    @jgopikrishnan70 Another surprise. Went to BSNL counter to pay bill. Asked to come again as systems not working due to power cut. Went again to pay, same answer systems down. Third time lucky, took two minutes to pay. Felt BSNL is dead and waiting for last rites.

    with other private players. Network problems. There is need to revamp the BSNL with techno intelligent staff. The Govt. must order all deptss. to use BSNL mobile phones only. Public out cry is to save this Public sector which is a National pride & ready to purchase atlest one sim

    Unless kaamchoor ,excess staff not dismissed BSNL can never improve. 99% lady staff was busy in gossipi g,sweater netting,medical benefit.

    @bsnl_tt worst service ever had from bsnl. Shifting not done since June stating cable fault & & even feasible from neighbour colony but insisting for higher plans ftth by disconnection. More than 30 connections in vertex Lakeview , hyd disconnected since months, moved to jio.

    @manojsinhabjp ph. 08413 233096,Narsingi ex.Internet failed Sunday 10.15am. My complaint to SDE concerned was ignored. Fixed only at 12.15 pm Monday,bank also cld not work, suufferd much business. Ppl work in BSNL don't know, whn WE SLEEP, WORLD AWAKE. Just encounter such ppl.

    @rsprasad I am having DTH from BSNL if it works fine but any issues it takkes days to get it set right . No proper technical staff on field . Ravi Shankar Prasad ji Unless the Customer support and technicians are skilled the investment is futile and no use.

    @IndianTechGuide 1. bsnl is 4g which isnt bad but in reality its not even 4g and very unstable. 2. people who need that much data willl get wifi instead.

    @BSNLCorporate dear bsnl I upgraded my sim card to 4g 5g 4days Ago and now I can use my 4g internet and its good give decent amount of speed.But since the upgrade can't usesms.outgoing and some incoming messages like otp's are unable to receive. Andstill the VOLTE in not working

    @IndianTechGuide Enable proper 3G first, not at all able to do a UPI payment from BSNL sim worst service you are having.. In this generation without VoLTE the call quality is like 90s voice who will use your sim? I tried 2 times in past 3 years no improvement i giveup and came to Jio

This happened because BSNL neither raised invoices nor applied escalation clauses, and even after recognizing the issue, delayed action and billing attempts were rejected by Jio, with no arbitration initiated by BSNL. So, it wasn't a simple "failure" but a series of administrative lapses, delays, and disputes that caused this huge billing oversight.
