    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL @TRAI After paying a lot for broadband services, geting only 100-200 kbps speed however BSNL claims to provide 30mbps to their customers I think its not good practice by telecom industry like BSNL Request you to kindly provide resolution for internet speed

    my bsnl number is 9759262829 i want to port it to jio but bsnl customer care neither listen to problem nor give upc code for port out. solve my problem I have been calling customer care for more than a year but keep giving 24 hours time

    @BSNLCorporate Poor Service by BSNL FTTH. I have BSNL FTTH connection No. 07626299013 in Kymore, District Katni, Madhya Pradesh. Since last 8 days i am facing slow internet speed issue I have complained about it but till now problem not solved.

    @BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate . I have filed an RTI against BSNL for their poor service and poor network. Whenever there is a electricity cut for like 3-4 hours BSNL 3g network also gets disappear with it which is making BSNL coustomers to suffer. #BSNLISworestnetwork

    @payzapp - I reached out to support multiple times just for raising a dispute for transaction I made since it was a wrong number that I recharged. BSNL team say that no plan is activated on that number. Payzapp team is unable to help me in getting the amount reverted back to me.
