Bsnl service is very bad. I was registered internet complaint on customer care& local internet provider on 29/03/2021 but till now any one hair me.why bsnl provide the service if any one hair to customer problems.Also I write the email but didn't get any response. @BSNLCorporate

@ABHILASH12121 @BSNLCorporate 05921-297167 Now issue is resolved but really local service not good because last three days I called every one but on one tell I will resolve you issue. Bsnl team first time received call but next time not answer any one.

What's the problem with #BsnlPune from last 6 months I'm suffering from broadband issue several times, I had given the complaint to @BSNLCorporate then to trouble is not sort out. Without solving issue the bsnl is sending message ur problem has been solved, what's happening?

@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad I am using BSNL Broadband no. 0631-2952052 from 8 month for the WFH. Now I am extremely irritated by this service. Every week 3 to 4 days I am facing problem due to internet service. Now I think disconnect the service and use mobile data.

Issue's in BSNL DP box. I had request to change the #DPBox or shift it- bcz rats are damaging the bsnl wires. Else shift my connection to another DP. Many times given the online complaint & also to @bsnlpune bajirao road division. Then to they're not solving it. @BSNL_MH

@BSNLCorporate Today is day 6 after complaining through this portal..no one came to correct my bsnl bharat fiber (phone no. 06712952125)...sir for how many days should i wait...you claims that u resolves customer problem through this poratl...but i don't think anyone is bothered in bsnl..
