    @PMOIndia @narendramodi sir, BSNL net work in Varanasi is very bad always below,.9. I have complained twice by vedio.but condition is improoved.perhaps BSNL officers not caring you.

    in Varanasi the BSNL net is 0.0 or .9 .no down load or work from BSNL network is possible.proples are surrendering BSNL SIM

    Worst Speed @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI BSNL is much better now a days. In whole Varanasi Ur @jio network is pathetic.

    @rbi @HDFCBank_Cares @AxisBankSupport @YESBANK worst service of axis bank they are not accepting bsnl landline bill & other bank statement for address update. Where hdfc bank has accepted landline bill.

    @BSNLCorporate no wonder people are asking for BSNL to be privatized, no one wants to work in their ofc, applying for broadband or fiber connection is like asking for their kidney so much laziness, irresponsibility and poor service can be portrayed as a documentary.

    @TRAI This is not an individual problem. People living in this area are facing a lot of problem with many network operators like BSNL, Jio, Airtel etc. I have tried every network and complaining since last year, yet no resolution provided. Please help so that i can save my time.

    @BSNLCorporate 2985713 is the number of BSNL Fiber. It has been more than 2 weeks and still landline service has not been started. Also, internet is not working from past 2 days and even after complaints to Katyayani Communication from last 2 days, no one is resolving the issue

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Will BSNL provide solution to the problem faced by many people in my area. Nobody is listening to my problem. There is network, call drop and signal strength issue. Internet speed of BSNL 3G is worst. To download 40Mb app it takes 4-5 hrs. Imagine this!

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW @bsnl It seems BSNL don't want to retain land line customer so they don't give any attention to complaints and don't put any efforts to maintain service. My landline phone is dead since 4 months.

    And, now they send legal notice. I have no problem in paying the bill. In fact, I will now pay to avoid wasting my time. But, is it right ? For the service which has not been given by BSNL! “Long live BSNL” (Bhai Sahab Nahin Lagega)!!!

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I had ported to Airtel from BSNL hoping for good network & connectivity. I was wrong. This network is not at all better than BSNL. Contemplating to switch back. 9415217082

    @BSNLCorporate All public sector banks has removed bsnl network from their system because of poor support, no accountability. Corporate business needs 100% availability which bsnl lags.

    @BSNL_OR after a very good speed progress in bsnl net suddenly why speed reduction is there ?? Where ever trying it is showing network slow.. not abe to open any app. Any thing behind it ?? Banking app not working. When contacted to bank branches , simple reply is change bsnl sim

    @IndianGems_ If the government really cared, they would offer a basic plan in BSNL. It already has PAN India 2g network and it's adequate for calls. But no, they just divert you towards the corporate to save their ***.

    @bsnl_care @ParasmeSaurabh Once the network upgrades are actually complete, let me know. I gave BSNL multiple chances by porting my primary number to it, but I ended up porting out every time because the network proved unreliable when I needed it most.

    @BSNL_TN using BSNL number for more than 10 years and thought to port 1 number. While generating a UPC getting msg as "UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for the change of ownership for this number" Customer care ask 2 go HO which is 75 KM away.very poor srvce
