    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @BSNL_GJ BSNL People are good. However BSNL FTTH contractor has misbeahaved and abused me at my residence during their FTTH introduction in front of Official. informed this incident to Vasna Telephone exchange Ahmedaabad. My Landline and Internet are not working since 26042026
