    In my area (pin - 246762) the "BSNL" mobile network is very poor every time 'emergency calls only'. Please as soon as possible fix the problem.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband of airtel is available just a km from my house but its not in my area that's not good. They are forcing me to choose bsnl bharat fiber over airtel, i like airtel much better. And want to be a customer of them . Plz guys help

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @DoT_India My bsnl fibre no.01542941867 broadband services is not working.i hv submitted complaint 2 days before but no response from bsnl authorities. kindly resolve the issue asap

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW not able to recharge my bsnl prepaid number for the past 5 days. Customer care did not help and no. running in grace period. Tried from bsnl website, myBSNL app, amazon pay and phonepay also.Pls help

    @deba_subha There is a severe link problem at Bishnupur Station Road S.O. Ticket under no. TKT7886611 has been raised by the SPM at Sify Helpdesk. But till date the issue has not been resolved. Local BSNL authority has reported that there is a problem with fibre optic cutting (1/2)

    @BSNL_OR Sir, I have paid bills for almost 2 years now without being used its services and when we asked for the refund the officer said bsnl doesn't keep records beyond six months!Seriously is it how you treat your customer in 2021!

    Terrible experience visiting BSNL office today. Just to get a form, I was tossed from one dept to another,finally the accounts dept that issues it is closed, why? Don't know maybe staff has gone for coffee I was told. 🙄🙄#bsnlcustomerservice #bsnl
