  I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

  @bsnl_care DND is already activate then also I am receiving calls, when I contacted customer care they replied calls form "bsnl" can't be stop. They said "It will only stop 3rd party calls not bsnl calls". But their limit of calling. On average, every day, I am receiving calls from bsnl."

  Thanks for the complaint number (G093175667292), but my internet is still down after 3–4 days. Local BSNL staff keeps saying "today" but never fixes it. My office work is badly affected. Please resolve ASAP.
