  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL @TRAI After paying a lot for broadband services, geting only 100-200 kbps speed however BSNL claims to provide 30mbps to their customers I think its not good practice by telecom industry like BSNL Request you to kindly provide resolution for internet speed

As per JTO Bidupur, the previous concern was addressed through the earlier complaint response, and you were advised to clear the pending dues related to the previous connection. Further, as per MSO Adarsh Enterprises, earlier FTTH connections availed in the names of family members were disconnected due to non-payment.   Telecom is effectively a Jio-Airtel duopoly (93% subscriber share). Vi and BSNL survive but are structurally weak with high debt, low network investment. Real competition needs a financially strong 3rd/4th player, to keep tariffs in check with inflation

  @mehtapurvi264 For metro cities Airtel is good but other places it doesn't work properly, Jio is good everywhere but bsnl use is very limited it seems
