Went again to pay, same answer systems down. Third time lucky, took two minutes to pay. Felt BSNL is dead and waiting for last rites.

Calls get disconnected, and we're unable to make or receive calls. There are constant network issues in Lingampet Mandal, Kamareddy district. Will you fix this problem after another decade? They cannot reverse it unless only two numbers were different from my number. I also found out the other number is invalid and no recharge can be done. What to do? ₹1999!
