    @pradeep63419646 My landline Phones and Internet are not working since 26042026. FTTH contractor has misbehaved and abused me in front of BSNL Official at my residence during introduction. I can not accept FTTH…BSNL should refund my advance at the earlieast.

    @bsnl_care Internet is still down it's night now you guys can just say the truth that my internet will not be fixed today's instead of giving your customer false hopes. I'm never recommending bsnl to anyone again.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR @DoT_India 3 years. Countless complaints. Same BSNL Fiber problems. Internet down for days, red light issues, and local support that barely responds. As a student, I'm tired of paying for a service that isn't reliable.

    @BSNLCorporate Ported into BSNL from Vi , previous network services are deactivated, inserted BSNL sim in morning and tried everything - restarting phone, flight mode , changing sim location but still sim showing NO SERVICE . Kindly help

    @XFreeze BSNL as the last-mile distribution layer for Starlink backhaul is actually a smart wedge — the state network has the ground presence, Starlink has the pipe, and neither can solve the other's problem alone
