    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @BSNL_HR I am using bsnl land line telephone service from last so many years my no is 0129 2308321 .I am also having BROAD BAND service but I want to discontinue this BroadBand service as it is very costly and not reliable. .AshokKumarMahendru.

    @BSNL_UPW I have opted for the Annual BSNL broadband service. But the authority from BSNL made me feel like I have made the worst mistake of my life by opting BSNL service. From the last 3 month, service is only running nearby 15 days a month. Most of the time service is not up.
