    Poor speeds,inconsistencies in speed,not reliable,net goes out of service 2 times a week and browsing n watching videos is pain due to poor speeds.Only reason to get FTTH is not availability in other fiber and BSNL is taking advantage of this.such a pathetic service@BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Oh that's why you r on strike everyday. I tried contacting CsC from last 8 days & still issue persists. I can understand no mechanism available for resolving customer greviance. It's nice that BSNL wasting money on such kind of services & on careless employees.

    Not been able to reach out to anyone (family) in #Kashmir for sometime now. Was communicating with them through BSNL mobile & landline - only services that weren't cut off. Both seem to have stopped working now. It is a total communication blackout.
