BSNL is truly offering excellent service at incredibly low prices. Meanwhile, Jio and Airtel charge ₹399 for the same 2.5GB/day for 28 days. The govt should invest in improving BSNL's services even further.

Universal Service Obligation funding is there. Based on that scheme, we are given some target of installing the towers. So, that is called 4G saturation towers.
