  I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

  @BSNLCorporate The problem is now resolved and my router has now been replaced. The vendor worked for about 4 hours. BSNL needs appreciation for solving this problem. I am proud to use my country's network. I am using BSNL since 2012, it has been a very long journey with you .

  2.I contacted 1503 which is your official customer care number. in there on a separate section (automated response) there was clear explanations om different SMS PACKS of bsnl which starts from Rs 13.But apparently as told by the human customer care, you don't have any SMS PACKS.

  @BSNL_HR I am using Fibre Connection from BSNL.. My connection is not working from last 7 days and I have also lodged the complaint. But despite 7 days have passed, no one has taken cognizance of my complaint.. is this customer service? @BSNLCorporate
