    @rsprasad Dear Sir, I have taken FTTH Internet connection in Mirzapur (UP) with name Agrawal Auto Sales (05442-297799) and link is down from last Friday, matter has been escalated to BSNL but they are not serious. Also have register the complain on tollfree number. Pl help us

    @BSNLCorporate 1 week is very big time this what the worst service you are providing,you should ashamed of being called a government company,this is the reason why BSNL is in loss

    BSNL has introduced a ₹1.34 lakh satellite phone that enables communication even in areas with no mobile network coverage. Unlike conventional smartphones, the device links directly to satellites, making it suitable for defence personnel, disaster management teams, maritime operations, and people in remote locations.     BSNL SATELLITE PHONES: - Nothing particularly new or interesting here. This is 30+ year old proven Inmarsat GEO satellite phone technology (handhelds like IsatPhone have been around since the 2000s, with roots going back decades). Etisalat-backed Thuraya was already deploying similar sat phones which could be used globaly in the early 1990s-2000s. - At ₹1.34 lakh for the handset + high monthly rentals (₹3.5k to 11k+), it's damn expensive for regular public use. Makes sense only for real needs like mountaineering, defence, maritime, disaster response, mining or remote interiors where normal mobile coverage doesn't reach. For everyone else, it's overkill.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR There is no network in Paradeep Municipal area (Tarinigada) .... In 2026 you are not providing network in a municipality area ... Then why should anyone continue with your service.... @JM_Scindia Sir please save BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate when everyone expecting to fix current connectivity and an upgraded 5G network. BSNL is releasing satellite phone for bigshots.

    @bsnl_care Via BSNL sim, same location. There's slight improvemnt in ur service. But it's not satisfactory. BSNL 4G vanished at around 22:15 & didn't return till 23:27. I don't know whethr it returnd aftr I went off 2 sleep. But at 7 am there was no 4G. Now it's availble & so I could post.
