@rsprasad Dear Sir, I have taken FTTH Internet connection in Mirzapur (UP) with name Agrawal Auto Sales (05442-297799) and link is down from last Friday, matter has been escalated to BSNL but they are not serious. Also have register the complain on tollfree number. Pl help us

@BSNLCorporate #bsnl_ftth_pulwama Lackluster performance of bsnl ftth in main town Pulwama, the service is shut since yesterday, the poor users have to knock the doors of airtel and other ftth users for fulfilling their immediate internet needs... Sad state of affairs 😭

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS home landline is not working for last 2 mnts,My senior citizen parents visited BSNL offce .The BSNL staff said that importance is not given to landline nd if we take Broadband then they will get it fixed. Plse assist my parents who stays alone (Std 03776)

@BSNLCorporate Recently I installed a new bsnl fibre broadband connection with 7 of my friends and relatives,so total 8 connections we took together for the purpose of online studies and work from home. The connection is down always for 1-2 days after every few days.
