    I’ve tried to complain to customer care they mentioned that they can’t do anything until my installation is finished. Since these are corona times I’ve waiting 45 days relying on other options. But this management and irresponsibility from Bsnl is worse.

    @JioCare Hi my phone has been lost which was having bsnl no. in It. I am not able to block it due to poor @BSNLCorporate support . Is there any way to port the no. to Jio and get a new sim.

    @BSNLCorporate do the BSNL provides international roaming services and how to start that service as Iam moving from India to usa within few days so if not kindly let me know I will port to any other network like jio , airtel or vi
