@BSNLCorporate we have requested so many times for changing the wifi connection to optical fibre but no help. They just ask information whenever we call. We are facing so much network issue and it's been long time we are approaching BSNL help.Please provide your urgent support

@TRAI This is not an individual problem. People living in this area are facing a lot of problem with many network operators like BSNL, Jio, Airtel etc. I have tried every network and complaining since last year, yet no resolution provided. Please help so that i can save my time.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Will BSNL provide solution to the problem faced by many people in my area. Nobody is listening to my problem. There is network, call drop and signal strength issue. Internet speed of BSNL 3G is worst. To download 40Mb app it takes 4-5 hrs. Imagine this!

@Pankaj_jswl @geekyranjit The only problem with BSNL is there service. If there is some problem, and that occurs at least 1-2 times in a month, they take at least 2-3 days to fix it. I am using BSNL broadband from last 9 years, and facing the problem very frequently.

Today i used the BSNL4G for the 1st time! Believe me, i remembered the old days of 2G when every single time we click something on the internet & we get a loading animation which never ends! I doubt whether i could even use 500mb/day!😂 #BSNL #InternetSpeed @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate I got a new connection of bsnl ftth on 9thJun2021. I also brought a telephone to avail the voice service. Since then I have requested for so many times to activate my voice service. Till no response they are just saying to call next day everyday. I am so pissed.

Today again I went to the bsnl office Neyveli township they said me the problem is only with bsnl Cuddalore and when I called bsnl Cuddalore they are saying issue is with bsnl Neyveli. I don't know who is playing the game here. (3/n).
