    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL 3. So we tried calling #BSNL cust care by dialing 1503, but the call doesn't connect to, but hangs. By mistake if it connects, it is getting disconnected within few secs. Then how the hell cust will reach cust care. #BSNL mobile service is lousy. 4/5

    @BSNL_KTK my Sony LIV OTT is not since one week, we pay thousands of bills, there is no customer care in BSNL.

    Maintaining a dual SIM is painful you are literally paying double. And you can’t disconnect one due to poor network coverage in native areas. These providers including BSNL are looting. Simple calling plan, feels like basic is missing !

    @bsnl_care Hi Abhishek, Thanks for your response. My device software is already up to date and I am connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. However, the Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) option is not appearing at all for my BSNL SIM. Device: Google Pixel 10 It seems the feature is not enabled for BSNL on my device/network. Kindly check and confirm when it will be available for Android devices. Thank you.

    @DoT_India Burden agency of india ....wasting 6 billion rupee of hardwaorking citizen of india ,, lot of issues on bsnl call drop bad network , airtel spreading too much frequency harming birds, and cancering human , every people of india thought they are corrupt ,pgrms is joker

    @bsnl_care Hello BSNL care team BSNL should appoint permanent lineman technical support team to check OFC line in SKTT road lahoul Pangi district Chamba Himachal Pradesh. So permanent lineman team restore 4G service in Pangi valley soon.
