    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @BSNLCorporate My bsnl phone is dead since last 2 months. I raised a complaint 3 days back. Still nobody has come to attend. The staff is not talking properly and giving excuses only. I am being forced by your team to switch to other operators.

    @BSNL_AS okay i am a BSNL customer for long.But a problem with not recieving of OTP has Seriously grown big among BSNL users,i am not the only one to face this problem. Please help in this matter and don't provide lame excuses.

    @bsnlandamannic Last 4 days in Chidiyatapu area there are no Net work & people are facing lot of problems without network how to contact emergency service's & also students are miss there online classes due to no working of bsnl at Chidiyatapu area,

    @BSNLCorporate Sir/madam The status is same from 12th june till now and it's resolved status message has sent to me. Are BSNL starts to do fraud with their customers. Sorry to say but Nothing has been done till now. Pl. help. My nearest Exchange in maintaining power backup for broadband.

    @snaik_bsnl @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate I have received the worst service by BSNL as the internet is down always and even after registering the complaint the issue is not being solved. The answers provided by them are not technically so strong. Such a disappointing service.

    @CMDBSNL Sir My landline is dead for the past 6 month. I have raised so many complaints which get closed without the resolution. Please let me know if my issue cannot be resolved by the BSNL team.. New Complaint No 127226858662
