    90% of Govt. Banks are live on #BSNL or on VSAT. When checked private vendors, hardly covering 30% of branches. So, if BSNL will be Down, No PSUs, PSBs can exist. #BSNL_Revival is necessary for country like Public Banks. PSU not for profit but for service. #IndianeedBSNL

    @bsnl_ap_circle Your service is very poor. I've bsnl fiber connection and every 2 weeks there is internet problem, your staffs doesn't seems to be bothered about customer service at all, even your agent LIFI NETWORKS gives a pathetic service everytime

    How can the engineer be so rude and ask me to discontinue the connection for asking 5Ghz band router?. The connection itself is installed very recently. It seems like the Bsnl does not care about customer service,#BSNL equal to absolutely zero customer service

    @DoT_India the services of BSNL are pathetic . My number is not working since 15/9 and I have complaint 3 times but in vain . Complaint no . 127740185242 - 15 /9 127761693422 - 20/9 127816103092 - 30/9. 40-27706562. Can some one look through .

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Dear Sir/Madam, I use bsnl mobile 9437167427. Since last 3 days there is no tower signal in my village Garadpur of Kendrapara district, pin 754153. The tower often goes offline, as the local caretaker leaves the tower switched off. Please look into.

    @BSNLCorporate You were supposed to connect with me on Tuesday. My check has been collected. Still no service. Last month you collected my check on the 17th, & still disconnected. What's the matter with BSNL Odisha? This is FRAUD. Ask pvt telecom cos. Get my landline reconnected. Now thank you.

    @bsnl_ap_circle I got the info that customer has to pay Rs. 147. You will not allow customer to send PORT message from the main balance. Have to pay min Rs. 147. You want to charge customer for leaving ur network. Nothing wrong why customer has decided to move away from BSNL. Nice way to charge.
