    @BSNLCorporate bsnl is going from worse to worst day by day in providing even the mobile phone network. Most of the time "outside the network coverage area" tune has become a regular feature. Is there any scope of improvement in service. Mob9415285775.

    @Vishj05 @rohini_sgh If this is true I am glad that I as tax payer won't burn cash on BSNL /MTNL inefficiency. It is not government but employees who have led BSNL to slow death.

    Very very serious issue. Must be addressed urgently @rsprasad @narendramodi . Jio is giving the predatory prices just to make airtel bsnl vodafone collapse.

    @SumitAggarwalE Agreed. @JioCare always takes 3 days or more for solving issues. Regretting switching from BSNL. Even BSNL gave better services.

    @DoT_India my BSNL landline connection 0522-2682712 is dead for more than 2 months, I contacted @BSNLCorporate customer care many times but my issue is not resolved yet and they are constantly charging me for that.

    @JioCare we people of Tumudibandha,Benarbahal,Nuamunda,labanyanagar,jaleshpatta.dist- Kandhamal state-odisha,762107 having network issue due to your low coverage range there for many people using bsnl or going to port jio to bsnl kindly increase your network range of above area.

    @arjunrammeghwal Sir, our village is situated at the far end of Raj., near the border of HRY. The connectivity of the network here is negligible. It is a request to you that a BSNL tower is installed, youth face trouble to prepare for the comp. exam. Plz.Consider our problem.

    @BSNL_CG_Circle BSNL speeds and QoS is very poor in NTPC Korba region. In last 3 months we have faced more than 20+ GSM and FTTGH outages. Is this the vision of digital India we are aspiring @PMOIndia ?
