@DoT_India My number is 9470449615 , I hoped that after Repeated requests internet speed would've improved but it's still bad. Pls if job can't be done, Should I port my SIM to another company?? I think it's a gigantic task for BSNL to provide good speed.

@reliancejio Very sad with jio mobile service. I switched from bsnl to jio 4 days over till date not activated. Customer care response Pl wate 2 more days . All verification done on 20 Jan and assurance given by jio it will activate in 24 to 48 HR which is already passed.

Landline number: 0427 - 2901957 I previously had Fiber TB plan and requested the Local BSNL Office (21-01-22) with a letter to change it to SUPERSTAR PREMIUM 1. Today (24-01-22) my plan has been wrongly changed to SUPERSTAR 1. NEED HELP @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR @GoI_Merit Need support for bsnl airfibre services since 10 days no resolution to the speed issue in the evening around 7pm when the no of users more internet speed reduce to below 10 mbps. I am using 70 mbps plan.

@BSNLCorporate Please privatize the BSNL as earliest before it gets too late. Hiring people with huge qualifications and giving out the hefty package with not work to survive BSNL until the service gets improved.
