    @AJayAWhy @netshrink As a person who has used bsnl for a long time, I disagree that their service was superior to pvt entities even before Jio. Crony capitalism is not the fault of pvt enterprise. It is the state which has created bad market conditions.

    @rsprasad BSNL says it was a vodafone problem no one cannot slove my problem still now. I was goingto office regularly regarding this problem no one cannot slove. every day I have bsnl office MNP barring made by vodafone he will slove that no one cannot slove this.

    I complained to BSNL about not receiving any network on my number. "Sorry for the inconvenience caused, BSNL assures prompt action to resolve your grievance," they replied. There has been no communication since. Their customer care number doesn't work. Why ******** does it exist?

    @raghurajs_hegde @netshrink I use a BSNL & a Vodafone sim. BSNL works better than Vodafone these days. At least for me. For a better & profitable service, we need to hold the govt responsible. How BSNL was sidelined to advance Jio & what happened to the entire market after that needs a revision.
