    @shadez @ICICIBank_Care @Airtel_Presence Issue is the type of toll free no. If it starts with 1860 which is only toll free for MTNL/BSNL landlines then that is chargeable from Airtel & Vi. Only Jio provides them toll free for their customers.

    @Paii027 BSNL and HAL are only examples and for rest if you really insist I will tag you to the people having real time statistics about the blunders done by BJP in handling India. My problem is an inexperienced govt trying to handle such a big economy of india and failing continuously

    @OfficeOfRSP sir, please look into BSNL customer service, they dnt bother complaint. Even no one in office hours, no one attending office numbers (03672258777, 03712252186) in working hours. If we don't get service of hard earned money then don't give salary to these people.

    @aldebaran14 Update: Got BSNL FTTH connection. They had to draw wire for the last 250m & set up a private PON box. I opted for 2K/month plan which quotes 25 mbps. Speeds: down ~20mbps, up: ~60mbps. Latency: ~35ms-40ms to Chennai. Bonus: BSNL FTTH supports VoIP. They gave a fancy number
