    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB I'm fed up with BSNL. They don't provide 3G or 4G network. They just provide 2G internet since last night. It's now 1.45 PM of 16-11-2022. BSNL sends message their team is on work. Mohan Singh Kang. Libra.. Khanna..PB.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB I am residing in Village Libra, near Khanna. My complaint is that I pay for the 4 G to BSNL for recharge of my phone . But every now and then there is no 4 G network . Many times it's just 2 G. I think that it must be deliberate

    Since last four days there is absolute no network in my 2 mobile connection although bsnl tower is just next to my home. Many times complaint were registered but there is no resolution. Customer care is useless.

    What kind of pathetic service is this . My bsnl prepaid number is not in service so for this I was calling bsnl customer care and all of the times call got disconnected. I want to know whether I can do validity recharge on that number or not. Please help @BSNLCorporate

    He further says that it is not possible to repair the line. What kind of a world BSNL is living in? In a time when others are giving connections with almost zero downtimes at cheaper prices, why does a customer have to go through all this?

    From 2-3 days my BSNL fiber is showing red light continuously (pon line) and I call the bsnl worker to fix it but they keep saying we are coming but now it's 3rd day and they don't come and now they are not picking my call. @BSNL_PB please fix my problem as soon as possible..
