@reliancejio No replies for customer issues? Glad that I had BSNL as a backup option. BSNL's 3G is at least 10-12 times faster than your 4G+ network. Deplorable Jio4G and JioFiber conditions where customers aren't even replied to for their issues

@DoT_India my BSNL landline connection 0522-2682712 is dead for more than 2 months, I contacted @BSNLCorporate customer care many times but my issue is not resolved yet and they are constantly charging me for that.

@SumitAggarwalE Agreed. @JioCare always takes 3 days or more for solving issues. Regretting switching from BSNL. Even BSNL gave better services.

Bhai, BSNL ghotala mainly Jio billing issue se judta hai—₹1757 crore ka loss CAG ne bola tha kyuki BSNL ne 10 saal bill nahi bheja. @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Recharge with bsnl is total westage of money . No network in main area like Sitabuldi of Nagpur city. Could not use data for 15 days of recharge. If u can't provide service then please don't sell SIM.
