    No one improves the connection. No one takes action on the lodged complaint. Local authorities got only ego and arrogance. My BSNL FTTH stops working for entirely day once a week. Is there a way to solve this? @BSNLCorporate

    My dad was a senior engineer in GOI's Department of Telecommunications, later to be BSNL. Did it help me get a scholarship for a Max Planck PhD program? No. I got into the program because I was a co-author on two papers during my Master's thesis. A middle class privilege only gets one so far and this nonsense of deriding genuine STEM achievements must stop.

    @bsnl_care @DoT_India Total communication shutdown on my BSNL number for 5 DAYS despite an active recharge & full network signal on screen. Still, zero incoming/outgoing calls, no internet, & even 1503 is dead. Absolute negligence! I am suffering severe personal/financial losses.

    @manoj_216 @raghav_chadha now say something on this or now bjp is paying you to stay quiet. After some time they are been thinking to raise the price how can a common man will pay that price. An we know about bsnl also that the gov will never work on improving it. You can check results

    @BSNLCorporate @BsnlCmd I hv received a msg stating that my complaint (Reference ID: 18554035183) has been resolved. However, my wifi is still not working. I submitted a written complaint at the BSNL office last Saturday. The technician has been repeatedly saying “today/tomorrow”

    @reliancejio I ported my No. from BSNL to Jio and received the new Jio SIM, but there has been no network/service for a week. Customer care keeps saying activation will take some time, but there is still no resolution. Very disappointed. Plz resolve this urgently. #Jio #JioCare
