    @SumitAggarwalE Agreed. @JioCare always takes 3 days or more for solving issues. Regretting switching from BSNL. Even BSNL gave better services.

    Attention of Government has been drawn to certain reports in a section of the media which convey the impression that BSNL may be closed down. However, this is not true. At present there is no proposal under consideration with the Government for closure of BSNL.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw vodafone setup making annoying calls to mobile customers who have opted to port on Airtel and bsnl network.Very disturbing.Plz intervene atonce and ask vodafone to stop this unethical practice.strict action requested.

    @BSNLCorporate Lucknow is the capital of Uttar Pradesh but the BSNL data speed network is very bad.complained many times but no action was taken on it.only 3G network is available here but the speed is worse than 2G.

    @AmitShah @narendramodi You didn't try saving BSNL when the problem was manageable. You allowed it to go from bad to worse, now when BSNL has been damaged to the core you are trying to revive it by wasting money. Then you'll raise GST to compensate for the money you are wasting.

    @BSNLMeghalaya @BSNLMeghalaya They are not bothered if the customer is facing issue,. 1. To recharge we always have to visit the bsnl office. They said i cannot recharge by myself.

    Bsnl 3G is the worst internet services I have ever used. Tower of Vishal Khand GomtiNagar, Lucknow area needs maintainence I have spoken with the authorites they told me that tower batteries are useless that's why net goes away whenever area electricity goes down @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Kindly provide your Internet Service at Dharam Shala Road, Padrauna, Zilla-Kushinagar. Few months back local BSNL office said that no point is available but I am in urgent need of internet connection there. Kindly look into this.

    Resp Sir , I'm just raising a serious irresponsible act of BSNL department of UPeast ,Dist - Ambedkar Nagar ,Tehshil-Bhiti ,UP.BSNL mobile network is down since Saturday 06 July and where as pvt Company Mobile network was working well, Plz see the issue.@rsprasad @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BH BSNL is wasting taxpayer money. The entire BSNL ecosystem is lazy, non-working, unhelpful, toxic and abusing their position because of the job security. No one at BSNL exchange office help. They relax or simply enjoy outside office in working hours.

You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days. Visit a BSNL customer service center with your ID proof, passport-size photo, and UPC code. Fill out the porting form, make the required payment for activation and the first recharge, and submit your documents. After submission, you'll receive a new BSNL SIM, and the porting process will take around 7 working days.     @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I paid for a new Airtel Xstream AirFiber connection on Sunday. Today is Thursday, and your local team is just making empty promises everyday ("aaj aayenge, kal aayenge"). I left BSNL hoping for better service, but this is highly unprofessional.

    @ali_rahat_ @JioCare Time to switch to local service provider in your city both jio and Airtel are lot of ego and attitude. Please switch to local internet providers or BSNL Fiber at least you can talk directly or scold them. Don’t wait for jio to fix it.
