    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @narotam @SatZz05107438 @kiranshaw Bsnl sucks! But so do airtel jio. Truth is, you need good regulators to keep the marketplace free - so competition can do its thing. Airtel jio are a cartel. If you see other industries, same problem.

    @yabhishekhd The network boost sounds promising, but what about the plans? If this expands nationwide, it’ll be interesting to see whether BSNL subscribers get better network access without a significant increase in plan prices.

    Jio is becoming BSNL, Constant network issues, dead signals, and poor customer care. Today -Yet another day the internet isn't working at all. Time to fix this degradation in service! @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio
