    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Despite complaining many times the internet issue is still there. My broadband is not working. Someone from bsnl contact me to waive off my bill. I cannot pay my bill if there is no internet. This is customer harassment. Worst service.

    @BSNLCorporate As per your reply it's not possible for BSNL to provide network in a village where network was available in past year's, a big failure by the team. Finally I am porting out with all BSNL mobile number of mine and my family (10 connections) approx.

    @MMAYURA1 @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate don't give false assurance & hope to any customer. Bsnl cable brake on Aug -23 it's still not fixed at moodubelle.I hope this customer also experiencing same problem since then. DISGUSTING SERVICE

    @BSNL_UPW My internet is down since 21st of August 2022, worked only for 3 days after initial setup, lodged several complaints to customer service and in BSNL exchange Dhampur, no one is responding on it, but complaints are marked resolved in 2 hours each time. Help!!

    @anshsharma @Apple Registration is stuck on my number and Apple folks are unable to resolve, Was on BSNL when it started now on Vodafone still problem persists. Once the operating system upgraded and restarted and that's it.

    BSNL CANT ALLOW ME TO GENERATE UPC CODE . EVERY TIME I SEND PORT SMS TO 1900 SHOWS UPC CANT BE GENERATED .PLEASE FIX IT .. I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE STILL NOT FIX ... @BSNLCorporate @TRAI
