@BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe Bsnl has the worst services, unfortunately I took the bsnl wifi services and every alternate day, it's not working and there's no support at all even the charges is extremely high without any benefits.

90% of Govt. Banks are live on #BSNL or on VSAT. When checked private vendors, hardly covering 30% of branches. So, if BSNL will be Down, No PSUs, PSBs can exist. #BSNL_Revival is necessary for country like Public Banks. PSU not for profit but for service. #IndianeedBSNL

paying bill for my dead bsnl landline bill frm last 10 mnths, getting only sry tweets from bsnl customer care but no one coming to the spot to fix it. Our pm sir trying to enable all rural villages with bharath fiber. But here they r nott fixing land line or giving fiber. helpme

@BSNLCorporate Hi, I've not been contacted or no one has been attended my issue directly from BSNL so far. I remained loyal to BSNL these years. I have 2 BSNL sim cards also. I'm going to cancel all those tomorrow. I feel like BSNL is least bothered about their customer issues...

@BSNL_AS Do you really work for BSNL ? Thanks for the useless reply. At least 4G network was automatically restored a day later after this complaint. I guess you did nothing since you don't even know this area is 4G covered. Why BSNL employees are so ill-informed ?
