    No one improves the connection. No one takes action on the lodged complaint. Local authorities got only ego and arrogance. My BSNL FTTH stops working for entirely day once a week. Is there a way to solve this? @BSNLCorporate

    @BsnlTamilnadu Hi, I'm Suhail frm Wellington, Tamil Nadu. I had booked for BSNL wifi on 29 may 22 with advance payment. However, no one has come to my house to installation till now. The person responsible Mr. Godwin Jesudoss is not responding on call/watsapp. Plz help.

    @BSNL_BR Issue is still not resolved. BSNL Phulparas assured that they will start the service in this month but didn't give any target date. Request @BSNL_BR to take immediate steps to resolve the issue and restart the service as soon as possible. TIA

    @BSNLCorporate They don't solved my problem since 18th of may I have complaint.. only making me such a sence that they will resolve it in a year....now I am going to complain in consumer court for the matter that created by them.. BSNL will be responsible for the further process

    @BSNLCorporate I got a new BSNL landline with a broadband connection last month. But then my landline is not working. I tried to raise complaints through the portal and mobile app, but none of them worked properly. Let me know what I should do now?
