    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW @bsnl It seems BSNL don't want to retain land line customer so they don't give any attention to complaints and don't put any efforts to maintain service. My landline phone is dead since 4 months.

    @BSNLCorporate we have requested so many times for changing the wifi connection to optical fibre but no help. They just ask information whenever we call. We are facing so much network issue and it's been long time we are approaching BSNL help.Please provide your urgent support

    @JioCare Jio team ,I m sorry to say that after few years your service will be like BSNL @BSNLCorporate and any other telecom Co. will take your position. You have a chance to correct your network otherwise you will loose the fame of Lt.Ambani ji.

    @rbi @HDFCBank_Cares @AxisBankSupport @YESBANK worst service of axis bank they are not accepting bsnl landline bill & other bank statement for address update. Where hdfc bank has accepted landline bill.

    @BSNLCorporate 2985713 is the number of BSNL Fiber. It has been more than 2 weeks and still landline service has not been started. Also, internet is not working from past 2 days and even after complaints to Katyayani Communication from last 2 days, no one is resolving the issue

    @Pankaj_jswl @geekyranjit The only problem with BSNL is there service. If there is some problem, and that occurs at least 1-2 times in a month, they take at least 2-3 days to fix it. I am using BSNL broadband from last 9 years, and facing the problem very frequently.

    I use only BSNL Pre Paid and Many Rural Indians Do So. The Network is very poor around Dairy Circle, Bengaluru, where there is a Regional Cancer Center which caters to whole of Karnataka and Neighboring Districts of AP, TN and even North India Patients come here.

    I am not even able to tweet it, bsnl 3G is providing best service here then @Airtel_Presence, looting people by expensive packs but not able to give 3G like network forget 4G, for a moment forget about data speed there is problem of call drop too @airtelindia @DoT_India

    BSNL is the worst network provider. Pathetic indoor coverage and poor internet speed and the customer care support do not understand the problem and are always in hurry to cut the call. My complaint was closed without any resolution the next day, so i e-mailed appellate authority

    Worst ever service by @reliancejio @JioCare Never opt for jiofibre if u want to go for fast internet. Choose airtel or BSNL. From a week fibee is down but no one has came to clear the issue.
