@EkamSachdeva_ @REDBOXINDIA This is harsh reality. I have used bsnl broadband for 7yrs and my experience is not so good. Now I have many private player for broadband connection with much better service and competitive rates.

@MAYANK8382 @REDBOXINDIA Well before you tell me about bsnl, I been used bsnl for roughly 7yrs but I was hardly satisfied with their super pathetic service and there was no alternative except BSNL then. BSNL has good infrastructure but super arrogant staff with typical babu mindset.

Regulator should see that service provider is viable to do business. only "consumer interest " won't work. BSNL/ MTNL was killed. @TRAI @DoT_India

@DKMCooper @sandesh_samant MTNL Dolphin is not that bad. Gets range (BSNL) in most remote places too. Anyway using Vodafone for data.

@BSNL_BR No wonder why BSNL is always out of market competition, here i am using your services because of good network connectivity but everyday you have network outage for 4-5 hours or sometimes 1-2 days, either you guys are deep into corruption or govt is not paying you.
