  @TRAI Add option in app to report internet and call drop issues and escalation matrix. FYR BSNL and Jio performing very poor.

  @bsnl_care After n number of complaints regarding Poor internet and regular net disconnection and sarcastic replies from the bsnl section officer. we finally applied for disconnection. That too is not processed. No acknowledgement has been received. @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate
