    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @BSNL_UPE @BSNLCorporate Experiencing worst internet connectivity near Govt Women's Polytechnic, Karaundi, Varanasi. Even Whatsapp msg is passing after 2-3 hrs. Why we choose it? BSNL connectivity is good inside BHU Campus but it is worst outside BHU Campus. Pls look into it.

    @BSNLCorporate On 13th April our phone network was cut for 4hrs....the same thing is happening today also. From 7 morning itself the network is not working. I kindly request BSNL to slove this problem as soon as possible....

    @BSNLCorporate -your portal was not working for recharge purpose. Is it a trick to divert us to Paytm/Mobiquick which instantly diverted us to bsnl portal and recharge was done by bsnl portal without any delay.
