    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL @TRAI After paying a lot for broadband services, geting only 100-200 kbps speed however BSNL claims to provide 30mbps to their customers I think its not good practice by telecom industry like BSNL Request you to kindly provide resolution for internet speed

    @BSNLCorporate I have BSNL Fiber(07183299013) having Fiber Basic Plus plan(Rs599/month). I wish to downgrade to Fiber Basic(Rs449/month). Option to downgrade plan has been removed from the self-care portal. Can't visit bsnl office due to covid. Could you help change the plan?

    @BSNLCorporate I am not able to activate Hotstar Premium bundled with my broadband plan (BSNL SUPERSTAR-2). I have shared landline number and registered mobile number in direct message. Please check the issue.

    @BharatFibreFTTH @BSNLCorporate shame on u bsnl, I think BSNL should be closed down immediately. Whom ever u contact, he is showing next door. I thought tweet will do something but these great people doesn't have any reaction on tweet also. OMG, shame bsnl shame.

    No network at my home. At vashi navi mumbai. I had ported to bsnl in November. My 2 months plan went wasted since no network. I complained but no help @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH

    @JioCare @KashyapPankaj85 Jio never solve the issue, always they say "after 60/90 days". BSNL net is faster than any Indian 4G.
