    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad at this rate close to 40 households in my locality will have to shift to other CPs like airtel, jio, instead of bsnl as the time taken to fix internet issue at bsnl literally takes months.

    @DoT_India the bsnl fiber with vendor is making so many issues in my area. They aren't providing us the plan that I require they are asking me to go for higher plan. And also they are asking 7000 rupees extra for installation. Where bsnl don't charge anything as per rules.

    @JioCare Jio launch made few competitors to close down. Unfortunately you are unable to provide services for huge subscribers. No signal inside home in Bangalore. Jio CX care said they are oversubscribed and cannot help. Stopped using 2 Jio nos. Got new BSNL Sim & it works.

    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad I am been following up with sub divisional officer bsnl karaikudi for last one month to fix my fiber net issue. So far there is no resolution. And non of bsnl professionals are promoting bsnl and rather promoting other CP like jio, airtel, cpc

    @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL GGN appears to be unmanageable. Fiver Net and Phone Numbers remains out of order for long. The speed of the Net is also slow. Complaint made to GM as well SDO BSNL GURGAON. Kindly do something.
