No one improves the connection. No one takes action on the lodged complaint. Local authorities got only ego and arrogance. My BSNL FTTH stops working for entirely day once a week. Is there a way to solve this? @BSNLCorporate

@ANI No doubt you are providing cheap Internet services to people than other companies. Even Downtrodden people using jio on low prices. But I hope BSNL will be provide 5g with reasonable costs to all. We need better service with reasonable costs from genuine competition.

@ChangeOrg_India @aigetoachq @BSNLCorporate Sorry to say .... BSNL is responsible for their own down fall due to callous employees , When company is in RED why employees should be paid higher salaries. Package to BSNL is coming from TAX payers money and not from these employees

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD @yupptv My yupptv service with bsnl broadband has been deactivated on 19 Aug 2022 without any communication Or reason. Have contacted BSNL customer care , they have no idea what this service is? Yupptv saying they have escalated to bsnl. Now what to do?
