    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @KOTABSNL @BSNL_RJ My Bsnl broadband 07442941957 is slowed from 3 Month i have lodge various complaint and vendor and JTO not picking up calls. when i go to bsnl office JTO is not found there and there is no complaint register in the office i am frustrated what pathetic service

    @DoctorAjayita @BSNLCorporate @GMTD_Chandigarh Even i had MTNL for very long time, it did provide me the support during tough covid times. Modiji and his telecom minister is busy working for Ambani else BSNL would have set the benchmarks for broadband services in India

    @BSNLCorporate recently changed bsnl fiber plan to Fiber Value OTT, but the ott services Zee5, SonyLiv, Voot, YuppTv are not working.

    It's been almost a week since @BSNLCorporate employees have been promising to visit my clinic & install a broadband connection. Each day I call them, each day they promise but don't show up. No wonder BSNL is lagging behind the others in the market. @GMTD_Chandigarh please help.

    I am using BSNL Fibre for the past couple of months. And the signal has been gone since 10AM morning as of 27-12-2020. This is the 3rd time this month. But I have to pay the full bill every month. I want a refund for the non-serviced days. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JKD @DoT_India

    No service of BSNL network in Laitryngew village, tower is there but we don't get network and no broadband connection available especially with digital India being implemented, please ensure broadband or fiber connection to us @BSNLNORTHEAST2 @BSNLCorporate @SangmaConrad
