I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

As per BSNL, problem is at sangariya exchange with battery backup. So when there is an electricity cut, battery backup does not kick in and we loose internet 5-6 times a day. This is affecting my work can you please take a look and get it fixed asap. @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate

@SowdhaMani7 @rvaidya2000 Aamaamaa Romba thaan thallaaduraangalaam. But they know that they can come back to power because 2G, Aircel-Maxis, private BSNL exchange and 1000 other cases will never see the light. Next they will resort to bloody criminal offences for which also there will not be any oppn.
