    @rsprasad Dear Sir, I have taken FTTH Internet connection in Mirzapur (UP) with name Agrawal Auto Sales (05442-297799) and link is down from last Friday, matter has been escalated to BSNL but they are not serious. Also have register the complain on tollfree number. Pl help us

    Very Bad situation at Bharatganj, Prayagraj no power backup I think you don't want to create customer always BSNL Officer says no power then why customer stay with BSNL do something... @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate 1 week is very big time this what the worst service you are providing,you should ashamed of being called a government company,this is the reason why BSNL is in loss

    @Airtel_Presence a very dedicated disgusting service team who always fails to resolve issues, sr support promises some resolution the other team denies, the call support team disconnect calls , time to switch to BSNL and go legal... shameless provider

    @robertravi21 Respected Ravi Sir, With due respect I would convey to you that in my home area bsnl broadband services are not promptly deployed. Many a times I have requested through bsnl customer service but it was of no use. So I have to put it across to you.please see.

    @TRAI , bsnl is not providing upc code for port out. I unable to send SMS to 1900, i complaint many time to BSNL but after 10 days , my issue is not resolved by bsnl.
