  @BSNLCorporate Thanks for response though delayed. Can you also update as to why calls are never connected to executives? After 2.5 minutes, simple IVR announcement is " Thanka for contacting BSNL". To me it's disappointing customer care. Call details can be provided if desired. Thanks

  @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India They are saying that they have bandwidth problem due to high demand of connection but if they will not do anything with their bandwidth then how the present customer will get their requested speed for which they are paying to BSNL. SO PLZZ HELP ABOUT IT.

  @BSNLCorporate Its already in-dolphin bsnl. When I go on terrace the network is full but internet works bery slow. And else there's no network or very weak signal strength.

  @reliancejio #Airtel #BSNL @reliancejio despite your repeated assurances that the problem is being taken care of on priority basis no action has been taken. Today is the fourth day without internet. I doubt if anyone is even bothered to rectify it.

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL There is a problem at STD 0469. When trying to lodge a complaint using your 198 number and after the STD code is entered a message is played back saying THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE. Actually WHICH service at BSNL is Really available? Many phones ….
