    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @BSNLCorporate why the internet has not been working since yesterday. Even whenever I tried to call customer care they just disconnected the call after 6-7 seconds. Very worst experience with Bsnl broadband service.

    The issue sighted by Franchise of bsnl: 1.demanding cable pair 2. to take FTTH cnx and ask other people to take same. But I need only LL.

    @ndtvindia BSNL is worst, who would use the worst thing, their customer relationship is much worse then that, now they will reply with sorry for inconvenience and start the same bS again and again.

    Surely I can see why @BSNLCorporate is losing its customers everyday, tried to connect to customer care for upgradation of plan, without taking any word from me dropped my call by saying system is upgrading and then shut the call. Do you have any shame #BSNL customers?

    @DoT_India Digital India? Isn't that our PM's dream? Trust the DoT to reduce the dream to a nightmare! BSNL needs privatisation. They can't even provide decent wifi speeds regularly. And service? Whats that?!
