    No one improves the connection. No one takes action on the lodged complaint. Local authorities got only ego and arrogance. My BSNL FTTH stops working for entirely day once a week. Is there a way to solve this? @BSNLCorporate

    Apart from this, the customer service of BSNL is just terrible, not being in the private sector doesn't give anyone rights to exploit their positions, none of my queries were answered and I was yelled upon. Do we need to teach them basic etiquette too? @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @KSUDHAKARPatna9 @BSNLCorporate With due respect, I don’t care whether govt. or private firm controls it. What I really do care about is I am a subscriber of BSNL and I would ask BSNL. Even if govt. would’ve been controlling it still it is BSNL who would resolve the issue of their customer.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GO Finally I got call from BSNL Goa's SDE who told me it will take too much time to solve the problem because they do not have manpower. Also requested me to change over to #BSNL fibre. He gave me 3 contact numbers to call.

    @PrabhakaranSays @Mystic_Tamil Coming from a reputable source such as sun news whose founders that scammed 2000plus crore on 2g license scam that now has l3d to downfall of bsnl and money gone that could have provided funds for hospitals. I love how they treat people fairly now without asking forgiveness.

    @EconomicTimes Why should the government give thousands of crores to BSNL for deploying 4G network when we are on the verge of 5G rollout? It will be another white elephant like Air India! Mr. Modi, please sell off BSNL as well as MTNL.

    Hi @BSNLCorporate , It’s been 5 days since my broadband has stopped working. I’ve tried every possible way to get it fixed by BSNL technician, called service centre more than 100 times but they’ve ignored every request. My Ph: 07552933341, Bhopal 🙏🏻
