    Bsnl service is very bad. I was registered internet complaint on customer care& local internet provider on 29/03/2021 but till now any one hair me.why bsnl provide the service if any one hair to customer problems.Also I write the email but didn't get any response. @BSNLCorporate

    Today I talk to bsnl office andsay I want to disconnect my broadband connection,he say submit the application and bill copy didn't ask why disconnect,I tell because your service very bed no one hair the problems and he disconnect my call. It's india gov company. @BSNLCorporate

    @ABHILASH12121 @BSNLCorporate 05921-297167 Now issue is resolved but really local service not good because last three days I called every one but on one tell I will resolve you issue. Bsnl team first time received call but next time not answer any one.

    @BSNLCorporate Location - Adgaon,nashik,Maharashtra. Its Been more than 24HOUR's + and still not a single signal bar for BSNL Sim. Not able to do Top Up recharge also What to do in case of emergency? Nocalls, No internet and No recharges Such a pathetic service

    @BSNLCorporate Nothing is working... now filed a complain against BSNL on NCH. Please change your behaviour towards customer. No one came to my place no communication done nothing is going good.

    @CMDBSNL Very poor servise of bsnl in sambhal 244302 up west and staff of sambhal exchange not coming csc in duty time please cross check them confedencialy and take action. Customers complaint to sdo vivek for network problem he reples to talk babu sarvesh. Bad responce by sdo

    @netshrink It never came alive. My father visited their office at least 30 times ..they sent us bills for 2 months ..then stopped. Such was the smug of their employees. Who cares for the customer. The day I will see BSNL dead, will have a hearty lough. 2/2

    @balahla It's a crazy strategy in india because the state here is weak. it's ability to deliver basic services is not the best, like however bad private telecom is, the experience is still better than BSNL. They are nice ppl in BSNL and I feel bad but still not the easiest to deal with.

    Dear, @BSNLCorporate I live in Delhi. I need 2 post paid number 1 for GPS other 1 for personal use. Seems I have upcoming solo ride for Ladakh. I need to keep in touch with my family and friends. There are no other network work except BSNL. Plz help me to get connections.

    @netshrink I have been using private networks since 2006. Yes faced issues sometime. But let me tell a story about BSNL- Our landline went dead along with many more customers in 2009 or 2010(dont remember exact yr) and was promised a fix in 15 days ... 1/2
