    90% of Govt. Banks are live on #BSNL or on VSAT. When checked private vendors, hardly covering 30% of branches. So, if BSNL will be Down, No PSUs, PSBs can exist. #BSNL_Revival is necessary for country like Public Banks. PSU not for profit but for service. #IndianeedBSNL

    I missed to inform this in the beginning. VOIP is not working from the day 1 of the connection. Not even get IP address. Looks like the VLAN 1831 is not configured from LCO/BSNL side.

    It seems bsnl is asking their customers to switch to jio. From last 15 days I am seeing the very bad service from bsnl. Why so, Jio started his service in our cda cuttack area few days back. 🤔 @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate . No internet service 😕😢😑 no customer care also

    @reliancejio For Prepaid user if unlimited plan gets over why we can't call or SMS with a minimum recharge like 5, 10 Rs, Why there is no recharge available for a month with 40 Rs like BSNL, Airtel and VI ? To increase profit and gain money instead of user-oriented service?

    @Airtel_Presence Hi, I've requested to PORT a BSNL number to Airtel. Executive was supposed to meet me today at my Office at 3.00 PM. Due to an emergency I cannot show-up. Is it Okay, I walk into a store? Can we cancel the appointment? This is in Kochi, Kerala. Help please ASAP
