    @AmitShah @narendramodi You didn't try saving BSNL when the problem was manageable. You allowed it to go from bad to worse, now when BSNL has been damaged to the core you are trying to revive it by wasting money. Then you'll raise GST to compensate for the money you are wasting.

    @BSNLMeghalaya @BSNLMeghalaya They are not bothered if the customer is facing issue,. 1. To recharge we always have to visit the bsnl office. They said i cannot recharge by myself.

    Bsnl 3G is the worst internet services I have ever used. Tower of Vishal Khand GomtiNagar, Lucknow area needs maintainence I have spoken with the authorites they told me that tower batteries are useless that's why net goes away whenever area electricity goes down @BSNLCorporate

    @DoT_India my BSNL landline connection 0522-2682712 is dead for more than 2 months, I contacted @BSNLCorporate customer care many times but my issue is not resolved yet and they are constantly charging me for that.

    My BSNL connection No.9415520402 in Pandariba ,Charbagh Lucknow 226004 under UP.East is not working due to net work failure since last three days as a result I am not being able to establish desired contacts. This type of failure is occurring regularly.

    @BSNLCorporate Customer Name:-Surendra Singh dengri,Mobile num:-9412424680, Lucknow Uttar Pradesh.His convert this num 3g to 4g and submitted all documents in Bsnl office Lucknow on dated 14January2021 and sim is not attiveted till time,regarding this also informed office & service number.

    All is true except good quality , customer approach and satisfaction , prompt fault clearance. That is why BSNL retired officials do not want to get this connection instead disconnecting and opting out for other operators. I my self did with my number 01812715252

However, the primary concerns were BSNL and roads. We also discussed matters related to roads that are currently under construction. I also raised the issue of officials who were absent from the meeting. I have repeatedly said that officials must attend these meetings, but the same problem arises every time, and some of them do not turn up..."

    @BSNLCorporate I ported my number from Airtel to BSNL. The porting was completed on 18 June at 11:56 PM, but as of 19 June 8:19 AM, I am unable to make or receive calls and I am not receiving OTPs either.This is causing serious inconvenience. Please look into the issue.@BSNL_UPE

    Happened with me in Vaishno Devi once few years back. While we were getting down, time on my phone was showing as per Pakistan's time zone!! I was very shocked. It was a BSNL sim

    BSNL, even 10 years is more than enough time to fix your network. You're only pushing cheap plans, but in many areas your signal doesn't even reach. Please focus on actual coverage and service quality instead of just marketing tariffs. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care
