@rsprasad Dear Sir, I have taken FTTH Internet connection in Mirzapur (UP) with name Agrawal Auto Sales (05442-297799) and link is down from last Friday, matter has been escalated to BSNL but they are not serious. Also have register the complain on tollfree number. Pl help us

Waiting for one month to pass in order to port out of it & be happy. Keep on tweeting and spreading happiness, don't concentrate on enhancing service.
