If there is some problem, and that occurs at least 1-2 times in a month, they take at least 2-3 days to fix it. I am using BSNL broadband from last 9 years, and facing the problem very frequently.

Poor call quality, network issues and inconsistent 4G are the hallmarks of the stack.
