    Bsnl service is very bad. I was registered internet complaint on customer care& local internet provider on 29/03/2021 but till now any one hair me.why bsnl provide the service if any one hair to customer problems.Also I write the email but didn't get any response. @BSNLCorporate

    @ABHILASH12121 @BSNLCorporate 05921-297167 Now issue is resolved but really local service not good because last three days I called every one but on one tell I will resolve you issue. Bsnl team first time received call but next time not answer any one.

    Today I talk to bsnl office andsay I want to disconnect my broadband connection,he say submit the application and bill copy didn't ask why disconnect,I tell because your service very bed no one hair the problems and he disconnect my call. It's india gov company. @BSNLCorporate

    Hello @BSNL_KOTD. I want to discontinue the Broadband services on my BSNL landline number 033 2421**** Customer care says I have to visit the exchange and submit a physical application. During pandemic, can't I do the same online?

    @BSNLCorporate @EarthDay Worst services dont know why i ported to bsnl....even after 12 days of complaint no data service is been resumed. Other network 2g is far better than ur 3g network pathetic experience. Ur customer support only gives assurance by saying wait for today sir but the day never comes

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India #BSNL #FTTH feedback: Speed id no doubt good but your private vendors and Staff not interested to solve their customer problem. They never easily pick customer phones. I request to Disconnect my connection and this service they provide within hours.

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW I am trying to get broadband connection from last 3 months but don't get yet. I am working from home and there is no broadband service available rest bsnl. Maximum time 4G not working properly. Please BSNL provide connection on hight priority.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I'm unable to surrender my landline as I do not need it anymore. Too many hassles and website doesn't work properly and expectations from bsnl are too funny. Pls help.
