    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @RailwireTs Sir I am @bandanikith I am experiencing network issues with bsnl broadband connection so I want to switch can u plaese give a connection I don't whether anyone has ur broadband connection near my house please contact me if u can provide a connection.

    @BSNL_OR Thank you for your quick reply but need to inform you that Odisha BSNL doesn't meet the Network,speed of internet as per customer demand as compare to other state. Specially Jajpur District-755001.Please do the needful as we expect.

    @BSNLCorporate no wifi at my place since 2:00 pm today . Mr. Mayur who is the person who handles these things has KEPT HIS PHONE SWITCHED OFF. Now there’s no one I can ask as to When my wifi will be back up. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM MR. MAYUR. #BSNL

    The BSNL tower is in 100 meters of my house but I can never use internet. Possibly it is a 2G tower. For last few days I can't even make a call. Several call drop, worst call quality. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate application is given to BSNL office vazirabad , nanded, Maharashtra for discontinue my connection number 02462-299585 and ur executive adjusted security amount with current bill and remaining 570 i paid in cash so please shut down my connection

    @BSNLCorporate I am bsnl customer I have compliant to you only, you can raised the compliant to private operator and co-ordinate to solve the problem. This not solution for this

    @BSNLCorporate @chandrakanta2 I'm unable to use my ftth landline connection, problem still not solved. There is no issues from my vendor, he tried from his side. BSNL is irresponsible i think.

    @BSNLCorporate Need to register a complaint. All my previous paid bills are not getting reflected and I am receiving new bills with my previous bills added to them. I even have the payment confirmation from BSNL. Please resolve this ASAP.

    I am one of the oldest customer of BSNL broad band service (05683280556).Unfortunately, from the last 2 months my land line is not working. I gave lot of complaint but they are asking me to take fiber connection. I am planning to disconnect my connection. @BSNLCorporate
