    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @bsnl_care . BSNL has the worst Network connection it seems. Breakdowns every second day, slow speed and false promises by their staff. No wonder that private providers are expanding. I am sure that most of their customers face the same issue.

    @Rajani_Meet @mainbhiengineer They said blending ethanol would reduce price of petrol. Now saying that blending ethanol is costly. Hence fuel prices can't be reduced. Govt won't increase the quality of BSNL service, and also won't regulate the pvt ones. Ye janta ko murkh samajh rahe hain.

    JioFiber’s service speed = 🐢. Complaints don’t get closed in 1 week… some are pending for 1 month! Maybe “waiting” is the real JioFiber plan. Better switch to Airtel/BSNL if you want actual service. #JioFiber #PoorService @_MukeshAmbani
