    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @JioCare May I know a specific timeline? How long it would take to resolve the issue as I am left with no wifi internet connection, since last 2 days ? If the same isn't resolved by today or max tomorrow, I will have to switch to Airtel / BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL prepaid sim 9415330237 (UP East, Lucknow) is not sending sms for a last few days. That's why I am unable to register UPI and sending personal sms to any body. Though I can receive the message. I contacted customer care 1503 three times last week.

    @JM_Scindia Sir, I took BSNL sim 6 months back, there was no voice call problem but internet was poor. But during last 3 months there is total deterioration. Is there a conspiracy to privatise? Full walkover to private players or its corruption ??

    They assure me every time for redressal of my problem within 72 hrs. But nothing changed. I also lodged my complaint over BSNL app but they are showing my problem resolved without any solution. My problem still continues. Kindly help me if you can do something.

    Extremely poor service from jio. Our overhead cable has been cut. Complaints made get standard response ". Technical issue - We are attending to it " . No human interface . A five minutes job if service engineer attends. BSNL WILL PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE

    @gemsofbabus_ Those who say Jio did nothing are probably too young or live in big cities. When the best internet you could get was 256 kbps on BSNL and a slow 3G on Vodafone, Jio destroyed the market with high speed net and 4G plans at the same rate. Airtel is the only one that responded.
