    @BSNLCorporate My Bsnl sim was lost so I requested for duplicate sim on 28.04.2022 & paid the required charge for issue of duplicate sim, but till now the sim is not activated. Mob no. 9939381300. Also unable to connect to Customer care on 18001801503

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks for replying. My BSNL sim is working now but only when I am in BSNL network area. So, basically the problem was not with sim. Rather actually there is no signal at all for @BSNL/MTNL in Q1 Block, South City 2, Gurugram. @BSNLCorporate, any timeline to fix this issue?
