    @rsprasad Dear Sir, I have taken FTTH Internet connection in Mirzapur (UP) with name Agrawal Auto Sales (05442-297799) and link is down from last Friday, matter has been escalated to BSNL but they are not serious. Also have register the complain on tollfree number. Pl help us

    @BSNLCorporate 1 week is very big time this what the worst service you are providing,you should ashamed of being called a government company,this is the reason why BSNL is in loss

    @DoT_India @TRAI Continuously interrupted service by @BSNLCorporate at the pincode 712615. Please look into the issue urgently as subscribers of #BSNL at this area have been suffering since a long time.

    @jiteenkhera @Akshat_World Feel bad for u guys they are doing their buisness what if government will start BSNL with same tactics providing data at same rate we can happily use and money will not going anywhere they can use for development or whatever it may be our money will be return to us only

    @BSNLCorporate since 21st afternoon till 23rd upto 10 am. I was at Shegaon Maharashtra. My 3G did not work. E was showing but data did not transfer. People/Staff working at Anand Vihar tell that BSNL net work is bad and does not work.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Disney Hotstar service is deactivated. It was cancelled by BSNL as per Hotstar support on 20th Jan, opened following tickets and closed w/o solution 1060379315 - 17 Feb 1060322307 - 6Feb New ticket today 1060418668. Pl. help

    Porting from @BSNLCorporate, at last. Few months before ported to BSNL to support the company but pathetic service. Payment OTP received after 10min, low network coverage, very bad voice quality, worst internet and many more. @AshwiniVaishnaw sir it is impossible to revive BSNL.

    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate Horrible experience with BSNL Broadband service near Bihpuria, Assam. So many disconnections!! Entire India can work smoothly from home but not us! So many disruptions after paying a hefty amount to take the connection!! <contd.>

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is worst network in my area, Even BSNL is far better than you. kab se complain kiye hue h but abhi tak theek nh hua h. Internet to chal hi nh raha hai

    @Akshat_World Without Jio, we would.have been stuck with the crappy BSNL and it's pathetic customer service. 🤦 Thank God, Jio happened. 👍

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS It is better to not provide the service if it cannot be sustained. Can't expect customer to understand every time a disruption happens! Won't recommend BSNL broadband to anyone. Utterly disappointing!!
