    @SumitAggarwalE Agreed. @JioCare always takes 3 days or more for solving issues. Regretting switching from BSNL. Even BSNL gave better services.

    @reliancejio No replies for customer issues? Glad that I had BSNL as a backup option. BSNL's 3G is at least 10-12 times faster than your 4G+ network. Deplorable Jio4G and JioFiber conditions where customers aren't even replied to for their issues

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL No.9415520402 of Lucknow under UP East has once again creating problems. Either it remains dead or replies as phone switched off, call diverted or out of net work reach. Despite repeated complaints the problem remained as it was.

    @veenaiscool Madam,Extreme negligence is being shown by BSNL staff in rectifying data connection to Railway Reservation Office,SGPGI,Lucknow. System is down since three days and nobody is showing any interest in resolving the problem. Kindly help us to get bsnl server working.

    @BSNLCorporate bsnl is going from worse to worst day by day in providing even the mobile phone network. Most of the time "outside the network coverage area" tune has become a regular feature. Is there any scope of improvement in service. Mob9415285775.

    @BSNLCorporate Lucknow is the capital of Uttar Pradesh but the BSNL data speed network is very bad.complained many times but no action was taken on it.only 3G network is available here but the speed is worse than 2G.

    @sdhrthmp Within government, it may not be possible to increase pay. So make it a PSU like BSNL, fix pay according to talent/role and make the company public retaining majority shareholding with Govt.
