I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

@cgmbsnlupe Sir it has been more then 15 years we have not changed our Mobile service Provider.But it's very challenging to continue with the same.Most of the time its signal strength is so weak that we feel pitty for BSNL.Kindly upgrade the server's so that it's fisible to use.

@BSNL_HR Bsnl costmer care not a good behave . He doesn't solve problems of costmers. They cut the call of customer in 15 sec. I give them nagative rating.

@10digiapp Their service proved to be fraudulent. I opted for a BSNL port in for Jan 2 2022 between 10 am to 12 pm with order ID TD015772868. And, as of now I have no info regarding delivery. STOP CLAIMING YOURSELF TO BE FASTEST SIM DELIVERING COMPANY. "PATHETIC SERVICE"

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate UR Tower stopped working at Gaulkheda Bazar pin 444717 from 12 PM - 28/12/21 to Till now. it happens very frequently. Is really BSNL wants there customer with them or BSNL intentionally troubles us to approach another service provider. like other govt org does

1st December 2021 i Did 1999 recharge in BSNL by paytm. I haven't got any benefit from it yet. Recharge was successful from Paytm. Talked to BSNL customer care, they said no recharge was found. I do not understand, what should I do now? @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @Paytmcare

In Begusarai bihar(851101) BSNL 4G is working in very good condition near district headquarters and at some nearby localities(about 3km from town). But even 3G is not working in area like Rajaura 851131(my location) which only 6 km away. @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate #BSNL #BSNL_4G
