    @DoT_India Burden agency of india ....wasting 6 billion rupee of hardwaorking citizen of india ,, lot of issues on bsnl call drop bad network , airtel spreading too much frequency harming birds, and cancering human , every people of india thought they are corrupt ,pgrms is joker

    My first SIM was BSNL, the Student Power plan with ₹99 monthly rental. It was truly revolutionary back in 2003. I was doing my Diploma then and BSNL was offering this plan to students on a bonafide certificate. The craze was such that even teachers used students’ bonafide certificates to get the card for themselves. At that time, other postpaid plans were around ₹200 per month, and the moment this launched, all operators were forced to reduce their rentals. That was the moment when BSNL could have been pushed further and strengthened, but instead the focus shifted towards private players. Today the situation is such that despite being affordable, BSNL struggles with basic network quality and still lacks proper 5G, with speeds that often don’t match expectations.

    @BSNLCorporate I AM A BSNL SIM USER SINCE INCEPTION. IT SERVED A GOOD SERVICE DURING IT'S INITIAL ERA. NOW DISGUSTING DUE TO WANT OF PROPER TOWERS IN MY SILIGURI RURAL AREA. PEOPLE ARE PORTING TO PRIVATE NETWORKS. REQUESTING BSNL AUTHOROTIES TO TAKE STEPS.

    @BSNLCorporate Whole world knows BSNL is in Doldrums due to its MONOPOLISTIC policies that failed miserably. BSNL got a 2nd life to redeem itself But Anti CONSUMER ACTIVITIES won't work AKK paid on 31 March PACK VALID upto 30 April This notice to end service on 21st is wrong

    @bsnl_care Dear BSNL Care, ticket creation is noted, but the connection remains down for 2 months. Kindly provide a clear timeline for resolution and the exact process being followed. This is an LPG agency line affecting consumers. Docket D1612137362362. Urgent action required.

    @TelecomTalk They should make a proposal to cancel validity in data packs even in bsnl validity is there..can't afford to recharge for 300 again if the cheapest 8gb data gets over..
