    No one improves the connection. No one takes action on the lodged complaint. Local authorities got only ego and arrogance. My BSNL FTTH stops working for entirely day once a week. Is there a way to solve this? @BSNLCorporate

    @rsprasad Online education need data connection but its not working. No one is responsible in BSNL who take care about it. Before this my line was not working for more than 25 days, at that time the same exercise done. All BSNL customer need to do this exercise for service ?

    @what_upbruh7 @manikbhakt @PTI_News u people will never understand the difference between government job and private job like the one in jio. the private players underpay you ,it cannot be considered as employement.its a kind of exploitation that they do. and no job security at all is that the case with BSNL job

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @PMOIndia We also requested if there is a problem with the Line is it possible to get Fiber since it's also available in that area. However, the authorities are not even interested in responding. Is this how BSNL conducts business? At this rate the gov will forever have to bailout BSNL.

    People say why BSNL is pertaining so much losses. When you don't improve service quality, then who will use your Network. Jio or other companies are offering much better.. quality service..!! BSNL = Kachua speed
