    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @JM_Scindia Sir, look for the BSNL fibrenet and related phone services dismal service provided by your sub. agents. Inspite of booking several complains, things are not resolved and then resolve messages come, even without asking the closure OTP. I have the details and will provide if asked.

    @BSNLCorporate My Fiber Connection is down, 3rd time in a Month, Opened a complaint but Nobody is bothered to even call back, please provide contact details of person from BSNL Hyderabad, Telangana who would be responsible to get this fixed

    @Officejmscindia It is requested to the Communication Minister Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia that there is no BSNL network in Mumbai, here users want to use BSNL SIM but are helpless due to lack of network, please request you to provide tower facility here

    Some reason why BSNL lost their ability or subscriptions : 1)Their name is “Bharat Sanchar” (India Communication), but there’s neither “Bharat” in their presence nor “Sanchar” in their service. 2. You keep saying “Make in India,” but when will you start “Trust in India”? 3. BSNL lost over 300,000 subscribers in June… Because users aren’t communicating through “Bharat Sanchar,” they’re just searching for network signals.
