    Despite Goverment (Telecom ministry) warn to bsnl to revive entire system. BSNL not in work mode. Do not intend to work. I used to consumer 2 times of bsnl landline/broadband around 4 year's ago. Both of that time I'd lag behind because of sluggish service. Now it's 3rd time.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi To make BSNL & MTNL private competitive, make rule to give cash compensation for the hours customer service is interpreted. This compensation should be deduct from exchange staff's salary according their rank.

    @ThePollLady BSNL's mobile internet services are not that good. They need to level up their game there. Last month I switched to BSNL fibre from their normal LAN connection. Speed is okay plus customer service is also good. Lineman is always one call away whenever u need him to fix something.

    @pravesh814 Its fashion simbol for most of people though recharge on bank loan money ! And by using expensive telecom service they think its always good ! If in you get H+ from bsnl then in some part of country its give more them 4g of pvt operator network !

    @Uppolice Today i registered an eFIR against bsnl sim lost but it has been not approved yet please approve it so that I can submit a copy of the FIR to BSNL office and appeal for a new sim so that noone can misuse it please help in this .

    @RahulGandhi The decision by India's Telecom Minister to give 1,64,000 crores to BSNL, a govt run company which is failing at every turn is simply bad economics. The total money accrued by 5G Auction from private telecom companies combined is less than that amount given to BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate bharat fiber internet 0731-2364148 is completely out of order since 19th August 2022. No response has been received from help line number 9425765347 & 0731-2467003. Both BSNL staff and franchise (City Infotel) is avoiding the issue. Resolve the matter quickly.
