    No one improves the connection. No one takes action on the lodged complaint. Local authorities got only ego and arrogance. My BSNL FTTH stops working for entirely day once a week. Is there a way to solve this? @BSNLCorporate

    @TRAI Awareness about non availability of network and Roaming in Mumbai and New Delhi by BSNL should be there so that the customers don't feel cheated This is very essential so that customer should buy another sim from other service providers or may not buy BSNL

    @beebomco Airtel seems a better run company and jio seems to be better customer experience As pe me But the experience is different for everyone. Vi needs to merge with bsnl and try to consolidate We need a 3rd player in telecom and foreign players too

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL has plenty of problems. There's no point pretending otherwise . Network quality can be poor. 4G came far too late. 5G is still behind. There is bureaucracy, inefficiency and a lot of room for better management. Private operators have beaten BSNL on many of these things. That's reality. 2/9

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care Hi BSNL , Thinking that will you all are going to Launch a ESIM for BSNL Customer all over India. If Possible when ? I have BSNL SIM for my Iphone 17 But thinking better a ESIM if you have in Assam Circle.
