    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @TALI189 @Hathway But already paid for one year .😢😢 Nothing to do now except grinding my teeth for 11 more months . My previous BSNL was better at least cost wise . This is a typical customer service we get in India !!!!

    @TRAI This is the ability of BSNL that it has not been able to fix the problem of UPS for the last 6 months. Whenever the main power supply is turned off, the internet is switched off, BSNL knows that the equipment placed in NFL Greater Noida Society is not on UPS.

    @BSNLCorporate sir why my main balance was deducted by BSNL company. Please verify. If I use the network, then why not BSNL sent me advance messae.i use only 95 mb and BSNL company charge me 25rs.this is absoulately disaster for a middle class family. my ph9749097223
