    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL @TRAI After paying a lot for broadband services, geting only 100-200 kbps speed however BSNL claims to provide 30mbps to their customers I think its not good practice by telecom industry like BSNL Request you to kindly provide resolution for internet speed

    @cgm_mh_bsnl @pgm_goa_bsnl @CMDBSNL There is mobile internet issue (heavy packet drops)in Goa since yesterday. Local BSNL officials say it is a backbone issue and they cannot help. Can I seek your assistance please?

    @ForthAsh govt offers already postal service, cellular service, transportation services, etc for its citizens. you have freedom to use BSNL, etc or its rival, no one is stopping you. I already use govt provided official email ID by my institute for most communication.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet service is very poor in our area due to very weak network i am unable to use internet and I already complaint about it but No one listened . My location is - Vill -Vijaynagar ,po- kadrabad, Teh- Dhampur district-bijnor (UP).

    @BSNL_KL Where is ur full signal sir??? We are not getting bsnl 3g signals even at just 50 meters away from national high way at Vidyanagar within Kasaragod municipality limits.. Very bad... Take immediate action before customers port out to other telecom operators

    @adityarao310 Dec 2019. The place where we stayed had BSNL itself but hard used to connect. And my Airtel also never used to work. Used to literally walk 1-2kms to get the network to access the internet.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Customer, your escalation with reference number 125220378064 has been Resolved. Please call BSNL Customer Care at 1500 for further queries. Thank you. They have closed issue as resolved..But in actual all issues remain the same... I don't know what to say.. Can anyone Help?

    @BSNLCorporate I call three to four time at BSNL customer care regarding internet slow speed but they unable to give me proper solutions of my issues. Then why should carry bsnl SIM card if response will so poor
