    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @IndianTechGuide Or chillo privatization privatization well airtel and jio don't work well in my area so I don't care am a bsnl user since 2021 seen it trow thin and thick I hope it does not effect me support you PSUs

    @BSNLCorporate what kind of service is this? No income call or message in my mobile after recharge since 2 month. Already complained in customer care 3 times, but no result. No wonder why people are leaving BSNL services

    @bsnl_care R/Neha & Kusum Madam, by your help I logged in bsnl self care old app two days ago, in which today got link of New App which didn't recognise my number, said invalid number. Kindly help to re log in new app 🙏
