    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @RailwireTs Sir I am @bandanikith I am experiencing network issues with bsnl broadband connection so I want to switch can u plaese give a connection I don't whether anyone has ur broadband connection near my house please contact me if u can provide a connection.

    @singhksmriti @akhil_131 @thewire_in And what's wrong with that? In telecom industry , BSNL was providing services , Jio along with the huge revenue they earned gives the best service. Same thing will happen to Banking Industry. Private banks along with their Revenue .. they will provide best services to everyone.

    @BSNLCorporate I m from Derabassi near chandigarh I m not get downloading speed from last 2 months bsnl is too non serious they are not solving my problem I did complaint to vendor But vendor saying that bsnl is not taking this as serious thing They are just ignoring

    @BSNLCorporate my Bsnl broadband 079-29705391 is out of service since 10 days it remains out of service almost half of the time please do the needful and credit amount of non working days in my account

    @BSNLCorporate“Matrix Computer Hub” a TIP of FTTH (Vendor Code:- 1205541) in Nalbari District under Bongaigaon SSA, Assam, and I would like to inform you that since 1 yr 6 mth we are not getting our work commission of the FTTH customer who paid their bills directly to BSNL a/c.

    @BSNLCorporate Each and every time I have complaint to service provider bsnl officer as well I paid bill on time and I'm using this facility since 3 month but since day one I didn't get better facilities.

    @BSNLCorporate CN: 1053109841 I am not able to use Internet (ADSL) since morning, no support from customer care, local exchange doesn't reply. Please support WFH will be a distant dream if BSNL doesn't help. Note:- I face this issue most of the time, like 10/30 days.

    @vprghanshyam @singhksmriti @thewire_in My point is what's the problem if both Jio and BSNL co exist ? Jio with its huge revenue attracted consumers with almost zero tariffs. Now after forcing every small players to adopt similar tariffs, it is calling the shots and raising tariffs again.

    I think @BSNLCorporate is a half-dead public sector company. It had am amazing service, great plans and employed so many people. I felt very sad when I neterned on of their office. The indian govt should save the company. It can be very profeitable if managed correctly. #BSNL

    @BSNL_KOTD Data internet service is good in hooghly section as well as in burdwan , asansol , chittaranjan side. Near chittaranjan sometimes in the evening data net worked but public wants 24hrs 365days smooth service in all bsnl whether it's in mobiles or in computers.
