Unless kaamchoor ,excess staff not dismissed BSNL can never improve. 99% lady staff was busy in gossipi g,sweater netting,medical benefit.

@manojsinhabjp ph. 08413 233096,Narsingi ex.Internet failed Sunday 10.15am. My complaint to SDE concerned was ignored. Fixed only at 12.15 pm Monday,bank also cld not work, suufferd much business. Ppl work in BSNL don't know, whn WE SLEEP, WORLD AWAKE. Just encounter such ppl.

@jgopikrishnan70 Another surprise. Went to BSNL counter to pay bill. Asked to come again as systems not working due to power cut. Went again to pay, same answer systems down. Third time lucky, took two minutes to pay. Felt BSNL is dead and waiting for last rites.

@bsnl_tt worst service ever had from bsnl. Shifting not done since June stating cable fault & & even feasible from neighbour colony but insisting for higher plans ftth by disconnection. More than 30 connections in vertex Lakeview , hyd disconnected since months, moved to jio.

@SayantanMondal_ @geekyranjit Doesn't matter for what reason, BSNL currently is equivalent to trash. The only place that use BSNL for internet connectivity are Govt offices like govt banks, document centers, and hopefully you're aware of how fantastic service they provide.

@SayantanMondal_ @geekyranjit If you planning to do gaming on BSNL Fiber you will get high pings.Its good for streaming netflix ,youtube other ott apps.Even if you do speedtest u get ping of 17 to 19 ms....Unlike other private isp ping is always below 10 or 5ms..Even the router which bsnl provides is horrible

outgoing calls, so again we recharged with talktime of ₹100. That went ₹0 balance within a week. While we visited Tadepalligudem BSNL office for the enquiry they’re saying we don’t have any information here and asked me to contact customer care! May i know the reason!? (2/2)

@PMOIndia @narendramodi first resolve bharat fiber issue in rural area. In 200 mbps plan we get 200 kbps speed. No one in BSNL CSC in 470335. Technology did bot work without digital infrastructure. First work on BSNL or sold it to private businessman.

@BSNLCorporate Hi this in koyilandy area number 04962961620. Internet working and voice not working. Only dial time but can’t dial. Given complaint to BSNL and they told me to complaint to the cable operator. Cable team says it’s not there mistake it should be rectified by BSNL.pls support
