  I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

  @Footlooseand @ProsaicView I stay in the fringes of a large town. Only BSNL network available here. No Airtel no Jio. Net data is slow because BSNL has not been permitted 4G despite the employees' demand. I use broadband wifi for net data. BSNL Tarriff is lowest. Fault attendance is prompt and courteous.

  @airtelindia your services are poorer than bsnl. Once cannot attend classes, work from home is so troublesome, all because of your poor optic cable wifi connection that i got installed thinking it'll be great. Regret it every single day.

  @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle BSNL customer care not working, unable to reach to the team to escalate our problems. This is not the very frist time, always such kind of situations we are facing. Better to stop the network operations in India.

  @reliancejio Day by day jio is getting slower, even bsnl is working better than your network. Can't even send a message in WhatsApp properly. Repeated complains went to vein. Are you people going to do something or waiting to hike the tariff once again?
