    No one improves the connection. No one takes action on the lodged complaint. Local authorities got only ego and arrogance. My BSNL FTTH stops working for entirely day once a week. Is there a way to solve this? @BSNLCorporate

    @Ayush_Ishaani @BSNL_BIHAR A humble request: Before switching to BSNL, please check the BSNL network in your area. In my opinion, don’t switch to BSNL without checking the network coverage first. I have personally been struggling with network issues for the last 8 months. Complaints are registered, but there is still no proper resolution. The complaint is taken, but the actual problem remains unresolved. So, please check the network in your area first and then decide whether to switch to BSNL.

    @TRAI @TRAI BSNL network is too slow i soraba taluk, shimoga, Karnataka. Though earlier mentioned about this matter no resolution is done

    @lalitgrateful All other services provider using the main server of BSNL' thn they are upgrading the downlink and upperlink frequency... My point is why govt. not upgrading the self network ...

    Hey @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care I have Bsnl Postpaid number in my household and since forever I cannot pay it's bill via any UPI app such as Google Pay, PhonePe etc. App doesn't fetch the bill or number details. Kindly look into the issue. It's very stupid & frustrating. #BSNL
