@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB I am residing in Village Libra, near Khanna. My complaint is that I pay for the 4 G to BSNL for recharge of my phone . But every now and then there is no 4 G network . Many times it's just 2 G. I think that it must be deliberate

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India It's the 4th day without the internet. Internet keeps getting down. Now I have no connectivity and I'm paying bill for no internet. Please give my bill discount now because I am constantly complaining, but getting nothing is being done by BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate I m using BSNL fiber last 30days , 60mbps plan but I m getting only 20mbps , when I m contacting the provider they r just unable to fix my issue I request u too please solve it rather than to close it

hi @RailWireIndia, changed my network from BSNL to @RailTel because of their worst service. now i realise bsnl is better than you. really worst experience irresponsible customer care team or local cable operator. it is about 3 weeks not cleared my network issue @CMDRailTel

@junejamkanju These scoundrels leave a bad impression for whole small scale vendors/local merchants which ultimately helps bigger brands who charge more but provide reliable services. Reminds me of how Airtel, Jio, Vodafone took over because people were fed up with poor service of MTNL BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate yesterday bsnl olt was down at 5:50 pm to 6:10 around. AGAIN TODAY GETS ISOLATED AT 12:20 pm till no response from anyone. Every day olts are getting down and we get reply that there is no path to divert. Request bsnl corp. to make a new path for KORBA DIST. PLEASE

I can't understand why the incoming call charges are taken by #bsnl from my balance. I called customer care twice, send SMS as instructed but still BSNL deducting it. Shall I change the provider now for permanent solution?
