  @AdgGkr sir, SO Mahuli, Santkabir nagar CUG no is always not reachable due bad bsnl signal strength as told by SO himself. Never respond on Cug whatsapp too. Pl do needful to make him reachable in emergency may be personal no can be for public.

  I later ported my number to BSNL, which was surprisingly smooth process. How do you become so incompetent that a public sector company lampooned for incompetency works better than you? I only wish I never have to deal with any of Airtel's services ever again.

  @tataplayfiber you're customer service is actually quite useless. Do something about it your technical support is worse than bsnl. You guys call 15 times for recharge reminder but cut the technical issue calls in one ring

  @BSNLCorporate sir 3g service is not working in Kalindi Vihar agra up in prepaid number I write BSNL many times but no response is given from your side please revert I am new user of BSNL prepaid and also when will 4g service launch in India in Agra Uttar Pradesh happened.

  @BSNLCorporate @bsnlbroadband. I have been using the broad band service since one year. Service was good. But, Now I want to discontinue the service. But we don't have any bsnl office near to our location(501509). I asked to customer care to discontinue from their end.

  @pa1mishra I'm using internet & social media frequently since 2010 - Even downloaded 1 TB movies using BSNL WiMax. And, internet got cheaper becaz of technological advancements and NOT becaz of Ambani - do research. Ambani created a monopoly with the help of gov - He should be grateful.

  @ServicesBsnl Terrible service. Our landline Tel no is dead 30 days . Complaint registered. Not supervisor telling me can't do anything.his no +91 70032 30800 . He threatening me to surrender. My landline no 033 2477 3699. Using bsnl for 25 years. This is how they treat customer.
