    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @DoT_India Sir, I want to tell you that the BSNL 3G network in the main market of Koraon Prayagraj is closed on a day, sometimes it is closed in the evening. Please find a solution.

    @BSNL_KTK I was happy that BSNL did what the private players were not able to do. Giving a fibre optic connection. The internet was activated in a jiffy but still struggling to get the voice activated. Not for long, but for the past 30+ hrs. Need help to activate phone Please.

    @cvkrishnan @vashtalk @smita1900 I hope some portion of than BSNL bailout goes towards desi cellular network tech stack, it's obvious it will take a few generations to become competitive with the best world has to offer and I guess that's fine.

    @reliancejio The service in Mysore is so poor that I am getting speed of 0.26 KBPS. In order to tweet this and to contact customer care I am getting Hotspot from BSNL very poor service

    @BSNLCorporate Week 3 : No response from BSNL , not even reaching out with assurance to repair the home line (which also includes fixed internet). Such apathy to customer sentiments. Shame on India’s incumbent operator on providing zero service for their customers. No landline for 3 weeks!

    Few days back #BSNL assam circle asked customers to replace their SIM card to 4G,but till now 4G is not working .5G?Can anyone explain?

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I stay in Sector - 119, Noida at Eldeco Amantran Society, The signal Of BSNL is dismal/non-existent, I want to port all other nos to BSNL I seek your intervention in this. Private players are only providing us LIP service.
