    @BSNLCorporate I have a BSNL number with 147 plan. Customer care agent said I needs to pay extra 42rs for caller tunes. My BSNL tunes app is also not allowed me to set a caller tune. I need a solution. My number is 9994914407 Worst customer service by BSNL @BSNL_TN

    @billdesk Thank you, this is only thing that I wanted that an email id be provided where I can send my upi detls & get the system updated but the customer care executives were just not ready to listen which is awkward & definitely not in line with ur moto, "BSNL is best"

    @Ravisutanjani You certainly need to bifurcate govt entities as PSUs and govt. Offices.. PSUs like BSNL and Public sector banks may have a little inferior service quality due to govt made shortcomings including staff shortage.. yes a large chunk need training in soft skills..

    @BSNLCorporate @skarthikcool Such a irresponsible answer, from the Inception DoT to BSNL. Once Glorifying as Backbone of the Country in Telecommunication. Feels bad facing same problem since 15th December without proper ack complaint closed. For the past 10 years using BSNL w/o any second thought.
