  I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

  But internet connection was not available for entire last week they don't even care about that, what's surprising is even higher management contacts are either switched off or not reachable.What insane is this, is this how a public sector organisation works. Worst services #bsnl

  @BSNLCorporate Just received the new Bharat Fiber connection yesterday, but it wasn't even 6 hours that the connection stopped working in my area... Why such a pathetic quality of service? I won't recommend anyone to select #BSNL👎
