    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @BSNLCorporate @TelecomTalk When will I get to use 4G volte to call in reality in kolkata as the VOLTE is there but calls don't connect or hardly connect using VOLTE? Internet works fine but calls get connected using 3G or 2G. Please fix this asap. People want to use BSNL but needc good services @BSNL_KOTD

    @JioCare JioFiber online booking is a scam. Paid, waited, followed up — no connection, no refund, no accountability. Booking No. LR00000P44CG. If BSNL had grown right, we wouldn’t suffer this monopoly. Worst, most irresponsible service ever. @TRAI @consumercom

    @bsnl_care I know BSNL is affordable but service is very bad in most of the location no network First bsnl need to fixed network

    @BSNLCorporate @TelecomTalk Your 4G signal internet speed is poorer than 2G signal and internet speed in the locality of Damanjodi, koraput, odisha. Wasting money only to keep my BSNL sim.

    @me_ganesh14 @venkat_fin9 If you want to stop jio-Airtel duopoly then invest in BSNL and MTNL .. why in Vodafone... It's really a issue for middle class .. they take our 70-80 % salary by name of tax only
