    No one improves the connection. No one takes action on the lodged complaint. Local authorities got only ego and arrogance. My BSNL FTTH stops working for entirely day once a week. Is there a way to solve this? @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate I was promised that 1st month of my Fiber connection would be free, but I received a bill after one month. When I called for support, I was told to visit nearest BSNL office, which is 45 km away from my home. There is no proper customer care to resolve the issue

    I applied for a new BSNL Fiber connection through your portal, but no update. The local fiber representative is demanding 3,500 for installation, whereas your customer support informed me the installation charge is only ₹500.I have already raised a complaint @BSNL_KTK, no update

    @TrakinTech I used few months ago airtel and jio but High price increase recharge I changed second number port with bsnl .. now I thinking main number consider port to bsnl .. only reason recharge price high . BSNL Worth it value for money.. only one issue rural areas internet speed slow

    Fed up of this @airtelindia cellular network. BC 5g signal mei bhi internet nahi chalta aur call nahi lagta. BSNL was way better. @Airtel_Presence @TRAI
