Bsnl team first time received call but next time not answer any one.

Siliguri BSNL office refused SIM replacement cause Aadhaar biometric is locked and OTP cannot be received due to dead SIM. Kindly help with manual verification/reissue urgently.

Raised complaints and contacted customer care multiple times, but no resolution. Complaint marked “Resolved” without refund or recharge. Please resolve or refund ASAP.
