    @CMDBSNL Poor customer service is defaulting BSNL top to bottom. No fiber net as promised is provided. Broadband service is down every week. Then government says atmanirbhar how can people pay if you can't provide good service @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Very much disappointed of getting BSNL network . The worst ever network service . When ever there is a cuttoff in power supply in our area 3g network disappears automatically don't know what happens to that 3g network

    Pathetic service by #bsnl_bihar ftth is down for more than 24hrs with no estimate of when will it be fixed. All phone numbers switched off by staff. Online complaint portal couldn't be slower.. Will be switching to a private provider soon. #BSNL

    Why BSNL FTTH has more down time than Jio Fiber although BSNL costs more than Jio? Big Uff for unavailability of Jio Fiber in my location.
