    @BSNLCorporate @beeindiadigital Recently I lost my handset I was having a Jio/BSNL sim which I had purchased from Kerala. I was able to issue duplicate sim for the Jio number in odisha(my home residence) but BSNL Odisha didn't even entertain my request and told me to apply for the duplicate sim in kerala

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK yes complaint is still not resolved and you have closed the ticket in selfcare portal. I don't know how BSNL customer service works but this is pathetic service at its best. Here is the new complaint no. 1055733088

    @JioCare 11 days since the issue started and 2 days since you’re interested in the issue still no service poor service from jio better shift to bsnl or airtel.

    @bsnl_tt @CgmTelangana @BSNLCorporate Sir Internet service of BSNL FTTH at Gayatrinagar of Vanastalipuram is most troublesome,irresponsible due to the contractor s attitude in service moto.Since 10.30Pm to 8.30 am today is out of action.Contractor says BSNL FTTH is not 24 hours

    @BSNLCorporate I know that the plans of BSNL are very affordable. Compared to private telecom operator. But the problem is that private telecom operator has 4G service all over India which BSNL does not have. @DoT_India
