    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @bsnl_care Your bsnl Adampur (Jalandhar) staff called me , lady asked she is Bsnl Adampur JTO, I asked her name to verify identify if the calls is really from BSNL Adampur and she denied telling her name. Is this the definition of "diligent working" ? How can I expect them to resolve issues

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate i tried multiple times for the upc code for porting purpose, but i am not getting any sms reply on my porting sms request.. what kind of issue is it ? are you deliberately not providing upc code,so that I stay with bsnl and suffer bsnl poor network

    @bsnl_care DND is already activate then also I am receiving calls, when I contacted customer care they replied calls form "bsnl" can't be stop. They said "It will only stop 3rd party calls not bsnl calls". But their limit of calling. On average, every day, I am receiving calls from bsnl."

    @JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JKD sir, " no network" showing in my bsnl prepaid sim since 11.07.2025 0025hrs in Sonaraithadi , District deoghar, Jharkhand-814150.I am not able to call and not able to use my mobile data. I request you kindly solve this issue.
