Bsnl team first time received call but next time not answer any one.

I was registered internet complaint on customer care& local internet provider on 29/03/2021 but till now any one hair me.why bsnl provide the service if any one hair to customer problems.Also I write the email but didn't get any response. @BSNLCorporate

Land is not a issue if they want. everyday I go to my office and see NTPC has huge plots bang on Sector 62 Noida which can be used. Similarly In Indirapuram BSNL has a huge vacant plot for atleast 20 years. I am sure Vaishali, Vasundhara would have similar plots

If you take this much of time to resolve the complaint then whats the point to use jio fiber. I can use bsnl fiber service.
