I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

@jagograhakjago Dear Sir, I am utpal dey. My mobile no is deactivated. It is my important number. Previously it was in airtel post paid network, 31-10-2020 it was posted out from airtel to bsnl. After new month around feb 2021 it was deactivated.

@RailWireIndia rj.rakesh1980with the kind intervention of CMD Sir again, the connection restored but speed is much lower than the subscribed one.This needs to be written again to CMD Sir? With you half-hearted service, I am afraid of going the railwire worse than BSNL!

Banks will remain close frequently due to internet connectivity issue. E seva won't work due to connectivity . Post office, Govt offices....... It will be a big punishment for users who use only bsnl in villages, no incoming calls and outgoing calls for weeks.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate Last couple of day m taking follow up but not geting positive revert you guys rcheating ,if no was in safe custody than how come both generated bsnl no r 07442942000,2941000 last month same issue then they told me to do a mail I have done but again same condition

@rsprasad @PMOIndia Including BSNL , due to very poor network, telephone connectivity issue is the biggest concern , students in this region are facing so much problems due to this issue, since students are having online classes due to covid pandemic

@BSNLCorporate @rsprasad 3. With work from home going on in all corporates, rural area is heavily dependent on bsnl fiber as there is no alternative. With this kind of pathetic customer service, no deadlines to complaints, no accountability ; I am just feeling so helpless.

@BSNLCorporate BSNL is the worst ISP ever..Don't take fiber connections from them..Poor quality net..Complained 10 times but no one cared to resolve the issue.

GTPL provide the worst service, they will beg you to take new connection but if you face any problems they don't give damn about it, planning move to other option. Had worst experience even worse than BSNL broadband 🤮 @GTPL_Care
