    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @manojsinhabjp @ptshrikant No electricity means no signals in BSNL, wow No Electricity from morning in Khairabad, Sitapur UP, 261131 So no signal in BSNL because officials sell off the diesel in black market and don't give services to consumers. Action req.

    @BSNLCorporate At helpline centre one executive came at 10.30 & told to bring application form from Xerox centre as BSNL not supplying application forms. Helpline no. waiting time is too long relative to other networks. I am abhorrent with your service in this digital era.

    @BSNL_CG_Circle @BSNLCorporate I've selected fiber ultra plan for my fiber connection (300 mbps) , but I am getting only 40-60 mbps due to sub standard router provided by local service provider of BSNL or some other reason. Plz help

    @BSNLCorporate My internet is down for more than 15 hours. Using Bharat Fiber and recently got this activated. Banthara Area in Lucknow (UPE). The distributor Sanaya Enterprises is not able to respond as when the connection will be restored? Else I will cancel BSNL #BHARATFIBER

    @BSNLCorporate BSnl India is worst in providing broadband connection. I applied for Bharat fibre Bb connection on 1st may. It hasn't been installed yet. When i call local bsnl office they just say your work will be done today and does nothing.

    Pathetic service by #bsnl_bihar ftth is down for more than 24hrs with no estimate of when will it be fixed. All phone numbers switched off by staff. Online complaint portal couldn't be slower.. Will be switching to a private provider soon. #BSNL
