@BSNLCorporate no wonder people are asking for BSNL to be privatized, no one wants to work in their ofc, applying for broadband or fiber connection is like asking for their kidney so much laziness, irresponsibility and poor service can be portrayed as a documentary.

When I complained to BSNL online, they sent messages “the complaint has been addressed and problem rectified” without confirming from consumer (me). This happened repeatedly. Then I write to consumer forum, who dismissed my complaint without verifying anything from me.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW @bsnl It seems BSNL don't want to retain land line customer so they don't give any attention to complaints and don't put any efforts to maintain service. My landline phone is dead since 4 months.

@BSNLCorporate gives you only 20 mbps while charges for 💯 mbps. None from #BSNL responds to you. They keep on ignoring at least in @bsnlupe Never seen any higher authority taking any complaint seriously. By next month if it persists, I would switch to @airtelindia

The local guy who takes contract nt gud & not solve the issue quickly. I think service is much better b4 Privatization

@BSNLCorporate why BSNL isn't replacing damaged wires anymore.? We are loyal bsnl landline customer since last 20 years & broadband user for last 10 years. Now our wire is damage & we are having broadband disconnection issues. Office says to buy wire & they can't give us new.😤😠
