    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I made a complaint regarding poor coverage of bsnl 4g towers with docket no D161243694090. Complaint was closed next day on assurance of improvement. But there is no improvement of coverage even after 2 months

    @shanmugamchin10 Would love to know which internet provider you use. Would be happy to hear you say BSNL. If not, why did you promote a private service provider. It is not the govt that ditched govt companies it is us public who did that. Don’t blame others

    @bsnl_care @CMDBSNL I booked complaint regarding poor coverage of the installed bsnl towers with docket no D161243694090. This docket no. was closed next day on assurance of Improving the coverage. But there is no improvement in the network even after 2 months of my complaint.

    @bsnlassamcircle @BSNL_AS @bsnl_car in my area in bahari village in Assam I'm not getting full brodband connectivity as soon as light get cut bsnl in my area cut my internet saying they don't have generator to provide internet when light is not there.please resolve the issue

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I am very fed up with Bsnls existing 4G service specially Crack voice call in VoLTE. Many times complaints but they without any resolution closed the docket this is the BSNL Service.

    @CMDBSNL BSNL has become 'the most embarrassing network, it is so frustrating to call on BSNL number these days, I am short of words actually', 'unable to perform basic task, i.e., 'calling', BSNL CellOne started in 2002, now, even after 23 years, it is a disaster!😑😖

    @BSNLCorporate I recently bought a new BSNL sim card and it does not have VoLTE, and customer care is asking me to visit BSNL office. Isn't it stupid, when I was buying the sim card at BSNL office right at that moment VoLTE should be activated or activate it remotely.

    @airtelindia one of the worst service provider I have ever experienced. Your Thanks app is such a waste of time. No option to talk with any agent, no matter what you type there is no relevant reply from their side. I am glad that I moved to BSNL 6 years ago.

    @CMDBSNL BSNL Care X Team gave me docket E30146448749, DMed me the other day, 'calling' issue has been resolved, & today, I tried to call on the same BSNL numbers, spoke for 10 minutes or so, audio went mute,tried reconnecting, 'out of coverage area'!?😡
