    They are not aware about the thing that portin request can be raised from the BSNL website. I also contacted with the customer care, they also don't know about this service. Also they denied to take complain this is how BSNL is representing to their customer.

    @BSNL_RJ @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate I have a BSNL broadband connection which is out of order for the last 7 days but there's no help from you side. Neither your contractor is fixing the line nor you customer care is responding to my issue. FYI, my number is 0141-2995636.

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Yeah I got handset issue with only #BSNL network other network Jio and Airtel works fine.

    @MeRahulAhire @Parag_Kar @TanaysinghT When BSNL closed 3G, again fell back to 2G 3G and showed no internet/poor internet(keep loading), why not BSNL close 3G if 4G available areas

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 My area BSNL 4G Tower has been established, the signal quality is very poor, we cannot get connected to the another device, it cannot compete with private players. Still it is in ICU, needs more treatment.

    @JM_Scindia today I called the call centre bsnl from morning to now every time the time limit to attend customer call first it came one minute then after one minute it increased to two three and four What is this sir And Rs 107 recharge had 35 days

    BSNL should improve its infrastructure and services ASAP because the duopoly in the market is very bad for customers. Some conspiracy say that the other two telicom giants are going to hike their prices around 10% to 15% end of this year.

    @BSNLCorporate I've booked for port in to BSNL from the portal.But the SIM card is not delivered yet. When I have visited to BSNL office they are telling they don't know about this type of service that BSNL is providing.
