@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB I am residing in Village Libra, near Khanna. My complaint is that I pay for the 4 G to BSNL for recharge of my phone . But every now and then there is no 4 G network . Many times it's just 2 G. I think that it must be deliberate

Call Quality: -"4G/LTE" but calls suck. hang up automatically after 2 sec of being picked. -HD calls BSNL-to-BSNL (for others, never seen yet). Indoor: Drops in 2 sec, even with 2-3 bar signal. Outdoor: slightly Better but still no HD. (2/5)

@TRAI 9.) So I ask @TRAI to intervene and ask bsnl to take action against those officers who didn't resolve issues quickly and too much and also ask @BSNLCorporate to give me refund for unavailability of network. The main issue is bsnl knew all tjis but didn't took prompt action..

@TRAI 8.)My national consumer helpline docket number was 6983609 you can check it. So later I asked bsnl to give me refund but they are ignoring it. And the there are lots of issues in their network and their network goes off many times in a month and does come back from days to weeks.

@JioCare @reliancejio I was connected for jiofiber connection at my home on 24th may first time. I am available at home on Sunday only. Very sorry to say about your service. If I need to take leave for connection then why jio, airtel and bsnl or other private also available.

@BSNLCorporate what is the minimum recharge for porting very less network only 1 network is showing unable to send or receive call and sms ported from jio to bsnl on 15 feb still no range nothing.

@MrPerfectTech Once I called the BSNL service, and even when explicitly choosing English, they cut my sentence in middle and said if I can speak in Hindi. This is becoming a pan India issue.

@TRAI 3.)Bsnl give only 2g network. So here comes the major flaw in bsnl network. In my area birul bazar there was no 2g only 4g was available and since I had no data they were not giving 4g network so I was not getting any network when I went to nearby area I was getting 2 g network..

@AshwiniVaishnaw Connectivity on bsnl network is too poor. Often phones(from & to BSNL) do not connect. Even phone nearby will say out of network area. Ppl thinking to port to other service providers. We patronise bcz of PSU but then network has to work
