    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR MNP done from MP circle to Bihar. When I called customer care for tele verification, I am told that details are not updated against the number. If details are not updated then how come MNP request has been accepted. Very poor BSNL BIHAR service.

    @skpkaruna BSNL has everything only thing is The maintenance is not happened.their tower will function even though the Cyclone or other natural disasters.i still remember during Vardha only BSNL has signal and others are not have. Business continuity plan is thr fr bsnl

    @iHopefulCynic @_ghostcookies Ultimately I would always prefer VI, Airtel and if possible even BSNL/MTNL surviving at the end of the day. A monopoly of Jio (or any other company) would never be beneficial to the consumers.

    @BSNLJHARKHAND @BSNLJHARKHAND recently I have taken BSNL connection(200mbps landline number-0651-2999924) 24 days back. In this 24 days I have raised 4 tickets which includes one escalation ticket, and response what I receive is wait for another 3 days but no resolution.

    STILL UNRESOLVED. I AM FED UP WITH BSNL BB. WHY COMMON MAN HAVE TO BEAR HIGH BB BILLS & ARE FORCED TO USE ENANCED DATA USAGE EVEN NOT REQUIRED BY THE CUSTOMER ? AM JOBLESS, NO HELP, SUPPORT FROM BSNL, DOT OR ANY AUTHORISED PERSON TO REDUCE IT. @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India
