  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL @TRAI After paying a lot for broadband services, geting only 100-200 kbps speed however BSNL claims to provide 30mbps to their customers I think its not good practice by telecom industry like BSNL Request you to kindly provide resolution for internet speed

  @deepakpatelmts @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Problem is that BSNL is not being run by BSNL employees. Reality is the opposite — almost all key decision-makers are DoT officers on deputation without accountability. BSNL employees have no say in network decisions.

  @bsnl_care It’s surprising that once again my complaint closed without any resolution. No improvement in network and no visit of technical team to analyse issue. I am once again requesting you to pls do the needfull immediately or I will file a case at consumer forum against bsnl.
