Today I talk to bsnl office andsay I want to disconnect my broadband connection,he say submit the application and bill copy didn't ask why disconnect,I tell because your service very bad no one hair the problems and he disconnect my call. It's india gov company🙏. @BSNLCorporate

Bsnl service is very bad. I was registered internet complaint on customer care& local internet provider on 29/03/2021 but till now any one hair me.why bsnl provide the service if any one hair to customer problems.Also I write the email but didn't get any response. @BSNLCorporate

@ABHILASH12121 @BSNLCorporate 05921-297167 Now issue is resolved but really local service not good because last three days I called every one but on one tell I will resolve you issue. Bsnl team first time received call but next time not answer any one.

@ThetaVegaCap Same for last 18 years. Also have one active number which comes from the time when BSNL started Cellone service for the first time. So over 24yrs.

@JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate sir, I admire the development of bsnl. For resolution of indoor coverage issue pls introduce the Wi-Fi calling. Network coverage in Hyderabad has lot of issues, no one responds, close complaints without any resolution or physical inspection of area.

We have been suffering from two days for BSNL network at Malatipur B.O in Malda, West Bengal. No network area in @BSNLCorporate at Malatipur B.O. So, please take necessary action @bsnl_care as soon as possible.

@Indianinfoguide @BSNLCorporate Were your 4G towers upgraded from 3G or straight from 2G? Upgrading towers isn’t enough to fix inconsistent internet. Tried BSNL out of goodwill, but the experience was awful. Won’t return until reliability improves even if you claim to provide 7G, no thank you.

@JM_Scindia From yesterday, 5th Oct'25 night BSNL Mobile Service (CellOne) in Assam, Silchar circle is dead. It's more than 12 hours now & no actions initiated. If such is the service of BSNL, then how & why can one continue with BSNL? @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate
