hope that gets good net speed outside home.

    @rahul_kaki Hi, To port your number to BSNL, first send an SMS with the message PORT space your mobile number to 1900. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days. Visit a BSNL customer service center with your ID proof, passport-size photo, and UPC code. Fill out the porting form, make the required payment for activation and the first recharge, and submit your documents. After submission, you'll receive a new BSNL SIM, and the porting process will take around 7 working days. During this time, your number may be temporarily inactive, and once the porting is complete, your BSNL SIM will be activated. Regards, BSNL Care (Nishuka)

    @bsnl_care They are saying your call is connected to bsnl up west and we can't help with your query as it is from bsnl Delhi. Please call mtnl Delhi. And gave me a number that nobody picked up the call
