    @bsnl_care Hi BSNL.. Your call and internet services are excellent in urban areas; however, while call quality is good in rural areas, I feel the internet service there needs further improvement.

    @bsnl_care I stayed with BSNL not for its network, not for its speed, and definitely not for its customer service – but because it was affordable. This recent hike feels like a silent push from the government to let BSNL fade away, while private telecom companies thrive
