    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @bsnl_ap_circle Sir 8970430404 is my bsnl number. It stopped working for since 2 days. I didn't get any responsible service after contacting customer service. Reaching customer service is taking a lot of time.

    @BSNLCorporate Actually I migrated to Airtel because I am now in a village where BSNL signal is weak. So I immediately knew it was a fraud. Thought it prudent to inform you so that you can file a complaint.
