@BSNLCorporate we have requested so many times for changing the wifi connection to optical fibre but no help. They just ask information whenever we call. We are facing so much network issue and it's been long time we are approaching BSNL help.Please provide your urgent support

@BSNLCorporate no wonder people are asking for BSNL to be privatized, no one wants to work in their ofc, applying for broadband or fiber connection is like asking for their kidney so much laziness, irresponsibility and poor service can be portrayed as a documentary.

@BSNLCorporate 2985713 is the number of BSNL Fiber. It has been more than 2 weeks and still landline service has not been started. Also, internet is not working from past 2 days and even after complaints to Katyayani Communication from last 2 days, no one is resolving the issue

BSNL expects 4G rollout within a period of 10 months on successful completion of trials but given that there are so many hurdles around the trials, the network rollout is not expected to happen for another 18-20 months.
