    @rsprasad Dear Sir, I have taken FTTH Internet connection in Mirzapur (UP) with name Agrawal Auto Sales (05442-297799) and link is down from last Friday, matter has been escalated to BSNL but they are not serious. Also have register the complain on tollfree number. Pl help us

    Very Bad situation at Bharatganj, Prayagraj no power backup I think you don't want to create customer always BSNL Officer says no power then why customer stay with BsNL do something @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate It's been 9 days i think it's time to port out ,I have been using BSNL since 1999 and never experienced such a delay if anything had happened. 9415976624

    @Ravisutanjani I was in the process of booking BSNL Prepaid Sim to home, completed all the verification process and tried completing the payment using UPI (FRC), website gives an error and amount deducted from the account. Called customer care….

    @IndianTechGuide So they don't want to make healthy mobile network 🤦 Reason we are started paying more to Jio and airtel. . If BSNL was good enough then we shouldn't have paid this much amount. . Plz make good mobile network and internet speed. that only can grab the users.

    @FI_InvestIndia BSNL was in telecom sector for last 70 who stopped from providing better service, BSNL took 1 year fiber optic broadband while hathway provided in 1 day . BSNL is full of useless people who don't care about customers

    @pravesh814 I m using bsnl no since 2000 and I belong to varanasi ,in madanpura the service is very poor kindly improve the service as soon as possible
