    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @BSNLCorporate hi. I had recharged on 27th Aug for bsnl prepaid no. Still it’s not reflecting in the account till today. The phone app is not allowing to register a complaint as well. Please help asap.

    @bsnl_care Since many days, there is mobile network outage. The BSNL customer care is not registering complaint, it straightaway transfers to feedback. So, kindly register my complaint and give a complaint number. And restore the mobile network immediately.

    @reliancejio 3. On 31/8 again applied for fiber connection and visit was scheduled on 1 Septat 11.00 am but they again rescheduled it on 8 Sept . This behavior of Jio service provider with customer is the same as it was in BSNL before 2010.🙏🏻

BSNL has highest & largest coverage .BSNL survived through congress but was reduced to garbage by BJP in a decade in favor of pvt.     @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Network downtime needs to be reduced further; if a network outage on a Sunday means the issue won't be resolved until Monday, BSNL will never become anyone's primary SIM.
