    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @manojsinhabjp @ptshrikant No electricity means no signals in BSNL, wow No Electricity from morning in Khairabad, Sitapur UP, 261131 So no signal in BSNL because officials sell off the diesel in black market and don't give services to consumers. Action req.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK even after multiple complaints nobody ever cares to fix the issue,the answer is switch to fiber net...@PMOIndia plz privitaze the BSNL to get better service for customers

    @BSNL_KL No complaints about the speed, but have to wait for 24 or more hours to rectify a complaint. Normally the JT O's of BSNL are not ready to assist this connection, They are still living in 1980s, Hopefully they will be out of service when they reach 50s.

    @AshokKhemka_IAS my mother and father, ported out of BSNL this very year (after 17 years of continued postpaid connection)... The service was pathetic, and service centre better left unsaid... That says a lot about the new equilibrium in Indian telecom space.

    Will @BSNL_HP really improve? paid BSNL bill online, My BSNL app shows transection , however it show status as bill not paid, also called customer care to correct the status, still no action, continuously getting reminder SMS and calls for non payment.

    @jaski132 @ssiwanian People giving lame Jio vs BSNL example that something similiar will happen to farmer but JIO is better and customer have a bigger hand of dominance. And not Ambani I remember paying 295rs per 1gb per month on Vodafone. And data today is much cheaper.

    @BSNLCorporate Am a broadband user of BSNL since last 10 yrs. But from last 1 yr facing huge issues like fluctuating connection, low network & dead service for hours. I've static IP of BSNL.
