  I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

  @NPCI_NPCI it is 3 weeks since I reported connectivity issues between the BSNL network & Bhim. No resolution yet.I hv checked with multiple BSNL users across the country& the issue exists for all.BSNL has a large customer base in rural India &hence the issue shd be high priority.

  @BSNLCorporate @Iam__sivasankar I have been experiencing the worst services since I took landline connection some 30 years ago in Pathankot (Punjab). Mobile and Broadband is even worse. Repeated complaints yield no results. Will BSNL Authorities take action against the guilty to restore normality?

  @DoT_India But concerned TSP is not yet replied about BSNL tower(2G BTS) issue, my issue 2G BTS upgrade into 3G/4G in my village-Raj Kharsa, Block-Kaler, District-Arwal, Gaya-Bihar, pin-804428, how long will this 2G BTS upgrade take into 3G/4G BTS in my village located bsnl tower.

  @DoT_India - Why there is No #BSNL Mobile network from Katai Naka to Shilphata, this area comes under #BSNL range and complete 10 mins of driving distance is fully uncovered by BSNL. We get "Emergency Calls Only",how people will port in to #BSNL when many areas are uncovered ?

  Just came to know why @BSNL_UKD is in loss. It took around 1 hour to buy a sim. Also, SIM is only available at their offices. When @reliancejio is coming up with 5G in some years, @BSNLCorporate is still struggling to issue a SIM. #DigitalIndia #BSNL #poorcustomerservice
