    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @bsnl_care Dear Bsnl TRAI regulations is not applicable for Jio and vodafone and Airtel? They provide unlimited internet... Bsnl should do for same for getting customer's .. They raised price too much...

    @TheShivaJatt I have paid 1 rupees for 1 second talk time to BSNL in 1999. Now even poor using mobile phones due to free calls and cheapest data in world. Public interest is important than saving BSNL.

    @smiloskis @HQuarterma43504 ISRO is in b2b not b2c so how you know how good their service is. B2c service like bsnl, air india are already sold.

    No network. My number 8860889509 has no network for last one month. I visited bsnl office and replaced with new sim. However, till date problem persist. Can anyone help. @BSNLCorporate

    @pbhushan1 The issue is not having a feasible "other option." Jio's performance is also not good, not is it for VI or BSNL. Technically, it's loop b/w @airtelindia and @Jio.

    I am meticulously reporting the fault online and bsnl is closing my complaint without atttending on the fault. My telephone is not working. My last complaint number is 115759397 and phone number 080-29742729. As a senior citizen, seek your help @JM_Scindia @bsnl_bangalore
