@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB I'm fed up with BSNL. They don't provide 3G or 4G network. They just provide 2G internet since last night. It's now 1.45 PM of 16-11-2022. BSNL sends message their team is on work. Mohan Singh Kang. Libra.. Khanna..PB.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB I am residing in Village Libra, near Khanna. My complaint is that I pay for the 4 G to BSNL for recharge of my phone . But every now and then there is no 4 G network . Many times it's just 2 G. I think that it must be deliberate

@Indianinfoguide BSNL 5G in 8 months is the new, BSNL 4G next month meme. Most of BSNL’s existing customers are still waiting for a stable, high-speed 4G network. Let's conquer the 4G tower installation backlog first before we promise a 'seamless' 5G future.

@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate From yesterday, 5th Oct'25 night BSNL Mobile Service (CellOne) in Assam, Silchar circle is dead. It's more than 12 hours now & no actions initiated. If such is the service of BSNL, then how & why can one continue with BSNL?

@pravesh814 Rs 198 plan which offers 2gb/day with validity of 40 days is discontinued by Bsnl and you still want me to use bsnl for this network coverage? i will rather choose vi/airtel

@Indianinfoguide @BSNLCorporate Were your 4G towers upgraded from 3G or straight from 2G? Upgrading towers isn’t enough to fix inconsistent internet. Tried BSNL out of goodwill, but the experience was awful. Won’t return until reliability improves even if you claim to provide 7G, no thank you.

@Dheeraj38029152 BSNL's network is terrible everywhere. I had a lot of issues with both mobility and fiber services, so I switched to @JioCare for better service. I would suggest you get your SIM ported as well.

@OshoInvesting BSNL's accumulated losses from FY15 to FY25 stand at around ₹85,001 Cr per recent reports. For FY25, net loss was ₹2,247 Cr despite Q3/Q4 profits of ₹542 Cr total, which offset part of that year's losses. Q1 FY26 added ₹1,049 Cr loss. Full offset of historical losses would require sustained profits; govt support has helped narrow gaps.
