I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

Even in the centre of the capital New delhi, inside the ICAR-IARI, pusa campus (pin: 110012) bsnl network is unavailable,when we are progressing towards 5G. It's not accepted at all. Please look into it. @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw

BSNL has shortlisted a #TCS and #C-DOT led consortium for rolling out 4G network, which will be upgraded to 5G in about a year of placing the order under the contract. BSNL will start #5G services in 2024.
