    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate In our area bsnl network based on electricity, no backup there, bsnl staff told me upper management not provide generator diesel, network down after electricity cut, plz solve it asap . Area: village alewa distt jind haryana-12611

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear sir, 15th Aug being a holiday for everyone, it is extremely important that the broad band Bsnl service remains uninterrupted. It isnt a matter of 1 or 2 hrs but a good 9 hrs have passed since i raised a complaint and no one from @BSNL_KL has fixed it.

    @MIB_India Sir still your net is not working and facing same problem as pon light is blinking red, sorry to say in this type of service i can’t continue with BSNL My BSNL no is 124-2467620

    @BSNLCorporate Worng imformation... Beside my home 3g signal is strong... But underground my home bsnl signal is not available...

    I called BSNL customer care and explained him the issue. He says we get lot of calls like this and our duty is to explain customers. When I asked how to get the content updated in a customer friendly manner, he asked to speak to his TL. Guess TL said end the call 🙏
