    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate Very wrost service of bsnl Lukung(pangog lake LADHAK)There is no network for the last three days, but no one is going to fix it .It comes one day after that it disappears again for three to four days. This is going on continuously for two months

    @BSNLCorporate @MpVanity @AshwiniVaishnaw I recharged on my bsnl for ₹198 but the recharge is not reflected in my account and the amount is deducted, i talked with customer care on 1503 but they are telling me to wait for atleast 4 hours. So what to do ?
