    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL @TRAI After paying a lot for broadband services, geting only 100-200 kbps speed however BSNL claims to provide 30mbps to their customers I think its not good practice by telecom industry like BSNL Request you to kindly provide resolution for internet speed

    @enough_yt My primary SIM is airtel postpaid. It's very reliable, yes there are a few cons but network wise in Bengaluru it's very good, no call drops nothing. Jio is my secondary SIM and mostly with no recharges. I might port it to BSNL in a few days just to keep the number active

    @BSNLCorporate I am complaining for BSNL network in Grama Panchayat Mokhtiyarpur Begusarai Bihar Pincode 851133 Since 2020 but no improvement in network till the date Whole department is doing a meeting only on paper, but no improvement on ground level Only copy paste to reply is given to user

    @bsnl_care I don't know what the guideline is for only BSNL. VI network is giving unlimited 4G and 5G (cap 300 GB). What is stopping their network from unlimited internet? only rules that restrict BSNL alone?

    @saaaanjjjuuu @airtelindia advertises “Unlimited 5G,” but the reality comes with hidden limits, fair-usage conditions, and hotspot restrictions. If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.
