Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR I am proud user of BSNL GSM (Pre paid SIM) Cellular since 15 years now, in BR & UP, but in Bihar (Sahrsa) I am not getting the network so very heavy heart I am doing port to another network. Is there any support to stay back with BSNL? #BSNLBIHAR

My BSNL connection No.9415520402 in Pandariba ,Charbagh Lucknow 226004 under UP.East is not working due to net work failure since last three days as a result I am not being able to establish desired contacts. This type of failure is occurring regularly.

@AshwiniVaishnaw vodafone setup making annoying calls to mobile customers who have opted to port on Airtel and bsnl network.Very disturbing.Plz intervene atonce and ask vodafone to stop this unethical practice.strict action requested.

@BSNLCorporate Sir I haven't used even a single MB for my study from last 15-20 days. You also ignore our problem because you don't want to settle any dispute. Be responsible towards ur customer,otherwise oneday there will be no customer of BSNL and U will also become unemployed.

@reliancejio No replies for customer issues? Glad that I had BSNL as a backup option. BSNL's 3G is at least 10-12 times faster than your 4G+ network. Deplorable Jio4G and JioFiber conditions where customers aren't even replied to for their issues

@palkisu making mobile phones is easy. Trick is building reliable brand. Companies like boAt can do it. While banning Huawei & ZTE was good, India has huge problems with BSNL, poor radio regime & a nasty environment where India HQed tech companies can’t flourish.

@narendramodi face more losses if no restrictions and obligation for private and the idea of recovering losses will fail.We already are seeing what happened to bsnl after private players.Some departments are better in hands of govt.But yes reforms needed to handles losses. No free electricity

@BSNL_RJ Landline No. 0291-2435414 not working from last many days. Complaint No. 1057370752 was raised but it's closed without any resolution. Another complaint too raised on 6-8-22 but still phone is not working. No one from BSNL office had visited or called for resolution.

Am sure you use a pvt service provider too. For one am glad that these money guzzling entities are put down
