    @Indianinfoguide bsnl is another white elephant like erstwhile air india. a bold decision is required to sell it lock, stock and barrel. a giant like railways attends to customer complaints in a jiffy, whereas bsnl takes days to restore life into dead lines. bsnl, a drain on exchequer

    @sudhirchaudhary - another scam in government department. BSNL offices are emplty. Employees are either on leave or took VRS. No backup no service.

    @TheFaiz875 Not every RBA person has it easy. I live in an area where roads stay closed for days in winters, there’s no electricity or water, and only BSNL works — which also stops when the weather turns bad. Even reaching Srinagar means leaving a day early and staying overnight.

    @reliancejio internet isn’t working, and when we call customer care, they cut the call. Then why do you take our money for balance if you can’t provide proper service? You’d better improve yourselves @bsnl company not provid better' network because helping Ambani wealth

    @NaveenMadineni5 @Benarasiyaa @RailMinIndia Private airlines like Indig, Jet Airways etc do not charge more than Indian airlines fare and their services are fine as all of them are under AAI. In telecom sector private companies like Jio, Airtel, Vodafone etc do not charge more than BSNL and their their charges are as fine as BSNL and all of them are under TRAI. In Life and medical insurance private companies like Tata Insurance, Maxlife, Niva Bupa etc are providing excellant service with identical premium as LIC as all of them are under IRDAI. But only Railways is under Govt. monopoly. Also their services like passenger convenience, food, other amenities etc are not so good with overcrowded compartments, ticketless travel, subquality food in Vande Bharat etc. If private railway companies like Tata, Birla, Ambani group etc are allowed along with Indian Railways train service (similar to BSNL) under one umbrella ( similar to TRAI, IRDAI, AAI etc) quality of service will improve due to competition among the train operators. Will public demand privatisation of Railways?

    @Ravisutanjani The issue with the BSNL is they don't have reliable services and the fact of the matter is nobody wants cheap they prefer quality.

    @TelecomTalk these are false assurances; the real fact is: BSNL cannot provide uninterrupted network BSNL cannot give Roaming in Mumbai BSNL cannot solve customer grievances forget solving it doesn't even acknowledge
