    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL @TRAI After paying a lot for broadband services, geting only 100-200 kbps speed however BSNL claims to provide 30mbps to their customers I think its not good practice by telecom industry like BSNL Request you to kindly provide resolution for internet speed

    and ridiculous, most of the time in month you can say 15-20days bsnl land line and net are not working . Now I am making a logbook of complaint. Aise kaise chalega bsnl? Bsnl should refund the amount during which service was not provided.

    @BSNL_UKD Pathetic service by BSNL. my postpaid is not working for past one month and I guess no one can do anything about it. Calling customer care is a waste of time, they always tell u to call someone else. Only thing they are good at is generating bills i guess.
