    Dear @BSNL_BR @BSNLJHARKHAND @BSNLCorporate I tried everything, for bsnl internet. But it is not running. Although after data on nothing showing 2G, 3G or anything. Customer care tells only , modify Apn, after modify nothing will change. Please help, 🙏

    @AshwiniVaishnaw This is the condition of BSNL networking in the capital city. Now you can imagine the condition of other areas. We as a law abiding citizen trying to contribute in the government companies but the services are very very poor. Shameful

    @BSNLCorporate yesterday morning lodged a complaint on 198 of my number 01639-257523 complaint was not solved and complaint closed without resolution and more then 24 hours passed still problem not solved . is this the way BSNL care for its customers and the way how BSNL works ?
