    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @BSNL_RJ i am not receiving text messages on my bsnl phone no., When i tried to reach to BSNL customer care for thia problem then 1st it took 1/2 hour to reach them and when representative picked up the phone then she told me to call after 1 hour without any answer.

    @guiltypressurre @JioCare @airtelindia Nah,pls don't.. it's worse than Airtel,using both sims and planning to port one sim to bsnl so that I can atleast get some quality voice call service (their data service is worst)

    @BSNLCorporate online request for internet connection submitted on 8th March and waiting for connection. Request number is: 16003403032 . We support Digital India and against BSNL privatization like you. Please do not prove us wrong. Thanks for committing for prompt action.

    @CGMHRBSNL If the customer has taken a BSNL connection. To the net and he is not running. Is there no staff on BSNL to solve it? BSNL is sitting for what or name. Till today, no solution has been done since 25 days.01842960739
