    @Ravisutanjani Tax payers money is being wasted every now and then in the form of Tax rebate and loan maafi..but still their performance has been lowest. So #BSNL Package shouldn't be seen with such angles. #BSNL needed for the country or not?, BSNL is way more than the mere service provider.

    Rs.1.64 Lakh crore will go down the drain as will be seen 10 years later. Same money can b invested within the 3 or 4 national operators. BSNL serving rural sector is utter nonsense. BSNL slowed rural phone penetration by decades.

    Just heard that Adani bought BSNL. It’s close relative MTNL is awaiting certain corporate demise. I have been witnessing the slow and deliberate strangulation of MTNL over a period of 5 years and more. A method in the madness; slow and steady… the same must’ve happened with BSNL

    Absolutely not to be construed as a move in support of this establishment but a lot of structures exist beyond Tier-1 courtesy BSNL. All your fancy dreams of wf Kodai/Munnar will shatter if BSNL shuts so moodunga dei.

    @Ravisutanjani Some company uses PM pic without permission, Has been given Huge loan, Many regulations were bypassed , Given support in the form of IUC charges, MNP rules etc.and they have their own management besides external support. So #BSNL can't be compared with them.

    Jio pays taxes, and provides connectivity to these far flung villages whenever possible, a task that's not theirs but of BSNL. BSNL fails in its own job, and the govt uses taxes (your, mine and that of Jio) to support BSNL.
