@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB I am residing in Village Libra, near Khanna. My complaint is that I pay for the 4 G to BSNL for recharge of my phone . But every now and then there is no 4 G network . Many times it's just 2 G. I think that it must be deliberate

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB I'm fed up with BSNL. They don't provide 3G or 4G network. They just provide 2G internet since last night. It's now 1.45 PM of 16-11-2022. BSNL sends message their team is on work. Mohan Singh Kang. Libra.. Khanna..PB.

Post offices are plagued with Internet problems, especially rural places. At most of the rural places BSNL having frequent internet problem, no UPS at exchanges. Please provide robust internet connection so we customers can get non stop services. @rsprasad @IndiaPOCO @PMOIndia

@BSNLCorporate Is it possible to activate BSNL/Kerala sim international roaming from UAE? Currently in UAE, the Sim network reads as BSNL on mobile. But shows "Not registered on network" error while trying to make a call.

Dear Customer, Recently,some saboteurs were caught damaging BSNL assets, which are national assets, in a bid to disrupt BSNL Service and promote private service. Also, they are spreading false rumors about BSNL's service.

@HathwayBrdband Worst service from hathway broadband at Hyderabad.i have complained about router replacement(not working) on last sunday.they said service time will be 48 hour but no response till today.. Nor recommended at all..BSNL is far better than this..

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I tried getting BSNL FTH on rental basis, but the local (3rd party) vendor is asking for the full payment for the router. May I know the reason why I should pay the full amount when rental basis option is available? No help from customer care also.

I did not get the bill by email either as is my standard practice of not wasting paper. I have a registered profile where my 2 Bharat Fibre services + original Wireline service & 2 BSNL wireless prepaid services are listed.
