@BSNLCorporate no wonder people are asking for BSNL to be privatized, no one wants to work in their ofc, applying for broadband or fiber connection is like asking for their kidney so much laziness, irresponsibility and poor service can be portrayed as a documentary.

When I complained to BSNL online, they sent messages “the complaint has been addressed and problem rectified” without confirming from consumer (me). This happened repeatedly. Then I write to consumer forum, who dismissed my complaint without verifying anything from me.

@BSNLCorporate gives you only 20 mbps while charges for 💯 mbps. None from #BSNL responds to you. They keep on ignoring at least in @bsnlupe Never seen any higher authority taking any complaint seriously. By next month if it persists, I would switch to @airtelindia

@DoT_India There is no action till date by the TSP/Division. There are frequent power cuts happening in our area during which the BSNL 3G service is not available to consumers in the area. When will the mobile tower power back up issue be resolved once n for all?
