    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw sir kindly look into working and grievance redressal of pune bsnl. Even after reporting the matter to cpgrams they are least bothered to resolve the issue. My sister is fighting for 4g network since last 6 months

    @malhar_pandey Problem with BSNL is they will randomly cut of internet access without informing you. You will be without internet anywhere between 2 hour to 1 week.

    @CMDBSNL Hi sir, I'm tryin to get fibernet for d last one year. Visitd bsnl offc madurai. They're least bothered &not even ready to speak, jst pointin out the paper with list of vendors. Vendor is not picking the call at all. Bsnl will never grow with these employees. Sad!

    @BSNL_BR There is availability of 4g network in my locality.But it works only when i'm outside from my house or in an open areas.But it didn't works when i'm inside my house.plzz resolve my problem otherwise m going to switch with other company.I'm not free as u to visit nearest BSNL CSC

    Dear sir iam LOC of BSNL ftth,(DATA BABA SERVICE) before two days main fiber cut out but not restore till now, I tired call to my JTO and others responsible person, not recieved my call, not getting any help.sir till now OLT is offline, so customer is very angry on me and BSNL.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw my sister was told by bsnl pune that as rent for mobile tower was not paid by bsnl there was issue about connectivity. Is bsnl taking customers for a big ride ?

    @BSNL_KOTD @DoT_India It's very unfortunate That I'm using BSNL from Many years,but can use it only for Call. Internet service is poorest and sometimes no network in Naihati,Hazinagar area.Complained many times but nothing happened, What should we do? My number-9903227227 Need good netwrk
